In the game, an Outfit describes what is mentioned here, a set. So the outfits/sets are on a sale - we can inquire if individual pieces are supposed to be not on sale or if they should be too, but it does specify Outfit on the website, which refers to the whole thing, not just one piece.

In this specific case, there is an admission from the person who did it - so yes, this can be considered targeted harassment as they admit to do it due to someone's name/orientation/other factors (as they did admit to it due to the person being supposedly gay). It is important to always report in such cases and send further information to support.

However, slugging in no form is bannable, even if the killer lets the survivor bleed out for four minutes on the ground - the game still ends. There are no rule breaks or whatsoever. It is not bannable. I understand it can be annoying and boring for some people, but it would not be feasible to ban for it. Sometimes survivors crawl around and the killer can't find them and even if they do and don't want to - it's still not a ban.

Fog Whisperer charms are only for FW and you cannot get charms from the store, the only way to "buy" would be the rift, but that's a bit different and only possible with the premium track. Free track offers charms too, but certainly not the FW charm. It's most likely a hacked file.

Going AFK multiple times is against the rules, just like disconnecting is - you are ruining the game for other people. AFK once or twice, that goes, sure, because emergencies can happen. If you dog suddenly fell down the stairs and doesn't get up anymore, you clearly are gonna prioritize your dog more than the game.
However, if you were to AFK now every (most) game(s) where you get frustrated and you keep getting reported for that, it can result in a temporary ban for not playing the game. The game can be frustrating for everyone, I've experienced it too, pretty sure we all do, but game rules are still in place to be considered.

In my experience, sometimes survivors need to be quite in the center of the camera to be registered by the mechanic however.

I'd still recommend possibly creating bug reports for bugs you encounter with a description of how it happened in case you can't get logs - if you can get logs, that'd be wonderful obviously.

Please do not quit the round you're in unless it's a game breaking bug obviously. What it means is that once you finish the round you're in, you exit the game normally and grab the logs that way.

There is no ETA for when the website will be back up, but otherwise as mentioned before, it is not currently possible to transfer progress from console to pc and vice versa. Cross progression is only possible as of now between Steam and Stadia.

Considering, even if mentioned in the OP, those kind of threads are prone to fights and breaking our name and shame rules, I'm locking it due to the nature of it and that it already has slowly started an argument. Please let's not generalize and insult one side of players.

You need to report them on your respective platform (from the looks of it, that's Xbox, so report them there), as the team does not handle things happening outside of Dead by Daylight. If it had happened in the end-game chat in the game, then yes, this would be bannable, but as it did not, the platform you're using is responsible for it.

The offering is not disabled to minimize complaints, but to ensure that the devs can keep an eye on the stability first. It's to avoid that people spam the offering in case it is still not stable for players. There is no "trying to minimize complaints."

What I would like to ask moving forward from everyone to please avoid commenting that people should just upgrade - there are several reasons as to why someone might not be able to or simply doesn't want to. Either of those situations are fine. If you however still feel like to leave a comment with tips on how to upgrade, make sure it's understanding and respectful. This is an important matter to the community who play on those platforms and their voices certainly should be heard on it.
Don't platform shame anyone, whether they play on console or pc, it does not matter. This is not something we would like to see here.
It already has been acknowledged by BHVR, the console optimizaton issues that is (especially now after the recent chapter) - in the most recent patch too, that issues ongoing are being investigated. This is from the recent 5.0.2 patch:

In the case of suspected DDOSing, it is possible to obtain evidence from the ISP and send this to our Support after an in-game report, so it can be ruled out that it was just normal loss of internet or whatsoever. It is taken very serious when someone uses DDOS to attack others. Additionally to that, when it comes to legal ramifications, that depends entirely on the country, so that is dependant on where you reside.

Im Moment ist Crossprogression nur für PC und Stadia verfügbar, aber das Team versucht ihr Bestes, um zu versuchen, dass alle Plattformen es irgendwann haben... Nur dies ist nicht garantiert.

That is exactly going "afk" in the sense of not playing the game, thus becoming a bannable offense long term, because there are people who want to play the game - please play the game. Whether you follow the survivor or not invisible, you are refusing to partake in the game throughout the whole match. It doesn't really matter if the only action you do is open the exit gates then, as you still remained "afk" for the rest of the game.
It ruins the game for other people and it can become bannable if the same people cross your way over and over again and have the same experience which leads them to report you each time.

When a survivor/killer blocks me in game, does that mean I won't play against him ever or not? Because I'm getting paranoid that a maybe all high ranks players are just blocking me so it becomes the reason it takes ages to find a lobby as these killers
There is no blocking feature in the game. If you block someone, it only blocks their friend requests, but not the chance to meet the player in question. If someone blocks you, they still can face you in the game.
