Not worth $15, especially because you can’t mix and match because of locked sets. Idk how you people buy this stuff. But hey, you’re essentially funding the game for the rest of us. So if you wanna blow your money, that’s your right.
-
I would say it depends on your playtime. You need to understand Survivor pathing and have good map knowledge. I would not recommend her to beginners.
-
Killer is more fun than insta-losing when the 1st guy to go down gives up. That happens a lot these days.
-
Only with Stake Out. Getting above 4ish stacks of Hyperfocus without it is unlikely. Hopefully they don't nerf the combo and nerf toolboxes instead.
-
It was at 100% for Killer last night for me, but it only lasted about an hour. Survivor has the bonus most of the day.

the point of perks is enhancements not to fix core game issues.
According to you. Multiple perks are the definition of band-aids that only exist to address core issues. Like it or not, it's part of their design philosophy.
-
Nope. I've sunk too much time in to reset. If I lost my progress, I just wouldn't play anymore.
-
The threat of DS used to be enough to lessen tunneling. Now no one is running it, so Killers have nothing to fear. It should be at least 4 if not 5 seconds. The endgame nerf was all that was needed.
-
I'd wager I'm around 30%. If someone DCs or gives up on 1st hook, it's just over. Fun stuff.
-
Isn't it one of his best add-ons? It's like Legion's Iri Pin. Vaulting and breaking the pallet is pretty good tbh.
-
Oh wow. I thought this perk was pretty weak, but if it denies Adrenaline, that's actually kinda good.
-
Meh, it's fine now that everything in the bloodweb costs less. I'm honestly surprised they reduced costs as much as they did.

I wanna hear your opinion on The Survivor Agenda™.
Ooooh where can I get a copy of The Survivor Agenda™? Maybe I can get OP to sign it for me.

What makes a solo player worse on that map? Can't players function outside of SWF?
Well, it's an indoor map for starters (mostly). You really want me to explain why indoor maps are bad for players who can't communicate?

Built to Last being in a tier really confuses me.
using it on toolbox, map or medkit at best saves you a little bit of time
but on average its just gonna lose you time having to find a locker and sit in it forever. in my opinion unless you are using it for flashlights it was actually nerfed when they "buffed it"
Oh hey, someone who agrees old Built To Last was better. High five!

yeah it was a dumb change, but its not uncounterable
let go of the gen when the survivors aura reappears being hooked, and get back on after the explosion
the perk combo only really works when you dont know what to do against it, but they should just put pain res back to not kicking people off gens, and unnerf dms
Disagree. DMS is the problem in the equation. If you get back on, then when the Killer inevitably comes to the gen, now it's blocked so they can go back to the hook and proxy camp. At least now it's only 30 seconds. Before you could push everyone off gens with Artist and boom, you have 45 seconds of nothing happening so you can camp.

And someone is injured 30 seconds in. And 30 seconds in, you don't need bond. You want to split from your team early game.
Okay. Bond helps me split from my team early game.

They don't care. All they've got is "map bad".
Mmm no, I've got more than "map bad." New RPD isn't any better for a solo Survivor.

I don't think bond is better than empathy. Empathy has way too big of a range to not be better. And realistically, most of the time you will have at least one injured person in your team. Empathy just gives you more information, even the amazing one of telling if a killer is in a chase.
Bond is better at the start of the game though. Empathy does nothing until someone is injured. The range is irrelevant tbh. If something is not within 32 meters of me, then I can infer where it is. Bond is more about what it doesn't show you rather than what it does.

I wish jill actually got two skins instead of a legendary
I wish we got unlocked cosmetic sets so I could mix-and-match...

Old RPD maybe, but only with coordinated survivors. Explain how the new variants are.
Agreed. Old RPD was hell for solo queue. The new one is basically the same, except everyone is getting lost all over again, so it's just as bad if not worse. SWFs have a ball on it though.

Let go of the gen when you see the killer is about to hook someone.
If you aren't blinded you can even wait untill the very last second
Okay but that doesn't stop the gen from regressing. And if I touch it, then the Killer can push me off and block it. Basically it takes a gen completely out of play for 30 seconds if not more, if the Killer is good.
-
My only complaint would be Adrenaline is not S tier, at least not for solo queue. There's a huge chance the gens don't get done in solos, but yeah S-tier for SWF.
I also think you underrate Bond. It is similarly powerful to Empathy. I'll usually swap between Kindred and Bond for solos.
-
The game has been standardized to a degree. Killers can only be so different in so many ways.

then just remove the skillchecks from commodious and event toolboxes so you can't stack hyper focus off them or just make hyperfocus not work with toolboxes
Great change, sounds fair to me.
-
Bugs aside, he seems underrated to me. Wesker players aren't finding it hard to 3/4K in my solo matches.

they need a rework again?
Only the Commodious and Event toolboxes. Unless you're running one of those, your toolbox probably isn't doing much for you.

Spoken like someone who can't hit greats. Lol.
Tbf they do get pretty fast after 4 stacks or so. You're probably gonna miss the great without Stake Out.
-
It's just part of the package. I started playing at the release of the Legion DLC. From day 1, I knew to expect a hefty dose of issues with every patch haha
-
Feature. Just another reason to avoid Open Handed.
-
I thought it looked like a broken bone at first.
-
I agree. If the Killer hasn't won by the ~25 minute mark, the match should just end. It would prevent Survivors from stealthing forever and Killers from extending the match unnecessarily.

@Reinami said:

If you run it with a toolbox it turns a 90 second gen into a 40 second one. It is extremely overpowered.
~45 seconds, if you hit every great skill check, which you won't. And the Killer can't interrupt you, which they will. If you wanna talk overpowered, we should talk about your Nurse profile picture :)
-
Ever since they did a 1.5x BP event, I knew 2x events would fade away. At least they finally reduced Bloodweb costs.
-
Lol classic overcorrection. Hope it’s patched soon.
-
Comes with the territory. They know what they signed up for at least haha.
-
Rebecca is the highlight for me. She’s cute, has a couple fun perks, and she keeps it positive 👍
-
I am looking forward to Wesker, mostly because I have nothing to spend my BP on other than Prestige atm. Also, it will break up the monotony of Nurse and Blight matches.
-
For reference, 1st and 2nd DC are 5 minutes. 3rd and 4th are 15 minutes. 5th and 6th are 30 minutes. Etc.
You had to DC an ungodly amount of times to get to that point lol. Tbh you should probably not play until you can upgrade your system and/or internet. The game does crash sometimes, but not nearly this much.
-
Night & day difference. Not only is mouse & keyboard way better for multiple reasons, but you also get access to filters to improve the graphics. PC is far and away the best platform and it’s not even close tbh.
Oh, and you also get access to mods to change your perk icons and stuff, if customization is your thing!
-
Nurse, Blight, and Pinhead are annoying because they’re made to play against SWF. The average solo team can’t keep up with the pressure they generate. It is not uncommon for solos to “give up” against these 3.
-
Priorities. There are bigger fish to fry. Michael looks fine imo. What he needs are actual buffs.
-
Oh good, it’s not just me.

If u go into a 3-Gen-Situation, maybe you deserve the loss?
There’s a multitude of maps now where a 3-gen practically spawns by default. It’s not always the Survivors’ fault anymore.
-
Killer finds hatch first the majority of the time, and the exit gates are usually not too far apart. I see your point, but calling endgame Survivor-sided is a stretch.
-
I love using Nemesis’ tentacle, but it feels extremely bad to give extra health states for free. I haven’t gotten to try Wesker yet, but he looks way more fun.
-
There’s some cool Killer-themed music out there on YouTube. But for me, sound is too important for Killer. I only play music as Survivor.
-
I find kicking gens boring in general, so even with all the kicking buffs, I stick with passive slowdowns and chase perks. Because at the end of the day, I want to chase people, not babysit gens.
But clearly I'm in the minority because gen-kicking perks are all the rage atm. If I had a nickel for every Killer using Overcharge/Call of Brine/Eruption, I’d be rich.
-
Add-on buffs across the board. His are possibly the worst in the game. And personally, I'd like to see the zombies removed for some other secondary power that isn't RNG based.
-
Depends on the Killer tbh. Like, Dead Hard is amazing vs. some Killers but useless against others. If you're playing solo queue, Off the Record and Kindred/Bond are kinda required just to play the game properly. The other 2 perk slots are up to personal preference.
