But, i don't support making exclusive content. Personally when i want something in a game i can no longer get i feel punished just for the sole reason that i wasn't interested in the game earlier. Exclusive skins limit player expression and exclusive characters cause balance problems.
They at least did the huge discounts as soon as they announced that the content would be leaving.
It was also only possible to get the prestige portrait demo if you had the content then, but i understand not everyone will have it because prestiging was unpopular previously.
I think maybe a portrait icon for legacy owners would be good enough. Anything more and the impact of stranger things leaving will still be felt.
FWIW, the devs didn't know they'd be able to have the chapter return. They didn't say anything misleading, since it was true at the time.
If they did say it might return, that's misleading.

The fact that Trickster is first and it's already confirmed he's been reworked this chapter makes me think this is a timeline tease more than a killer tease. The silhouette being Myers and being made to stand out to possibly showing he's a major rework (like ground up kind of rework) rather than number tweaks like Trickster.
If this theory is true than the reworks would be Trickster this update, followed by Clown next update, Myers next, and finally Wesker.
The chair detail that someone mentioned tho is interesting and could be a clue, or maybe its just art. We'll see tomorrow!

Quite the opposite, in fact. On release, Demo's PoV had a different chase theme that didn't appear elsewhere. Same for Oni. Both have been removed for unspecified reasons, quite a while ago.
Also, his TR in the PTB went through 2 separate versions. The first one had an entirely different chase theme, whereas the third version is what we have on live right now.

I really don't understand how it could possibly be a buff.
It went from:
Be injured & don't be exhausted, which is an inevitability and requires nothing but the killer simply hitting you.
To:
Be in Deep Wound, which can only be achieved through perks, being hit coming off the hook, or through specific killer powers.

Assuming you're from Asia, I believe it's because SWF is considered cheap in your region, whereas it's considered by some to be the only way to play here.
Pinhead is a solo stomper, and Wraith can get ambushes off much more easily if his approach isn't betrayed by survivors on comms.

well, they'd be breaking their content cycle with two Mid-Chapters PTB's in a row.
Given that it's gonna be a solo killer, they probs has more bandwidth to make changes for the full chapter patch.

What is a thing is that you can start buying tiers once you've unlocked the premium track.

Basically, this is your player card. The campfire icon are the badges the dev update refers to, and the banner is the skull art on the right of it. You can essentially customise your player profile as it appears to others with these.

For one, Mother's Dwelling is (or was) notorious for being the biggest map in the entire game. I can say with a degree of certainty reducing its size was, in fact, asked for.

Legion, Deathslinger, grabbing Knight's banner, a handful of killer addons, Dead Hard, Off the Record body blocking, Styptic, Buckle Up + For the People, random endurances from events. Any time you have a mend bar you just passively run faster and can use other exhaustion perks with it now.

MFT always gave an Endurance effect after healing someone, so thats when.

Typically, around 15 minutes, sometimes approaching 20. Anything over 20 tends to be the result of 3-genning, be it from the survivors not paying attention or actively forced by the killer.

However outsideof that, I definitely feel like the reporting needs to be overhauled, especially for console.
All I can do is report in one if 4 vague categories. I don't even get the ability to type a message. The annoying part is PS5 has functionality to capture recent gameplay quite easily, so I could actually make a decent report if the game allowed me to... but I have no doubt my reports are totally ignored right now.
I still do it on principle for DC and SoH players, but it's frustrating 😒
reporting dc’ers does nothing. Their bans are automatically handled, so you’re just flooding support with those reports.
