Wow nice picture! You have an artistic eye. Your avatar makes a lot of sense! Do you happen to enjoy running “Spies From the Shadows”?
I find I don't really need it as killer.
that said...i really should.
if only to have bird silhouettes appear on my screen at random
-
I have to love it for truly igniting my passion for birds.
(just this afternoon, i drew this in ms paint)
-
Eh... Not really. At least, not if you want Mr Kramer to still be Mr Kramer.
Thing is, he's an old guy who never goes for the kill himself. He always lets a trap or accomplices do the work for him. Kramer chasing survivors, while technically feasible in the entity's realm, is really not his thing.

I'd say the pumpkin head is a bit odd for a blighted skin.

I tried to imply that more killers should have more items who belongs to them.
How would that work for killers like Nurse, Wraith, Billy, Myers, Bubba, etc.?
-
Crucially, it tracks totems.
It’s also be impossible to make it fair by tracking more killer belongings, when you have killers who have none. Moreover, most belongings that are helpful have their aura revealed when nearby anyway.
If anything, it shouldn’t track bear traps.

As far as I know, there’s the following tags. Please know these are my own interpretations of them.
Pending - the tag that appears on newly created bug reports. These have yet to be seen by anyone.
Under Review - The first stage, although I’m not sure who goes over this one. I understand it as it being the stage where the developers are trying to confirm that what you’ve reported is in fact a bug, and is replicable.
Acknowledged - Your bug report has been confirmed as a bug. A fix is likely being worked on.
Fixed - pretty self-explanatory. If the fix is not live already, it will be soon.
Not a Bug - Also pretty self-explanatory.
Duplicate - Your bug has already been reported. To keep things clean, the more recent reports are closed.
Denied - I’ve only seen this one a few times, and I’m not quite sure what this one means

We are coming up to almost a year on broken MFT. Yall already said it's being addressed. Takes mere weeks if even that to rush in killer nerfs, why is addressing a permanent speed boost taking so long for survivors? It has really turned the game into a completely bitter experience for m1 killers.
MfT came out this summer.
-
Pretty sure it's not a Blighted skin, since it's a riff on the Headless Horseman trope, a character typically associated with Halloween.

I always think the resilience perk icon is Megs face for some reason as it would make sense since she’s athletic and that’s what that perk is based around..doing things faster.
It is, actually.
It’s a remnant of characters having 5 teachables, from before DbD went into open beta.

I really hope we see a Wendigo killer in the future, but one with a skull head and antlers version of the Wendigo
strictly speaking, that version of the wendigo is kind of a bastardised version of the mythology behind it. As others have pointed out, the Wendigo as such is all about greed and insatiable hunger in all senses of the word. Cannibalism, as such, was merely a side effect.
It never had the antlers, nor the beast-like features. It was simply a severely corrupted human being.
To that end, Hag's design is...somewhat accurate. She's emaciated, yet fueled by hunger above all else. To this day, she's the only killer with a Mori that actually has her eat part of the survivor.
I would recommend youtuber Painticus' explanation of the mythology, where he primarily focuses on how it's depicted in indie video games.
https://youtu.be/YphLGXVjl0k?si=f_6O3kZlQ2YNuDbKif youre just looking for an explanation of the mythology, it's from 13:00 onward

What's in the bags? I assume those are peanut and/or walnut bags? Do those work well? I always figured the birds can't really get to the shelled nuts in those things but I see them sold in a bunch of places...
theres only 1 bag, the others are a coconut filled with suet, and just a straight suet ball.
the actual bag is full of... very stale peanuts, i think. they've been largely ignoring it, actually.

Ahhhh, ok it's not lit at the beginning. Like NOED?
Kinda? Pentimento doesn’t have an active hex that can be taken down in the same way most other hex perks do.
It’s just the ability to revive totems, and get passive benefits from having those revived totems standing.
-
@CountOfTheFog said:
But if the Pentimento hex is cleansed first then the whole thing was for nothing?
No. Pentimento Totems are unique, in that they don't "hold" the perk, so to speak. They're effectively zombie totems, if you will.
Hex Pentimento counts the amount of zombie totems, and then applies the effects corresponding with the amount of zombie totems standing.
Assuming there's 4 zombie totems, the survivors will need to take down all 4 zombie totems to get rid of the repair speed penalty.
*do keep in mind that zombie totems, once destroyed, cannot be revived again. Also, since you can only revive destroyed totems, the survivors will typically know where the totems are when you revive them.
-
Pentimento allows you to revive broken totems.
When you do, the rebuilt totem is a Pentimento Hex Totem. The amount of standing Pentimento Totems determines the effects of the perk.
Once you have 5 standing Pentimento totems, they cannot be taken down anymore.
The trick is to persuade the survivors into cleansing the ‘normal’ hex totems, so that you have totems to revive. Since you need them to destroy 5 totems, you typically want to run Hex: Plaything in combination with Pentimento, since the former gives you 4 Hex Totems for 1 perk slot. The last one can be done with any hex perk, or none at all if you’re feeling lucky.

Pinhead is a pubstomper, first and foremost, but he’s also somewhat map dependent.
I find he struggles on Léry’s specifically, where there are lots of walls to break the chains on.
-
It strongly reminds me of OG Borrowed Time.
Both the unhooker and the unhooked got a free hit. meaning the savior could bumrush in and get out practically for free.
-
A very busy afternoon!
-
In a hard tunnel scenario, Renewal isn’t going to get filled so that’s entirely useless.
DH and OtR don’t synergise very well. One hit in Endurance, and you’ve lost both, so DH is useless here.
DS is kinda bad, and heavily dependent on the killer you’re facing.
Sprint Burst + Off the Record + DS is arguably the most consistent anti-tunnel.

Backwater Swamp
-
Way back when, they said that this was the only way they could expand the Springwood realm.
iirc, this came with the same patch that did the grand Freddy overhaul.
-
Strictly speaking, it refers to Killers that cannot use their power to down survivors directly. Though it’s a rough definition.
Spirit would be considered an M1 killer, but is typically not referred to as one. Same with Slinger.
And on the opposite end, Trapper would not be an M1 killer, but realistically the majority if his downs are coming from M1’s.
I’d say people want it to mean the killers that fall into the same archetype that plays loops the same way. But the term used…doesn’t really work.
-
Yes. This is why Rancor is, in theory, super good with an obsession roulette build.
-
There have to be Pods nearby to activate it. If there are none, it won’t go off.

Since Alien, there’s no doubt in my mind Predator isn’t coming at some point, but I still think it’s maybe a bit too quick to have the one follow right after the other?
It’s certainly one of the likeliest options, though.

Killers not complaining in any event challenge impossible.
Unbalanced this unbalanced that, just enjoy the event and the bps holy crap.
Twins and Oni being powerless seems a bit more than just unbalanced, eh?
-
The other team really just means your opponent. As killer, the survivors, and as survivors, the killer.
As survivor, your teammates can see the Haunts your side has freed, but not the ones the killer freed, and vice versa.
The challenge then is to make your opponent run into a Haunt your side freed.
-
But how else will i remember to greet Bird?
-
Try to guess where it is, and consider if, 1) you can avoid it, and 2) how to hit it as quickly as you can without being burned out of Crawler mode.

Like I said, make it an option. 🤷🏻♂️ You want to hide it? Go ahead. Others don’t care to, and that should be their choice.
That defeats the point, though.

Going down is inevitable. The entire game is built around that.

Trapper's, easily.
The Naughty Bear mori looks neat, but then default Trapper is... eh. He really needs to use a bear trap, somehow.

There is cross progression between the two. However if what you are asking is can you join your account between the two?
No.
Happened to me. Had to start over. But honestly, going from console to PC it's a world of difference. It's like a different game. I prefer pc over Playstation.
There is no cross progression between any platforms except Steam and Epic.

"survivors need to build up momentum for 2.5 metres"
Survivors can fast vault windows from a standing position.
BHVR silently reverted the changes they made to fast vaults almost immediately after the patch that changed them. You don't have to run in a straight line, and you don't need to be running for a set time to get a fast vault.
That can’t be true. If you sprint vault from a standing position it will always be a medium vault, not a fast one.
unless you have enough distance from the window.
-
They do. They just don't when the action is already taking place. This is why placing a puddle at a window typically doesn't work when jumping from the puddle side to the clean side.

He’s not a skin per se. He’s a legendary which means he’s technically a new character (new voice lines).
...which you need the original character (Leon) for to use.
-
Not the point of it, but that's how you cheese it, yeah.
