I used to be strongly against removing it but.. yeah, until the cheater problem dies down, they should consider removing it.

Whats so bad about playing with console?
To play devil’s advocate, I cannot chat with console players. I like to let people know what build I have or what offering I’m bringing.
Also, it is generally accepted that the PC version is the best performance-wise. Remember, you can be paired with Switch players who are absolutely at a disadvantage.

If it helps they did announce recently that they are making all the costumes for all the non-licensed characters be purchasable with shards. So things like Oni's Minotaur and dark knight outfits, the Huntress Baba Yaga, and so on will all have shard prices if you want to get them that way rather than spending cash.
Omg I didn’t hear about this. I refuse to spend actual money on skins, so this is really awesome.
-
Hag. The whole proxy camp playstyle isn’t for me.
-
It’s counterable, but I still dislike it. Picking a mobility Killer with Lethal essentially eliminates the early game. Which is a huge deal.
-
Yes please. His add-ons are trash. Zombies are unreliable at best.
-
I stopped running OTR. If the Killer smacks me right off the hook, then the endurance is gone and they can tunnel freely. Also conflicts with Dead Hard.
-
Bots would be cool. Although it might slow queue times with people playing practice mode instead.
-
Stalemate situations are definitely a problem right now. Idk how to fix it but it needs to be addressed. Maybe they could add like a 30 minute timer per match to prevent this sort of thing.
-
I’ve ran this build plenty of times in solo and it’s way overhyped. The clips of gens being done in 50 seconds are unrealistic. Most people will not hit every skill check.
-
Still not worth paying for.
-
I see it in maybe 1 of every dozen matches. It costs money and does literally nothing if the Killer does not camp outright. The nerf was huge.
-
It took them so long to change Iri Heads that I expected more than a simple number change. I remember thinking, "It took years just to change a 3 to a 1?" Yeah, they should've done better.
-
Should be 6 stacks max since 2 stacks were made base-kit in 6.1.0.
That being said, you could argue it's fine because most of the stronger Killers don't even run STBFL. Like yeah it's strong on Demo and Pig but.. they're still Demo and Pig.
-
the only reliable tactic against good surv teams (tunneling someone out early) has been nerfed hard
Is this really true though? Sure, we have base-kit BT, but DS was nerfed out of meta in exchange. If the Killer wants 1 guy dead, there's not much the Survivors can do about it. Can't even use the new Dead Hard if you're hit right off hook.
-
The incentive for playing Killer is having a statistically higher chance of winning. No BP bonus needed.

Is it bad that I'm actively enjoying both sides argue and start drama because of these stats? Like the anger/irritation is making me laugh
Are you kidding? It's what keeps the forums entertaining. :^)

I'd even go further and say lobbies should just be invisible behind the scenes and when you hit Ready it just eventually starts the match up. There's really no need for players to see each other prior the match starting.
Dude, I wish. Imagine how much time we would save not waiting in lobby for everyone to ready up again. This would eliminate dodging too. Omg that is a lot of time saved.
-
Depends how good the Survivors are. I have won with Wraith with no perks, and I’ve lost with Nurse with a slowdown build. But generally I’d say running at least 1 slowdown is meta.
-
@IronKnight55 said:
No, I like being able to dodge baby survivors when I'm playing survivor/killer. I shouldn't be getting put with them anyways.
Case in point. Low Prestige does not mean baby Survivor. This mentality is why Prestige should not be shown in lobby.
-
The Game needs less pallets and more vaults. Shelter Woods feels forgotten about. Maybe just delete it along with 4 of the Badham variations.
-
Nightfall is kinda rough. You guys should see how dark it is on my buddy’s PS4. So glad I’m on PC.
-
I do think Blight’s add-ons need some nerfs, but making him 110% wouldn’t really solve anything. Add-on nerfs and then we go from there.
-
I see it as a balance thing. Wider FOV provides an advantage, hence it being a perk. I mean it’s good enough that some of you never take it off, so clearly it is valuable. Sorry for you people with motion sickness though.
-
Oh boy, I sure love running Distortion and the Killer has no aura reading. It’s like Unbreakable. Could come in clutch or could be completely useless.
-
Well, she is in a pretty good spot with Iron Will gone. I’d put her 3rd or 4th on the tier list. But even so, I’m not interested in playing her. We have 29 Killers now, and Spirit’s power just doesn’t excite me compared to others.
-
Lethal is easily one of the best Killer perks right now. It eliminates the early game and shoves the Killer right into a chase. If you’re not running Lethal, you’re doing it wrong (on most Killers anyway).
Oh, and as for Distortion, it doesn’t do much when none of your teammates have it and you spawn next to them. And if the Killer doesn’t have any aura perks, then you’ve completely wasted a perk slot. Fun.

And now they know.....
It’s not a secret lol. There’s only 3 Killers with items to pick up. Of course Hoarder is good on all of them.
-
He’s very underrated. Idk how some people think he’s C tier.
-
Nea and Steve at 10. I’m trying to hit Prestige 6 on everyone before I go any higher. No point to leveling only 1 character.
-
I think it’s fine. Terror Radius perks are finally seeing some use outside of Nurse and Doctor. It was getting boring with every Killer being 32m or 24m anyway. Diversity is good.
-
The charge time keeps his power balanced. Remember Hillbilly with charge speed add-ons? Yeah.
-
I like the aesthetic of corn, but it's pretty lame gameplay-wise. It's also quite sparse. If you guys have ever seen a corn field IRL, they're quite dense and thick. They're difficult to run through and easy to get lost.
-
Simple math. 4 Survivors to every 1 Killer. Even if solo queue wasn't as bad as it is, the Survivor side would still get a BP bonus.
-
I hate how they make you buy in-game currency. Like, I have 300 Auric Cells leftover from past purchases, but I can't buy anything with them. So that money is just wasted.

There was a golden time when players would hook trade and make smart saves and focus down gens if someone was getting camped.
Now it’s just whine whine whine.
Bruh moment.
-
Darkness Revealed + Worry Stone. Don't use Floods of Rage and BBQ together. And drop Agitation for something else.
-
I hate that you don't get chase points when Victor is after you. And I don't enjoy slugging, which is Twins' best playstyle, so not the Killer for me. They're 1 of only 3 Killers I don't own.
-
Almost never. Maybe a brown medkit and that's it.

Windows is hard meta, believe it or not. I see 1-3 people running it lately in my games. Not complaining, it gives Blindness actual value.
Interesting, I didn’t think about Blindness denying Windows. Luckily it’s not a super common effect.
-
If anything, Thana should be buffed to include dead Survivors.
-
Eh, it’s fine, it’s just that 25 seconds is too long to be incapacitated.

Sometimes all three of my teammates are alternating chases and unhooks all game. Someone has to do gens and me having 0 hooks while all of them are on death hook doesn't mean I played badly.
Fair enough. Sometimes you get paired with a SWF that decides to trade unhooks and basically throw. Nothing you can do there unfortunately :(

I believe there is a "Quitters Bonus" Bloodpoint score, but frankly it's not enough when considering how impactful DCing is towards a team.
The Abandoned bonus is like 600 BP or something. Buff that to like 3-5k.

@Lynxx said:
Snitches get stitches - I kill the survivor who betrays for any reason.
Oh 100%. I don’t tolerate rats. But if you play overly cautious and get your team killed, then you can’t really be surprised when your teammates want a little revenge haha.
-
+1. I have stopped using Dead Hard because it just won’t go off when I time it right. What happened to Dead Hard validation? Something is definitely wrong here.
-
I used to be like this. Often times I’d manage to stealth or loop the Killer until they leave me, and my teammates would end up dead before I was hooked once. You just gotta accept that sometimes you’ll have to intentionally throw yourself at the Killer to give your team some breathing room. Your hook states are a resource, and if you don’t use them, you put your team at a disadvantage.
-
Hyperfocus is fine, it’s just toolboxes that need looking at. As for Coulrophobia, I think it’s perfectly fine when Starstruck exists.

@ScottJund said:
The only thing that needs to happen is all survivors should always spawn together. This inherently acts like a Corrupt Intervention naturally as they have to waste time going to different generators (or all group up on one, which is a bad idea)
Would be a great change if Lethal Pursuer didn't exist. Seeing the whole team clustered at the start, especially on a mobility Killer, is insanely good as is. Making it every game would suck to play against.
-
Sure, technically MMR is “on.” Whether it is actually functioning is debatable though.
