Clown isn't that powerful but he is B tier at least, I don't care what Otz says. Clown is easily one of the most overlooked killers, so far he has strong chase potential but requires a deep understanding of the map, and requires strategy to play him.
Blight is definitely powerful hell I put him in S tier easily along with SPirit and Nurse, and I think they should leave him as that, he is basically a high patience high reward

Strike back: You have never back down from a fight ever. After being chased for a total of 60/50/40 seconds, you gain the strike ability when pressing the active ability button, you strike the killer stunning them for 4 seconds

Well lets see how long this lasts. But to an extent as much as I'd like to agree, there is a limit to where its direct criticism, and when its actual insulting people. I don't fully agree with what some people do on here and what the devs do, and I leave it at that

Second is TWD is not nearly as popular as it once was. It's a dying IP and this started especially once (heavy spoilers) once Glenn died a large chunk of the fan base left, similar with Carl and Rick dying. I just don't see it being all that profitable for BHVR and doubt they'd do it since the IP is not nearly as well received as it once was. Season 4 and 5 was the peak of the series with viewers count and every season afterwards would have millions of less viewers. Fear of the walking dead is the next best performing show but only once season had more viewers than any season of TWD.
I kinda found that part a bit BS. I mean come on, Glenn's death was bound to happen, sure it would've been less cruel if both deaths ( Abraham and Glenn's) were reversed. According to what I've been told Rick is alive (strangely). But Twd isn't as good as it used to be though.
But on to the OP's post, I think the Walking Dead would be an amazing addition its just hard to decide who the killer should be, Negan wouldn't be the best choice since he turned into a protagonist, The Governor wouldn't be that bad, Alpha is the only one I can think of as of now that could be the killer, or maybe a specific walker would do. IDK its up to the devs

The DBD community isn't that bad really, its actually very welcoming, sure there is two level headed sides ( survivors/killers, or both) but that's about it. Although I will say this... The DBD community is a very, thirsty community at best ( if you know what I mean * cough Daddy Myers)

Personally he doesn't feel all that scary, in horror there is a limit to when it becomes action that tends to be good for only a while, and what horror is that has players clenching their seats. From what I watched from RE 3 both OG and remake, it felt more action packed then scary. Even the intro in remake had me going, 'okay this is a bit much, I get it Nemesis is indestructible.' The fact of me knowing what he is and can do just kinda destroyed my fear for the character, sure he did a bunch of stuff before hand but he began to grow as an annoyance really.
That's why I find both Mr.X and Jack baker scarier. Mr.X for one is the fact the guy reminds me of Michael Myers or Jason Voorhees, he is even more terrifying for the fact he doesn't say anything, he comes in he kills you that's it. For Jack Baker's case, it comes from his psychotic carisma, unlike the other villians of RE he feels like he came from Outlast, and is terrifying to imagine what the guy would be like IRL. They both have a realistic aspect to them that is unsettling

Yeah I get what you mean by that, I can relate, I'm not gay but I do have a mental disability. Sure you can advertise that we added the fact that the character is so and so but what is the point of doing it when you have other character to do it for you. Hey, I'm back. I kinda... passed out after my last post, and ironically only got like three hours of sleep. So if this post reads like my brain is melting, that's because it is.
I don't think adding Penny was a bad idea, but to include her you would need to rewrite the entire prologue so that she doesn't abruptly come out of literal nowhere. If you're up for it, I think she should be included in the final piece.
You know, it would be really cool if you split Pinebrook into multiple short stories instead of one or two long ones. This suggestion may exclusively be the result of stress, exhaustion, and reading too much The King in Yellow. Either way, I would love to read Pinebrook short stories.
One thing I liked in the pages you posted was how well you pulled off the scene where Elliot was sneaking behind Furnace Head. You got the pacing and tone pretty good there, and, as usual, it had an excellent concept that a lot of writers would struggle to set up properly.
I considered it being an anthology series, but I'm not sure. I have more experience in the 'video gaming industry', and honestly I'm not sure if RE follows the term anthology. I don't want it to be however just about a new singular character every time, it would be like a switch between a few characters every now and then. I have to give this thought, making Pinebrook into an anthology series would require a lot more work on developing the characters that is different each time. I will consider it, I do plan to rewrite it to help make sense of it, but now I'm gonna finish all the stories before considering rewriting them
Its not that an anthology series is a bad idea its jsut a lot of stress

I can barely imagine, a killer able to use a rocket launcher in this game. Sure its Nemesis, but in order for there to be a remote balance he needs to have a very high risk and high reward.

Dude, at this point it really doesn't matter who the killer is, it maybe Nemesis, Mr X, or Jack Baker. We really don't know, I only want the killer to be good, and that's it. You get what you get and you don't throw a fit ( an old rhyme I was taught)

Alright, sorry for the late reply, yesterday was very stressful and busy for me.
When you said James was going to be the main character, I just thought that meant Elliot would join forces with him, not that Elliot would die. That caught me really off guard.
I gotta say though, that was one sad way to go out. I know Elliot did an awful thing to Penny, but I still can't help but feel a little bad for him as Furnace Head set him on fire.
I understand but yeah, sorry about that, I planned Elliots' death from the very beginning . But from his death will then therefore begin how the events of where Pinebrook takes place. Penny although I'm not sure if I'll cut her, the only reason she exists is to humanize ELliot, but I felt I crammed way to much info in this page for it to be likeable. I haven't set her up from the beginning, she was a quick idea I came up with and I probably should've established her from the beginning
