There is no reason to complain or give salt about the Killer utilizing legal, valid tactics in the game (of whatever kind). Survivors aren't pulling their punches either. I've yet to see a squad of Survivors politely go in groups from one Generator to the next.
Yea, and it seems like today I'm just getting rounds where people want the game to end as fast as possible, so I'm utilizing something that I don't like doing, but I have to in order to salvage the round, and all I get is comments about how mad that they are that I did those strats, but when I try to explain something it's closed ears like a toddler.

Meanwhile you are complaining about Survivors doing their Objective.
I love that irony.
I'm not complaining about it. I'm simply stating if survivors wish to do the objective as fast as possible. Then don't get mad at the killer for utilizing the best tools that he can possibly use to salvage the round which usually works 9/10.

just because you can get a 4k with trapper with no perks or add-ons that doesn't mean he doesn't completely suck
he's one of the weakest killers for a reason.
if the survivors aren't completely braindead trapper almost always losers
Now compare that with nurse or spirit if the survivors aren't completely braindead the games at least feel fair because nurse and spirit have the power to be able to compete with that level of intellect
Why are you only talking about trapper? Most killers can win against high end swf. Not only just spirit or nurse that's just a fact. Sure once you get to tournament level spirit and nurse are going to be the one's to go to. I just think you aren't looking at the bigger picture here.

Hey i just got 32k with her, Shadowborn makes a big difference! Thx for the tip man, but i'll keep trying to refine the build, i felt really underpowered once Ruin was gone and Corrupt didnt stop the survivors from doing gens on the other side of the map while there where 2 on the hook :X
Shadowborn helps with the FOV better accuracy and focus on knives means faster downs. It's a hidden gem mainly on ranged killers. You can switch out Ruin for iron maiden if you wish. You can get a lot of value out of it. Keep shadowborn though on him regardless. The fov increase helps a lot with the aim.

BBQ is worth it on him believe me. You can do whispers, but meh. I still think BBQ is better on him.

Hello there, i was going to ask on this post for the best build for Trickster, but she is such a weak killer that i feel like no matter whats her loadout, victory does NOT depend on us, but mostly on survivors.
Because of that im asking for suggestions on a perk build and also gameplay strategies that you guys use with her, i've already maxed all possible perks, so i could use anything you guys tell me to.
Btw, im looking for a Perk Only build, no addons and no offerings, aiming to be at least Playable at Rank 1.
Top 3 Trickster here. His best build is Corrupt/Ruin/BBQ/Shadowborn. :) Catch people off guard. Press them to bad loops if you can. Don't overcommit to strong loops.

NO THEY ARE NOT.
Stop lying.
How the hell is trapper viable at red ranks especially against SWF? The weakest killer in the game.
I've played my fair share of trapper at red ranks, and I didn't have any problems with him. Tony I have watched your streams, and you still have a lot and when I mean a lot. I do mean a lot to learn about killer still. I've put most of my time into Clown/Trickster 1k+ on Clown by now and another 200+ hours into Trickster and my win rate at rank 1 is 99/100. Explain that if any other killer but spirit and nurse is viable at reds? When MMR was on all I went against was deathsquads, and my que times were giant, because my winrate was so high on clown lol.

If spirit gets nerfed then your survivor main queue times will be 2 hours long.
BHVR isn't that stupid to completely kill their game by nerfing 1 of the 2 viable killers at red ranks
Every killer is viable at red ranks, because most of the players in red ranks play like yellows.

Behavior likes to make their Killers distinct. And a nearly 10 foot tall dommy mommy would definitely stand out from the rest of the roster. Not to mention bring in tons of money from fans of RE and people who know nothing about RE but just want to spend more time looking at her.
Her killrate would be at least 95%

As shown here,he doesn't seem that weak to me.
The thing is, is that he's going against people who don't know tiles properly. His aim is rather poor with him as I should say. Trickster isn't weak, but I don't think we should go based off of his video. I have 200+ hours into trickster alone, and even I can say Trickster needs a few more tweaks. Even though I think he is already pretty decent. He still needs some pretty big tweaks to make him how he should've been from the start. If you wish to see the most recent game from me today from literally a top Trickster player here's a vod skip to 51:30 to see how I perform, and you will see that holding w does hurt Trickster some. This is from survivor POV though. I do lose against deathsquads and people who know how to use tiles properly though. These guys from what you can't see though. Feng just kept holding w and she outplayed me for a while even when I was flinging a lot of knives at her. He does need bonus tweaks. 115% base minimum in my opinion.

Scott isn't even that great at survivor... Most people aren't great at survivor. I'm not some god tier looper, but I'd say I'm pretty decent at survivor. Deathslinger has counterplay and his map pressure is bad, and also he needs to reload, and unless the deathslinger is running STBFL his downs aren't going to be the quickest. Literally pre dropping pallets and holding shift w after you get injured it can take him a while to down you.

For now on I am reporting all Huntress players under the category of Exploits. This is perfectly acceptable because the player is exploiting bugs, "errors in design" to gain a massive unfair advantage over the opponent. Every survivor should do the same to pressure the devs to fix this killer.

So I had a match where two ppl did absolutely nothing. I got 9 hooks, with only 3 gens done. Instead of then unhooking the Meg that did the 3 gens herself, going down twice saving them. I assumed theyd save her, even went across the map. Nope nada. They got hatch with a key from a chest with no plunders. I took this as a forfeit from them and as a win. I just feel hella bad for the Meg that did all the work.
had another match similar where the survivors 3 gen’d themselves badly. They were super immersed but I managed to kill 2 with 10 hooks... and as I went too hook the second one the last two escaped. No plunders again.
how do you take key escapes?
I don't count them as losses unless every person escapes by key at the end of the round. Meaning all gens are done. I only count 2 or more out of the exit gate as a loss if I'm doing winstreaks. Keys refine this by being a cheap way out considering survivors only need to do 3 gens to get 2 people out. When in reality 3 gens is typically not too hard to do.

Anyone with half a brain knows spirit is busted.
People don’t ask for a spirit nerf because there “salty survivor mains” or because they need to “get gud”, people asf for spirit nerfs because she’s genuinely just straight up dumb. there is simply no counterplay to her, people say she’s just a guess but it’s barely even that, if a spirit has a headset your getting phased on and there nothing you can do about it.
No matter how good you are, how well you play, how precise your moves are, your getting phased on and it’s as simple as that.
nerf her already
Spirit isn't that hard to counter to be completely honest. She doesn't need a nerf. She is fine, and I don't even like playing her, so I'm not a spirit player.

Yeah thats what I thought you were talking about. It really isnt all that useful and the only time I find it useful is cause survivors dont expect it. Once survivors expect it is just riskier than normal hits cuase jank hitboxes and you probably wond be able to fully see your target.
There are more advanced methods to it. Once I start streaming again here in a week you are always welcome to come learn new stuff with Trickster. :)

Knife curve? Do you mean like ricochet or like using a specific hand when throwing a knife to get it to go around some corners.
It's hard to explain, but it's also using the knives in a certain angle to get hits that people don't expect you to get. So lets say you are at a window you can angle around that window a bit and curve the knives and needle thread the person on their hitbox even though their hitbox is slightly invisible.

Also, I swear he got nerfed down to 105 or even flat 100 movespeed, lost a kill last match because I can chase a survivor for minutes without catching up, and there were no vaults or pallets involved.
Lery's is fine on Trickster you just gotta learn to cut corners on that map with him, and knife curve, but nobody really knows how to knife curve yet, so lery's is gonna be a bit tricky. You just gotta make sure you pull out your knives in the right spots is all. I don't have much problems with that map with him.

I've seen many threads about Deathsligner and how unfun or oppressive he is in one vs one. From personal experience playing as him and vs him I've notice that he's far from being as oppressive as people say for a couple of reason.
First let's that about ingame cool-down:
- ADS have a 0.15s Activate/Deactivate delay
- Firing have a 0.5s delay -> that delay is from the moment you click on the attack button to the moment he fire
- Projectile speed is 40m/s aka it take 0.25s for 10m and 0.45 at 18m (max distance)
I think we can agree that most of the time you'll get shot at 10m or more distance wise which mean a delay of 0.15+0.50+0.25= 0.90s from the moment Caleb start aiming or 0.75s delay from the moment he click the attack button.
In addition to this delay the killer has to factor in the lag/latency.
At base minimum the Caleb player have to predict where the survivor is gonna be in 0.75s after he click the attack button + latency which can give enough time for a survivor to drop a pallet or vault a window allowing the survivor to not get downed. Also keep in mind that his hit box is really small.
Now for the other cool-down:
- 0.5s for successful Spear Hit
- 1.5s for missed Spear Hit
- Reload time of 2.75s
- Broken Chain Stun penalty of 4s
Now we may disagree on how strong he is overall but it's quite clear that adding even the tiniest cool-down would add a lot over an entire game.
Personally I wouldn't mind having more cool-down for ADS in exchange for lower firing delay
He also get highly punished for a missed Spear Hit & Broken Chain Stun, more than any other killer. Maybe we could lower these cool-down if his initial ADS take somewhere between 0.5-1.0s.
Deathslinger is fine, and he isn't even that hard to counter. It's just the weaker end of skill level survivors that complain about him like they complain about every other killer, but basic m1 killers.

Im not even excited for the new chapter. I just feel like ever since the pandemic hit it just really put a dent in my head. Like what is there to do out there thats fun.
Maybe take up Fishing. I fish whenever I get burnt out from games. It keeps things refreshing, and you become very healthy if you make your own fresh fish. :) Exploring what's out there is great. Fishing away from civilization is great also. You just sound burnt out, and I do agree most games these days aren't very fun.

Killers cannot stop gens, they only delay them until the survivors are dead. This is the fundamental design of the game, so hypothetically if the survivors play good then they should win a majority of games on average. So, why is this not true? It's because a majority of survivors don't understand how pressure works. Many of them think that slamming gens alone will win them the game but against competent killers that is a fatal flaw. PLEASE HEAL! NEVER do a gen over saving a teammate UNLESS its around 80% complete or they're on the other side of the map. Trade hook states! You have to be a team player. Good killers know how to punish the entire team, so don't stay injured for too long unless you have DH. Don't farm your teammate, even if you have BT. Literally all it requires is to just think a little bit ahead of the consequences of your actions. You're smart so use your brain!
I love when people run at me after they get farmed by their teammate even with bt. Trickster punishes that so hard, and they both end up on the ground and automatically lose the game. Survivors blame the killer all the time for the teams misplays. When killers are for the most part are at the mercy of survivor mistakes. People blaming the killer for their misplays obviously shows their own skill level, and honestly those people tend to never get any better.

I played as slow poke Huntress and had Ruin. This Ace spawned right on top of my totem and cleansed it before I can even physically get there. This should never happen, survivors should never spawn that close to any hex totem ever.
This happens quite frequently with me also. It's not even a rare occurrence either. I'll spawn in and in about 10-20 seconds later it's gone. Totem spots really need to be looked at or a mechanic where the totem won't show up until an x amount of time to prevent it from being cleansed automatically.

Just play how you like just ignore the negative comments. I've been complained at for giving hatch multiple times by the person I gave hatch to. People will complain however they want. The thing is, is that I stopped caring about survivors feelings. They don't care about yours. I will tunnel, camp, slug do whatever I can to win, and I don't care about it after lol. I've been threatened. My twitch account being falsely reported and banned from a salty swf with bots, and a lot of other things I shouldn't say by these people. lemme know what u guys think.
It depends on the context. The problem with Deathslinger is that he has to reload every single time he injures someone, and his chases can last a bit longer, so I do agree that he doesn't present the best map pressure. I do agree with clown being in A tier, because a god tier clown can end chases incredibly quickly, and press gens easily. Huntress it depends if we look at the highest level I think she could be B tier. Trickster could most likely move up to C tier, because Tricksters on the highest level so far including me can end chases super quickly, and at least get 2-3 downs before a reload. So typically generating map pressure isn't that difficult with Trickster depending on the map.

-just delete keys and bring back hatch grabs
-when the killer has the entity blocking them from leaving through the exit gate, it should block survivors too, NO MORE TBAGGING
-tricksters recoil on console should be reduced-have these mfs ever played on controller ?

Tricksters recoil should be deleted all together. It reduces his skill cap which shouldn't be a thing in my opinion.

Now with clowns rework I personally think he is even better than he was before. Blight got hid POV fized and now he is even better. Its just my opinion though. Y'all are free to disagree.
Clown is extremely strong. He always has been after his initial buff where he didn't slow down while throwing a bottle anymore. I have put 1k+ hours into him alone, and have amazing success with him. He is way way higher in the tier list than people think he is. He struggles on a few maps, but overall he does quite well, even against incredibly strong players. I don't really care about people escaping with keys, I just hate how people play when they have a key & comms.
A lot of teams go out of their way to play super stealthy when they've done enough gens to open the hatch, and it's such a bore. Similar reason why I get tilted as Trickster against toolbox teams...like Jesus I can't even play the game. At least as any other killer even if I'm doing poorly I actually have a chance to have more than 1 or 2 chases. If you're a console Trickster on Mother's Dwelling how the hell are you supposed to have any fun?
Yea even after 200+ hours on Trickster Mother's dwelling is his worst map literally almost every loop counters his power with not much you can do, but play off of position survivors like I usually do, but it still isn't fun. It just depends though like keys are still a problem no matter how you cut it in my opinion.

Look at her pretty face
Her rendered models and her trailer model looks good. Her ingame model scares me to death.

Keys and hatch is the only thing keeping killrates what they are. Freddy would have a 95% killrate. Everyone knows you can't open the gates against a Ruin+Tinkerer Freddy. It's the only bit of hope there is most matches.
Freddy isn't even that good though. Sluzzy we need to have a conversation on how to counter freddy. Just press W and pre drop pallets. I'm pretty sure freddy's high kill rate is more than likely people opt'ing out on first hook against him like they usually do.

Yeah they're really annoying. We've been waiting months for this change and I'm willing to bet they'll still be strong and useful after their nerf unlike mori's.
I only bring mori's to style on people, because they are useless otherwise lol.

We have to face reality gann. A molded over pancake looks better than her face.

Even as a survivor main I have to agree.
I had some survivor argue with me earlier about how the chest bug was fair, and that I deserved for them to key out, because I 3 gen'd them. Even though I do get 2 people keying out frequently I normally don't complain about it, but I just finally cracked after earlier, because it happens way too often. I don't even count them as losses, because it's just not fair.
