Any nerf to Billy or Huntress and DbD will be dead for me.
-
LOL
Wait until chainsaws also build up MoM
Edit: and Hatchets
-
There are several months old threads in the bug report sections already.
-
It was never gone.
Nor it will.

She isn’t. https://us.v-cdn.net/6030815/uploads/501/N2E011XD9918.jpeg See?
I find her good looking

Not every Billy and Nurse is a Spetsnaz grade efficient killer
Real good Billies and Nurses happen less than 5% of the matches
You can't balance the game around the top 1% of killers
Most Billies and Nurses just want to have fun and fool around
Whenever I face a Billy or a Nurse they can barely get anything done
Most Billies and Nurses are just over-aggressive, just take advantage of that fact
Most Billies and Nurses are potatoes
And IF you ever face a real good Billy or Nurse, play the match as a challenge
:)

the only reason im mad is because of the missed attack thing, y'all, i can't even hit a still target and now im being punished for it.
Don't worry man, when you actually hit a target you're also getting punished.
MoM said hi!

And apparently now windows aren't even getting blocked in killer's POV.
I played a match as Trapper where a Jake was the only guy left standing and vaulted 4 times the window in killer's shack, while never breaking chase. I didn't see any Entity blocker.
Jake quickly realized it and left the shack for good. That's good sportsmanship there.

@Milo Because a player abusing an exploit will always tell you the truth when you ask about it.

its funny that ppl think that MoM its powerfull or that it takes no skill well theres alot of killer perks that dosent require skill MoM have alot of counters and i hate that ppl that think that its powerfull for myself i consider them killer mains
You know what else is actually powerful? Punctuation marks.

What's the actual counters to MoM that every killer can use? There's no actual counter at all, only some killers can work around it by using an m2.
It's a free instaheal with a sprint burst that you get automatically when you should be going down just because you've taken 3 hits already, something that happens naturally in every game. How is that not powerful?
@Bongbingbing The only hard counter every killer can use, is camping everyone to death on their first hook, if you dropped them in 3 hits or less.
But seriously, I can't even fathom why did they even come up with such an idea for a perk.
-
Survivors need more BPs, most likely.
But if they actually make a change to reward them with more points, killers should get more, too.
With a lot of people arguing killer being so frustrating right now, many of the 50/50's would just turn to survivor completely, screwing queues even more.
-
@Carpemortum said:
Sorry I don't get caught as much as you?
I also said the use of the perk as a whole was situational, not getting hit 3 times.
Trying to take what wasn't even a point of my argument to prove me wrong? LAUGHABLE.
You have to get hit 3 times (4 to pop it), not get camped, not get tunneled, not get hit with powers that skip it, and then NOT fully heal after activating it to see 0 negative effects. These days thats nigh impossible. On top of the fact that even if you DO have it proc, it gives you maybe an extra 30 seconds against a decent killer. Or they break off and move on in which case you've been hit 4 times, likely hooked once or twice, and are now injured, about to be dead on hook. For 30 seconds extra.
Keep using your very particular 4 man endgame scenarios to argue about the perks overall effectiveness.
These sad arguments defending how "broken" MoM is are getting old. At least come up with something new other than ignoring most of what was said in favor of one very specific detail you think you can use to your side.
Also, thanks! I will! Gonna celebrate a new job and watch the playoffs tomorrow! Should be a blast.
LOL.
See ya around

@Carpemortum said:
@Condorloco_26 Bias? From playing both sides and even when playing as a survivor I'm NOT RUNNING MOM because of how situational it is?
Right.
You've also NEVER faced Iri heads? Now I just simply don't believe you.
Getting hit 3 times in a trial is situational??
Have a nice weekend
-
@Carpemortum said:
Oh you're right, you need a little skill as opposed to putting yourself unnecessarily in harms way to get a perk to go off for a slight speed boos that then reveals you to the killer when healed. I forgot that's so much worse than literally stunning the killer for arguably longer than the MoM hit will grant.
@Carpemortum Well, there's no way you'll ever accept how really bad designed MoM is, so I'll leave it here. Too much bias from you.
I play Huntress 80% of my matches and there's no way I'll ever defend Iridescent Heads as an example (I must have around 150 or 160 unused in my inventory), and I haven't even EVER faced them playing as a survivor.
-
If you're in console, and relatively a new player, I've noticed that the recent downgrade in graphics in favor of better framerate has made looking through corn even harder than before. Hopefully they can address this issue with the optimization patches they've promised.
If you're not in console, or a new player, ignore my comment :)

So does reading comprehension. They said "not that bad". MoM stuns now? hrmm guess I missed where they completely changed how useful the perk actually is.
@Carpemortum Quit drinking the kool aid, man:
Tanking one hit that should put a surv in a dying state
Killer wasting time cleaning weapon
Survivor getting a free non-exhaustion sprint burst
4 people using it
Give me pebble stuns any time. At least you have to aim the damn thing, requiring *any* skill.
-
They need to make one for the Spirit, complete with smaller pillows for severed limbs

i hate playing against Ash (even though i really love him), since they are 100% using MoM and usually also have a toxic playstyle.
for killers, i hate spirit, as she is so freakin unpredictable...
This. I almost feel sorry because Mr. Campbell is likeable in real life, and Ash as a character is cool too.
Too bad he was introduced to DbD with that dumb perk. Every Ash is mori'd in my games.
It has to be that way.

@Peanits @not_Queen Any answer on it?
Are you really going to bother them with this? LOL

I mean the Devs do dumb ######### at times, but never THAT bad lol.
MoM wants a word with you

This is what I do every time I get Haddonfield:
Identify the 3 closest gens and defend them like a madman from the beginning. Don't engage in any chase, unless you can hit someone in under 10 seconds.
If you manage to hook anyone in the basement, play around it. It's the only way you'll apply any pressure in that horrible map.
Do not, I say again, DO NOT go inside the house of pain if that gen is already done.

No what needed to go was a braindead playstyle that had no counterplay. Moonwalking was just a braindead cherry on top.
I dislike Legion. New or old, whatever. I was never drawn into the design, concept, power, etc.
That said, if we applied your logic to every aspect in the game, a lot of stuff needs to be axed right now.
-
Wraith has 115% ms normally and 126% base cloaked, invisibility that turns into free hits (at least as free as new Legion's), addons that read auras, silence his bell and completely hide terror radius/red stain when uncloaked, movement speed upgrades, action speed upgrades, etc.
Why would anyone want to play Legion?
-
LMAO
Now the endgame timer will last more than the game itself.
-
The same will happen if a M1 killer traps a survivor in a corner with the timer ticking.
Now it won't count as holding the game hostage because the survivor will be sacrificed eventually.
And it will end survivors bodyblocking teammates too, because both would die when the timer expires.
Don't go to the basement, don't get trapped in corners.

Once hatch is closed, the exit gates are powered. NOED procs when exit gates are powered.
@Incirion Ok thanks
Well in that case, it means the killer found the hatch first, I don't see why the survivor should get any more chances.
After all, said survivor is already getting at least a chance of escaping after doing zero objectives.
And there are still 2 gates which can be opened.

@AlexAnarchy Obviously your persistent 🤔, I respect that so I'll break it down for you. If my team gets snowballed by a Billy at 5 gens in the first 2 minutes, but I unbreakable, stealth and heal up, is it fair if I get NOED to my face when my team are potatoes? I can't 'cleanse totems' because I have no chance to thanks to a potato team. So therefore, I lose because Billy is fast and he has NOED.
@Poweas Why would NOED proc after doing zero gens? Am I missing something? Asking for real
-
The basement is supposed to be the most dangerous place in the map. Now it will be for sure.
-
- Will the timer on top of the screen be visible?
- Wouldn't it be better to start collapse as soon as gens get done?
-
No, because no one will play as Legion to begin with.
-
Legion is now an uncloaked poor man's Wraith. Wraith even has aura reading, speed burst and fast movement/break/vault addons that work better than Legion's "power".
Feral frenzy will be useful only as a tool to travel huge maps like Yamaoka and Red Forest, but not much outside of that.
-
I just realized I posted this discussion nearly 2 months ago. Only (10) has been fully addressed.
My other bug fix discussion posted today was moved to the bug report section, buried with the rest of my other dozens of unfixed bug report discussions, where it won't get any views.
Devs please: When are you going to fix sound bugs affecting killers, such as:What's going on guys?
I really feel like you're fumbling the ball at this point.
@not_Queen May I please ask you politely for an estimated time of addressing all these bugs? At least, can we get a confirmation that you've acknowledged them?
-
A good change would be, as a lot of people have already mentioned, to turn MoM into a bodyblocking perk which would get tokens in the same way as WGLF.
But take a seat while you're waiting. This isn't getting the Soon TM treatment, not even that.
-
@se05239 Even the chainsaw bros and Huntress are prone to get hit by it, especially late game. With all those high walls everywhere, Huntress has to M1 (R2 for me) a lot of times, and not always will you be able to chainsaw people in close quarters. Or SWF will just take hits while you're carrying people, blocking the hook so you're forced to swing at them.
I know it because I play those 3 almost exclusively now.
And once they've charged MoM, they'll remain injured so they can tank *ANY* attack.
-
@BillyIII said:
If Hillbilly was released today, he would've been a 110% with a power meter. Devs, don't let those killer mains push you away from your vision! Make DbD great again, Nerf ALL The Things!
Yeah, because outside Spirit, everything released after Huntress just sucks major sweaty balls.
-
@Shad03 said:
Let's also give survivors running stamina. Fair?
And a repair meter too
-
@Bongbingbing I have to agree with you, sadly. They knew 100% what they were doing, and introduced this perk in a money-only DLC.
Wait at least a year so they can even consider looking into it.
-
@harley_gibson said:
It let's you tank A SINGLE hit and after that is useless. Also there is a lot of killers will counter play to this.
I honestly don't see anything wrong with this perk.
You don't see anything wrong with this perk.
May I ask you politely, do you play killer at the red ranks?

or they will have to play the game like its intended. camping needs to be stopped right away, baning would only be the absolute last solution besides there are already easy solutions for ending camping, which just got ignored cause of dumb complaining killer mains
Playing the game as intended never included looping around objects like idiots, working on gens while injured, and most of all, using voice comms.

SFW Survivors with Flashlight, DS, MoM, Dead Hard, and Borrowed Time: "Legion's so annoying to go against."
Every Killer: "...Mmhmm..."
Yeah but there's 4 times more money on the survivor side
-
It's called damage control.

i generally dont understand their logic how deep wounds work...
"when you run at full speed, your wounds (deep enough to make you drop deadly injured after a very short time btw) will neigther open, nor hinder you in any way!" or "when you are somewhere around the killer, the wounds will stay closed, no matter what you do." i dont think thats how real deep wounds are working...
They should rename it to "annoying time consuming status"

As a killer main, even I know this is just stupid.
Of course it is stupid, it's an analogy illustrating the stupidity of the "tunneling" concept.

@Poweas said:
OMG HAG. HAG HAG HAG. Hag is way better than Huntress.
Yeah, playing Hag you can actually camp every single hook without being called a camper.
But yes, she is an effective killer too. Too bad she will have to eat MoM too when they "fix" it so every attack counts...

Explain Freddy and Wraith then.
Those two poor souls are curled up in a corner already. Leave them alone.
And Freddy has a power: he asks survivors permission to interact with them.
-
@Carpemortum Well, stats on Legion's pick rate from now on will tell the devs how useful/viable the killer will actually be.
Obviously we will never gain access to that kind of data, so I say I'll leave it here and wish good luck to all those who paid for the DLC and were actually playing Legion.
I'm glad I didn't. But now I even want my 9000 shards back. Buying Discordance would have only costed me 2700, eventually.
-
What would be the difference between using Legion's power
or
deciding to not use it at all?
A chance of getting people to waste a few seconds "mending" if, they manage to escape and get outside the terror radius?
Wouldn't Sloppy Butcher give that "power" to every other killer already? With the huge bonus of working even inside the TR?
Legion's power does absolutely nothing outside of what add-ons or perks already do with other killers. There's no need for Legion to exist in the game at this point.
And I'll drop the MoM discussion, it has no place here.

Stop tunneling gens. Whenever your gen reaches 33 or 66%, go look for another one.
AND!
if you happen to find a 33 or 66% gen while running around, ABSOLUTELY ignore it.
