Predator works well with The Spirit as she can only see scratch marks while she's phase walking.
Bloodhound only works if you run "Father's Glasses", as it makes the Blood Trail visible. Unfortunately, it's an Ultra Rare (Pink) ADD-ON, you know what I mean, right?

1st Question: She is a pretty decent killer, as she got so many potentials with her power! The only problem is that she is pretty high skill cap, but she'll be incredibally insane if she's on the right hand.

I don't think he needs a nerf! There were so many ways to counter Leatherface btw. His ability doesn't even help him during the chase, and he gets looped easily. This is why he's not a top tier killer. But his Perks were so damn good tbh.
