Likely Capcom's decision not BHVR's.
As Karu said the Resident Evil Village premiere aired a couple hours ago and ended very recently. It revealed a lot of stuff about RE Village, RE4 VR, the Netflix series and Resident Evil X Dead by Daylight.
As a big fan of Resident Evil I'm super stoked for everything that was shown. Now even more so with Dead by Daylight being confirmed as a crossover.
-
I am so ######### pumped for this chapter.
The thing is what map will it be? Aside from bioweapons and enemies in the Resident Evil Franchise the maps are JUST as iconic.
Honest speculation is Mr. X or Nemesis on the killer - The thing is what map? This chapter needs to have a map it will be such a missed opportunity if there is no map. Raccoon City Police Department? Raccoon City? Spencer Mansion?
The survivor could be anyone to be honest but I'd be content with Leon or Jill. Hell even Barry would be awesome.

Tome challenges and it's more efficient to throw the game to do challenges than actually playing the game.
-
If you miss two skillchecks you immediately die. The only issue is this makes suiciding on hook harder when you have people intentionally unhooking you right off griefing you with the killer - Punishment for that should be more serious instead of punishing the DC'r or suicider. If you solve other problems DC'ing or suiciding on hook will be less common. For example mori is a good example - How often do you see people DC because of mori now? When I saw ebony prior I used to see a pretty common dodge or dc. Now I rarely see it after the change. This counts towards many unfun killer mechanics.
Granted BHVR dropped the ball on IRI heads.

Yes. This, Iri coin is almost impossible to use on a lot of maps and it would be even harder if it was 20+ meters. Imagine if you got gideon, hawkins, or any congested map, This addon would be ######### USELESS.
Iri Coin isn't actually hard to connect - The issue with that addon is reeling a survivor in with no obstacles in between you and them that will break the reel. I can actually pretty consistently get max range as Deathslinger I just can never reel them in fully. With Huntress there is plenty of opportunity to get a max range hatchet because damage is instant.
-
I still feel they should have just given Freddy some sort of skillshot and replaced Snares tbh. A high impact killer should have a skillful power to use instead of nerfing them into the ground. Granted Freddy isn't terrible but of course much worse.
-
Still has the issue where it drastically lowers the skill floor and enables inept gameplay. To me the item is still unhealthy if it enables killers to just walk up to someone and get within melee range to use a hatchet. That shouldn't be what the killer is about it should be about skillful gameplay.
I'd be more fine if it was permanently stuck at 3 hatchets but required a range to down someone. 20 meters minimum for example.
-
I've seen three but honestly 10 dollars for each set and 40 for all 4 is kind of generally discouraging to buy. If the sets came in a cheaper bundle I'd consider buying them but it's off putting considering they're just hue changes on each varying set using the Legion's animations.
Like let's say they were 15-20 for all 4. I'd consider that more reasonable but 40 dollars? No thanks I'm not going to choose between 4 identical sets just for a color change then decide maybe I wanted that different color later on.
-
BHVR should limit flashlight clicking based on how fast they can do it irl with one hand so it's more realistic instead of assuming every human has the fastest fingers in the west.
-
Iri Head is an issue because the downside is easily circumvented and it drastically lowers the skill floor for Huntress. You can pretty much do "decent" just by running up behind someone and hitting them in the back with a hatchet like a normal M1 with a longer swing time except without the drawback of missing an m1.
-
What's left? Haddonfield after Coldwind Farm? Looking forward to that hopefully they do Haddonfield justice when they get to it.
As for Coldwind Farm - A bit disappointed if they don't expand the Thomson house just a little bit. It would be cool to see what a farmer's home looks like in greater detail in DBD. I'd be fine with one of the five maps being more so indoors (But not entirely) tbh.
I'm referring to size by the way since Thomson House was always a very empty map if you consider it's mostly just a cornfield and not so much focusing on the house.
-
I want more chest in game with varying tiers of loot and varying ways to open them. I also want items you can only find while in the trial that do not appear in the bloodweb. For example give keys another use while in the trial to open special chest and make the hatch to require multiple keys in order to open and make them more common.
Firecrackers should always appear in chest and imo there should be more single use items only found in the trial.

Well admittedly it would be interesting seeing BHVR's take on Ghostface's story because he's his own character in DBD.

For me personally I'd go with Blight with Trapper as a close second but I have to go with Blight.

I doubt it. I have never had a problem on any of the challenges finding glyphs. It really isn’t that hard to do. A lot of people are working this challenge at the same time so if people could steal my glyph then I wouldn’t have been able to find them 6 games in a row. You probably just saw them find their own glyph and so you gave up looking for your own.
Nah - I asked
If I can memorize the location of all totem spots then glyphs shouldn't be an issue since they're in obvious spots. It's just survivors occasionally eating them.

All these people asking for J-flicks to be removed and now that it might actually be happening, like what is going on? Do people want to vs stridor spirits and forever freddys everygame? First billy gets hurt and now blight? Idk what the obsession is with destroying any killers who are balanced for both sides and fun but if this goes ahead it's going to hurt the game TREMENDOUSLY. J-flicks is probably the most high skilled thing in teh game atm. Contrary to what ppl will tell you, it is NOT easy to play blight, let alone pull of J flicks. If you think it's that easy, then show me just how "easy" it is.
Please do not gut blight, probably the most balanced kilelr for both sides atm.
Blight has been my second most played killer since his addition since Nurse. Blight doesn't need it and it's an exploit not readily available to all players. Blight was good without the exploit and he will be good after. If you didn't understand how to play him even before the FOV changes sorry that's on you. He's one of the strongest killers in the game capable of utilizing most perks and has strong map pressure. Blight doesn't need this exploit.
Also nothing skilled about using a macro or a script to take advantage of an oversight the devs made. Thing is the exploit is barely used even until recently and nothing changed. Nothing will change when it's fixed unless they somehow botch Blight fixing this by changing something else indirectly.

Babysitter isn’t supposed to be a BT substitute. It’s to know whether or not it’s safe to heal at the hook or see if the killer is immediately coming back. If the killer IS coming back, the Babysitter user is supposed to use their aura to draw aggro away from the unhooked survivor, and hope whoever that is isn’t a total idiot that starts following you.
A solution for this perk and perks like this is the rescued survivor should always see a perk icon kind of like a buff to know this perk is in use. Additionally stuff like this could be avoided if survivors could see each others loadout in the lobby. PC at least has the advantage of being able to speak. On console I'm pretty sure there is no such luxury. In my view I blame this for a lack of diverse loadouts. Why pick new perks when you can use the norm and survivors should just know with how stale the meta is?

Hey Dustin, thanks for your reply :)
Sorry did think this idea seemed good so someone must have thought of it too! That’s a little disappointing to hear, I think if enough of the community got behind it and settled on something that all parties agreed on it could be a possibility.
The devs have access to all the stats of the game. They must know what perks are consistently used so could use that to play a part?
I would only be up for this if there was equal input from survivors, killers and devs to ensure it was fair. They could even put it out as a player feedback survey?
I do get what you’re saying, the last thing I’d want is to make it too restrictive. More a softer approach if it were possible. It could go hand in hand with a major perk reshuffle as I know they’ve been trying to rework a lot of perks for the sake of balance.
I just find it boring knowing there’s about a handful of perks I know I have to use, rather than I want to use when I load in either as a survivor or killer. I do sometimes I wish the game was a little more casual so it wasn’t so competitive / stressful for both sides.
I'd love for the meta to be shaken up too and admittedly I still like this idea but I just don't trust BHVR enough to maintain something like that and I'm sure they probably won't shift away from their current system anytime soon if at all. If it works though I'm content with the current system for now.
-
I suggested this a while ago but ultimately I came to the conclusion that this requires the devs to fully understand what the meta is and why. I feel that would be too much maintenance for them to maintain. To clarify they would need to understand the value of perks and why. But seeing as though stuff like Gearhead gets nerfed out of the PTB I don't trust them fully to do it quickly and reliably.
Granted the purpose of this would be to bypass 4 perks to have 5 as an example but the thing is I don't realistically see that happening so other than that I see no point personally. I don't see it being a fun mechanic to have this imposed specifically to restrict survivors and killers to less perks if the ones they chose are just naturally strong. That's just my two cents though.
-
I'm indifferent and disclaimer a killer main 80 / 20 split between survivor / killer but I'm fine with the following if DS were to get changes.
- Even if the skillcheck is failed the perk does not permanently disable until use however missing a skillcheck deactivates it.
To clarify I'm somewhat fine with your suggestion but I feel if it receives any changes the changes should only be very small rather than larger. Your suggestion in my view is quite a big one - What I've suggested tones it down a bit but still gives it more slack since it has such strict rulesets now.

The newest rift pass has me stuck on the red glyphs as survivor. I stopped playing killer because it wasn't fun playing cheap to win and now only play casually as a killer. But I can never find these things and when I do I can't get them without dying. I'm the lowest I've ever been on a rift pass because of it. I've never cared much for the pass before, but I am done buying them for sure now. How do you all feel? Previous passes better? Like this one?
Fun fact - I just finished this and I'll let you in on a secret. Survivors who aren't even doing the challenge can use your glyphs - It's happened to me several times right in front of me. So this is probably why you can't find your glyphs is your teammates are eating them at the start of the game.
I don't know whether this is intended or a bug but it was tilting when I found out trying to figure out why 10 games in a row I couldn't find one.

Because a certain dev said in a stream lately they will not even be looking at Trickster for 2 months.
Get comfy.
Thanks for letting me know I won't need to buy Trickster - Granted a source would be good on who specifically said this granted I can believe it.
-
Main three issues in my opinion
- 110% Killer with a power that requires a constant DOT from their power on the survivor when there are way too many LoS blockers - He has the same issue Leatherface had before rework where you needed to be directly on top of someone to utilize the power well. Thing is with Leatherface it's an instant down and with Trickster you might as well M1 someone. With the other 110% killers even without ranged attacks their power has immediate effects. With Trickster you need to keep a DOT on them (Damage over time) to do a single amount of damage with no debuffs.
- You must commit to a chase if you use the power because the debuff fades far too quickly
- Main event is honestly so underwhelming and unintuitive I don't understand why they made the changes they did. Usually they explain stuff (Well sometimes) like Hillbilly changes but I genuinely don't understand why Trickster needs to constantly just throw knives upon power activation - It would have been cooler if Main Event gave the ability to throw multiple knives out at once for the duration and it could be activated on command instead of it fading away. The power is at the mercy of the survivors making mistakes and not when it's convenient for the killer.
Overall bad killer - I have no idea what BHVR is doing with this one. I'm sure they tried but it genuinely feels like all feedback was discarded on this one.
Also again - Not asking for an S Tier Nurse killer - I'm asking for a killer that properly rewards skill because this is a trickshot killer who gets kited to all hell. The main ways I would adjust him is making each tick of knives fade after at least 40 seconds each and making Main Event actually good. Afterwards move from there if he needs more buffs.
-
Imagine if Huntress needed to maintain a full line of sight for the duration of the Hatchet hitting the survivor maintaining a dot for about 5-8 seconds - that's pretty much The Trickster.
Trickster is bad for a lot of reasons but the main one is his knives are too easily juked because they don't have immediate results upon hitting someone nor do they have results for breaking chase. He essentially has the problem old Leatherface had where you need to be right on a survivor to use the power effectively. Making the name The Trickster seem like a lie because you won't be making trickshots with them much rather than wildly throwing your knives in one direction hoping you get all 8 ticks of lacerations on the survivor before they juke you long enough for the damage to start reverting which I believe is 10 seconds. Doesn't seem like a short time but considering Trickster is 110 it's super easy to juke him in chase or just temporarily line of sight them.
I am excluding problems with his kit for things such as Main Event as well. I do believe Trickster has high potential but it's a bad killer and probably one of the worst killers out of the gate if you're playing versus decent survivors - Not even good survivors either but decent. Trickster is fun though so I'll give him that but imo that alone isn't worth the buy.
@Woodywool said:
Well, the trickster is a ranged killer like huntress. It's true. But if as huntress you really need to aim very well for being good at her, as the trickster mostly of the time you're spamming your knives because of recoil. Yes, you can hit the survivors with single shots and haven't recoil but it will take a huge time for sure.
While I was playing as him on PTB, I found that he's pretty decent in short loops with boxes but he's still suffering in Jungle Gyms and high rock loops where survivors can make a lot of rounds.
For me, the trickster is a downgraded huntress... But if the huntress requires of any skills, for the trickster you usually will spam your ability.
Me, personally, so sad about that the devs didn't add the addon (trick blades) that allow his knives to bounce of any environment in his basekit. With this thing, he can be more skill based and can be better than huntress in these loops where huntress is weaker. Imagine, hitting the survivor in jungle gym by a ricochet shot off walls. Yes, we still have this addon and it will be some kinda nerfed but it will be bouncing twice..
But who knows, maybe we will find a new way to playing as him better than we already used in PTB...
Anyway, if you like to throw a lot of hatchets on huntress, you will like to play as the trickster too.
I agree with the comparison of
The Trickster = Just a weaker spammier Huntress that's easier also. Granted the weakness is by a lot because you don't get immediate results and you can't break chase if you want results with your power so you have to commit to every single chase.
-
If Nurse gets nerfed I'm probably done with the game - She isn't overpowered it's the issue that you need to understand how her power works to play against her if the Nurse knows what they're doing. It's more so an issue of all survivors need to be on the same wavelength to play against a good one. Not even necessarily a solo survivor issue but more so the weakest link making the rest of the team more vulnerable than how most other killers do. Thing is she's one of the few killers in the game that's fun without addons and I hate playing with addons. Addons feels like a way to keep killers toned down and fuel the blood economy thing BHVR has going on with the bloodweb. Addons usually don't make the power balanced or interesting they usually just pad out numbers to where the numbers should have been in the first place. This is the main reason I enjoy Nurse.
Spirit can be deleted for all I care - Definitely not overpowered but unfun to play against because of the passive phasing and no tell when using power. She's only strong because she's stupidly easy to use and deceive survivors with to the point where the best choice against her is to just keep running and make as much distance as you can by any means.
edit - On second thought not even a probably - I'm barely holding on right now so yeah I'd quit - I play other killers but I like having Nurse as an option when I feel like not being bullied as an M1 killer. If I don't have a killer that rewards my mechanical ability with the game I won't play.
-
@Zaytex said:
When the vast majority of the community agrees the new killer is very weak and needs buffs to improve him, only for the developers to turn around and nerf an add-on that made his power somewhat bearable and decent, not giving anymore in the process except a double ricochet useless mechanic.
The addon wasn't good for the game in the current design - However it's still disappointing they leave The Trickster as is for the most part - He's underwhelming. Yes he has a lol of potential but for the most part that's playing Trickster in an opportunist fashion.
Only thing I like about the chapter is Trickster's appearance (Yes really) and the killer perks but I don't care about visuals and I'm not buying a chapter if the killer isn't good. Good doesn't mean S tier either it just means you can accomplish stuff using your own skill instead of the survivors being trash.
-
If it's insta-down it should be for excessively skilled players - Not players who bloodlust someone to death and throw the hatchet while breathing down their neck. I've proposed a 20m requirement many times just to match the achievement Huntress has. It wouldn't even need the downside in my opinion if you made the distance large enough. However I feel that past that Huntress should get adjustments on how many hatchets she can carry with addons. imo Infantry Belt should be removed or made into an ultra rare but again I'm biased and play her without addons.

Personally I feel the DS nerf was more than enough - I would have been content with actions speeding up the timer instead of outright setting it to 0. I feel DS doesn't need anymore changes after the upcoming changes and in fact they could probably increase the timer given it doesn't allow you to do anything else aside from try to get to safety. However again - I feel we should leave DS alone after the patch as it's now what BHVR wanted it to be changed into -an anti tunnel perk.

To anyone who still says Clown is a relatively bad killer,
It depends - In the grand scheme of things yes he is bad. However in a 1 on 1 chase he is strong - This has always been his thing. It all boils down to the downtime he has while reloading from a combination of the reload speed and the movement speed he gets while reloading and yes - The movement speed while reloading makes a big difference on Clown's impact on the game compared to other killers.
Is Clown a bad killer? In some regards yes but he has his strengths - The buffs were nice but again didn't really push him up the totem poll because again nothing really changed for him. He just became slightly better at what he was already good at. The buffs didn't improve any weakness he had at all. The antidote has its uses but you'll primarily be using the tonic. Not to say the antidote is useless but it's a situational part of the power which is fine.
In regards to antidote being situational - It really is - What angle do you approach a tile? Where are you throwing from? Where is the survivor when you're throwing? All of these things and more determine how effective the antidote is where as the tonic you don't have to worry too much about this. It's all about consistency with his power. The antidote does not give consistent results because there are so many factors to play into it - The tonic however does give consistent results. Not to mention if you use the antidote you're essentially using twice as many bottles in a single chase - In those niche situations you will get a hit where you normally wouldn't have but again those moments are rare where the antidote made a difference.
Do I feel Clown is in a better spot? Yes
Do I feel Clown is one of the worst killers in the game still? Yes - But purely because of how his power works - He's just overshadowed by pretty much every killer in the game in many instances and I feel he needs something more - Also yes that excludes Freddy because Freddy is a discussion of his own.
Do I find Clown fun and enjoy playing him? Yes - He's one of my favorite killers in the game - Which is why I hate coming to the conclusion I have but it comes with experience.
-
In the scenario of two survivors left and I have downed one of the two remaining survivors these affect my decision making - Consider it a flowchart of sorts
- After downing one of two remaining survivors - Do I see the remaining survivor or any sign of them? If no I just hook
- If yes - I'll slug for a minute or so and if I cannot find them I just hook who I can - If they were an annoying immersed little ######### for most of the game I'll likely spare the survivor I just downed and look exclusively for them sometimes even picking up the other survivor and releasing them
On occasion if I think a survivor played well even if I down all 4 survivors I may spare them - It depends on if they performed well above the other survivors. Alternatively if I feel they have an excessively weak link on the team I may spare them and kill the other 3 survivors just so they don't get totally burned in a game they shouldn't be in - Ex) A rank 15 getting in a game with rank 1's
tl;dr - I usually just kill what I see if I know I've pretty much won because anyone can get a 4k by slugging. More efficient to get bloodpoints by moving to the next game than letting pride get in the way for a 4k (Same applies to survivor, bloodpoints more important just move to next game by any means)
-
I'd love a space themed chapter but considering how Dead Space 3 turned out and who overlooks Dead Space at the end of the day it's probably safer to pass.
-
It's okay I'll just wait until he gets a buff before buying him so see you guys in a couple of years.
Honest issue is he suffers from Leatherface's old issue. He has to basically be right up on a survivors ass to use his power effectively. Except with Leatherface did it it's an instadown. When Trickster does it he basically uses like 10 seconds to eventually injure them once and give them a speed burst due to being injured.
-

The new chapters are meant to be fun for survivors. Stop being entitled killer main, we have enough OP killers in the game with Spirit, nurse, freddy, deathslinger, pyramid, leatherface, huntress, and now soon wraith as well, we don't need anymore.
There's a difference in wanting an S tier killer and wanting a killer whose power isn't meant to just be canon fodder for survivors just for their amusement. Trickster needed a lot of work from the PTB and we'll see if he got it or if he's still garbage. 110% killers usually have a super strong ability. With Trickster he's unreliable, has no pressuring tools, can be juked and is addon hungry. The only positive is his perks are nice which in my view since that's the only reason to purchase him he isn't worth buying at all unless you're playing against bad survivors.
People may think he's good with the MMR system because no one is going to have matchmaking data with him so they'll be paired against worse off survivors at first and think he's not so bad but in reality once they get to where they normally are he's pretty bad. At least for purple / red rank type survivors.
In reality though this MMR system is so BHVR can kill the terminology we use to dictate how much experience a player has. Rank isn't a dictation of skill but an estimate - It isn't reliable but it's a public badge to gauge how experienced players are and how frequently they play.
-
Yeah but that way they're present in the trial without the issues Twins have.
-
@DBDude said:
Dustin In my opinion, they shouldn't be observing the trail but whenever you pick the mask you become that Legion member.
Well just imagine you just see glimpses of the other 3 members as the main one chases you. Purely a visual thing but it would give the feel that all 4 Legion members were closing in on you.
-
I like the idea of Legion tagging each other in as the other 3 kind of observe the trial and all four of them having a unique power to be honest. Just wander around the map and pick up each mask to inherit the power.
There was a Hotline Miami concept around that though so something like that.
-
Most people would rather just afk / suicide than force theirself to play a game they won't have fun in. BP means nothing in a game where once you've grinded perks you want there's nothing left to progress on.
IE - Spirit, Freddy, any killer that's camping them ensuring they die on their first hook (Notably Freddy, Spirit, Hag), etc.
-
For the fifth anniversary I want a side by side double feature. Two chapters in one update one being an OG killer and survivor and one being a licensed killer and survivor. Ideally Resident Evil themed for the licensed chapter.
With this double feature they'll unveil new baseline mechanics, an overhauled custom games feature, new working ai, a new gamemode and custom map support for custom games.
Completely unrealistic but that's my dream chapter release.

I’m not talking about asking people to read his FAQs. I’m talking about snapping at people for asking pretty normal questions that for some reason he finds offensive. For some reason, it’s offensive to him to ask if he thinks his plague is better than so-and-so or how strong some other person’s killer is. I’ve heard him get upset a few times about different stuff, tell someone to never ask that question again, etc. He gave a lecture the other day to people about how someone requested a refund. They donated money to him with a question and was annoyed that he didn’t answer it. He said donations are free money to him. They are not payments for a service. He doesn’t have to answer questions just because people pay him, especially if the donation isnt a large enough amount. I know he can have a few thousand people in his channel at a time and might not have time to answer everyone, but there is a better way to respond to this. It would have been better if he just didn’t respond at all I think. I still watch him. He’s funny sometimes. He puts out educational material. He just seems overly sensitive and has some difficulties interacting with people sometimes.
I may be misunderstanding but I'm not really seeing an issue admittedly - Yes he gets snappy but he quite literally will answer a question only for someone else to ask the same question about 5 minutes later. That's just the price of being a big streamer. Likely the reason he gets annoyed is because he uploads videos on YouTube to stop these questions from being repeated.
And likely again if he's answered the question a dozen times a donation isn't going to change his thoughts on it - If he caves on one question that just opens the gates for everyone else to use the donations as a service instead of saying thanks for the stream.
Hey it sucks that it happened but some people asking questions should be a bit more self aware and look around on the internet. He has a youtube channel and faq specifically for the questions he gets - I'd be surprised if he received a question lately that he hasn't answered before.

I think what we have is fine because we can instantly see how it looks in-game and it only takes a few seconds.
As killer you waste precious time fine tuning the UI and as survivor you're wasting your teammates time. Should have a preview in the options like every other game would.
Like I get the graphic options not having a preview - That's fair. However it's not hard to either have a preview window open up with just a black backdrop and show the UI or simple give a tinier preview image in the worse case scenario of the two.
-
Give a preview window in the options menu for the UI Scaling options
-
He's just a normal guy trying to improve the community by making educational content and demonstrating what having a good outlook and attitude can do. Not blaming the game for your own mistakes, looking at ways to constantly improve and finding ways to make interesting fun builds. He has a decent sense of humor but not too over the top. I do suppose according to some it is a bit dry humor but I prefer that. He's not super serious nor is he an exaggerated personality.
I don't watch content creators often but Otzdarva and Scott Jund are the only two I bother looking at.

He provides good information and is an excellent killer. I dislike how he scolds some of the people asking questions sometimes. After hearing him do that a few times, it left me with a not as favorable impression of him.
He has a faq and is asked the same question sometimes 20 times within an hour - You'd snap too - The main thing is he actually has it blatantly obvious that he has a faq and no one uses the command. A lot of the time the questions he's asked is on the faq or it's too early to even ask him such as - What do you think of the new killer? Answer is usually the same - Wait a few weeks after the killer is live and a video will be made. If he's playing the killer usually their tone and how well they're doing and enjoyment gives a good idea of what they think of the killer.

It's more so a nice quality of life feature only given to survivors and the reason BHVR said they didn't give it to killers was because it would encourage tunnel. From what I can tell the majority holds the opinion it would do the opposite.
Hook counter or not if I want a survivor dead I don't care about the UI I'll remember and tunnel who ever I want.

Honestly I hate Spine Chill because survivors who use it while I'm playing survivor tend to be the most unfun people to play with. The moment they hear a TR or see Spine Chill go off they literally disappear. Putting all the pressure on you whether you decide to join them or double down and stick to the gens because they can never commit to anything because they want to play immersed.
As a killer main though I'm under the firm opinion that if a killer is Undetectable or the survivor is Oblivious it should not proc Spine Chill. In reality who would this buff?
The Pig, The Wraith, The Shape, The Ghostface or any killer with a perk that gives off one of those two effects. So already it's a nerf against survivors to pretty much killers who are already bad or just running Tinkerer.
For The Wraith that's the biggest one who'd be getting a buff - His power is literally NOTHING BUT STEALTH and is 100% countered by a perk. People who say just moonwalk to a survivor are delusional. If you're aware of your surroundings you can always prepare for this and it becomes obvious. Also consider that a survivor can literally be anywhere and you'll never know if Spine Chill went off while preparing to moonwalk to your target location. Moonwalking is too gimmicky and unreliable to work a lot of the time.

Also where's the option to report people pre-game? People can still throw out slurs pregame and leave and not be punished for it.
I don't get easily offended but if someone wants to identify themselves as trash by tossing out slurs so freely they should probably be dealt with. You don't just leave trash in the house that needs to be thrown out do you? Same concept.
Basically just rip the bandaid off and if they want to cry on the forums that they were punished because they don't have self control that's their problem.

Because I also like being able to walk away from a hook without a trace, and being more difficult to find if the killer is foolish enough to not pick me up straight away.
I know how to work with the perks strengths. To me the added challenge is worth the stealth pay off, and unique advantages the perk offers (in this build)
Alright fair enough

150% reduction to grunts of pain. Which means it counters Stridor. I.e. I’m still completely silent to anybody running Stridor.
Okay - I thought that was the reason but I'll ask this as a followup - Doesn't it seem counter intuitive to start off injured missing a health state and use two perk slots up just to be silent when you could avoid getting injured without No Mither?
If it's for the added challenge I respect that but it just seems counter intuitive outside of that.

One thing I'll ask is why No Mither with those other 3 perks? If your goal is to not be found why use a perk that starts you off injured when you're basically a mute survivor anyway at the start? Like wouldn't Lightweight be a better perk to take the fourth perk slot? What about Distortion or even Urban Evasion? I get you can argue it fits your playstyle but I just don't see the benefit it has.
Yes - I understand don't leave blood behind - But to me that just tells me not to get injured in the first place if I'm trying to be stealthy.
