The hag is not easy, but life does become a lot better when you crouch. Gens, doorways, unhooking, being unhooked, assume these things are trapped and crouch. She's going to catch you now and then because some killers are really damn clever with their trap placements, but she's certainly not OP.

When I'm being unhooked, I'm already pressing that crouch button.

Try  crouching.

I mean, spamming the crouch button is the favorite thing for survivors. But now that they are required to do it, it's suddenly impossible.
