I imagine it'll be whatever's needed to ensure Demo makes for an enjoyable experience.

I’m guessing full-scale reworks are unlikely, but I don’t think he needs it anyway. He just needs to learn to tip-toe after leaving a portal, and he’d be perfect, imo.
Screenshot thief! For real though, good that the information's spreading.

Yes, I have. And the "worst" of them, when it comes to toxicity as well. And I absolutely do get tilted, because I am an absolute tryhard at heart, don't get me wrong. But that doesn't change the fact that yelling at strangers on the internet, because a video game treated you poorly, is a behaviour that should not be encouraged in any way.
-
Or you can just be someone that doesn't need to lash out at others, because a game didn't go your way? And yes, I'm aware that venting doesn't always have to be aimed at another person, but that doesn't change anything about the fact, that random strangers probably shouldn't deal with your anger. I really don't understand how this is a difficult concept.

His stomping gets rid of any potential stealthy plays he can make and he is leaving soon, could he just get this final tweak before he is let go for good?

hes not "leaving" but past November 17nth they likely will never change or rework him ever again, since they have 0 financial incentive to do so. Hence why people are requesting he recieve at least some minor QOL like this before hes retired from the store.
He'll still be getting changes as needed, my dudes.

Debate.
Killers can’t currently swap to a different killer once in a lobby - I’m assuming this is due to MMR? - so if we see a 4 medkit lobby we can’t switch to Plague, or if we see flashlights we can’t switch off of Hag. If it’s due to MMR (which I personally think is a bad idea) then so be it…
However, survivors can do last-second swaps such as (Example) from Meg with no item to a Nea with Purple Flashlight, or a Claudette with a Medkit and instaheal. This can be timed so the killer has zero time to prepare in case they want to bring Franklin’s, Sloppy, etc…
My personal opinion is that survivors should at least be locked into their character and item once in a lobby. Perks and add-ons can continue to be swapped around, of course.
Agreed.

if you pause the video, one left when I hit the shot. 2nd, I could 100% pull them close enough to where I would have time to pick one of them back up
I mean, yeah, maybe? Could've also hit the girl on the right and it would've been a down, too. But then again, you've only had a split second to react.
It's times like these I really wish we had some sort of a replay feature, like in DotA for example, where you can watch the entire game from someone else's perspective, slow it down and all that. Because that timing was so darn tight.
-
No reason to. Besides, I doubt you'd get the hit in, those two would anchor her in place between them and break the chain.

Okay but clowning’s comment was so uncalled for though.
It's okay Nathan, I was merely partaking in some minor tomfoolery.

Tbf this the reason survivors can't know what killer it is
Oh, it definitely is and it should stay that way, which is something we can all agree on, I'm certain. I just found the "eureka moment" in the OP funny.

So it's been a few years since this was posted and I was just thinking I wished there was an app 🤣
Is there any more information on if this is still being considered?
Where can one learn such powerful necromancy?

aren't those stats like a year old lol.
Why, is it because the stats don't mirror your opinion?

Yes, the reason why I've made this account in the first place, was to make sure Clown's Bottles are fixed as fast as possible, back when the Hindered status was bugged, because nobody was talking about them and there wasn't a single post in bug reports either. So after every single patch, I'd go test them again immediately, update my bug report and pester some of the mods. Three patches later it got fixed, the most interesting part was that so few people play Clown, and even less of them play him consistently, that majority of people didn't even notice until they've been told his bottles don't do anything most of the time.

Have your friend hit up WatchMojo, they'll hire him on the spot.

Finally, my time has come. I knew MandyTalk would have to sleep eventually.

Pretty much yeah.
Here's a visual representation for the OP if they want it:
https://youtu.be/9sp_0PCdSOo?t=199
It's called a shoulder flick.
Not exactly accurate, which is why I didn't bring any "tech" language into this. While Shoulder Flick plays into your ability to manipulate your hitbox, it isn't something you'll always do in order to get a hit. As in, your hitbox on a mere left-click within your Lethal Rush is already massive enough to get you most hits, going basically all the way around you.
-
Yep. His Lethal Rush hitbox is massive, so skilled Blights will purposefully run into you and then attack, ensuring dodging is nearly impossible.
-
First the Chinese Firecrackers and now this.

Because that would be what happens.
...Yes. Which is why I pointed it out.
-
I would absolutely love this, but the argument that always comes up, is that too many Killers would lobby dodge.
-
I mean, you did ask nicely...

My third eye has been opened.
-
Shout-out to my boy Corrupt Intervention.

Aren't you the same dude that made several threads complaining he keeps dying to Nemesis' Zombies?
-
No
No
No
No

They're not worth your attention, let alone a forum post.
-
Strategy aside, it is clear that you take the game bit too seriously/personally. There's no advice I can really give you to help with that.
In terms of what to do, mostly everything has been said, or you ought to know already. Though I would highlight the fact that even the toughest SWFs are extremely prone to overly altruistic plays, meaning if you can single out the weak link, and there's always a weak link, you can begin to capitalise on the fact that their team will often do almost anything to save them, giving you insane momentum in the process if you play your cards right.

I only play wraith (perks are BBQ, Corrupt, Bamboozle, and a rotating 4th- Devour, NOED, Blood Warden, No Way Out, etc.). Other add-on is always purple shadow dance (for chewing through pallets and bamboozle synergy).
Bamboozle really has no place in a Wraith build. If you're actively partaking in chases as a Wraith, you're already losing. Personally, I love Nurse's calling, if you can pair it with Sloppy Butcher, or the addon that does the same thing, you're set.
-
Letting someone bleed out is not bannable under any circumstance. It just isn't. You're not holding the game hostage, as in four minutes they die and that's it.
What you did can be considered as try-harding, or even scummy, but it isn't against the rules.
-
Countered by Iron Will?
Just don't injure Survivors lmao.
-
It's a confirmed bug. Nothing to worry about.

Just want to clear up a misconception here. Demo will still have bug/balance fixes as necessary, we will continue to support the characters in our game.
Got a feeling we'll have to be quoting this post real often for a while.

Damn, Netflix doesn't play around.

Bro, this is a video game, not twitter. Calm down.

It's true, as someone with 42 069 hours in the game, I hate it when people lie about that.
-
Got more than what you've asked for, huh?

Less, but more functional content is a win for me. Personally, I'm satisfied.

It's not complicated.
Killer --> kill
Survivor --> survive
They're both literally pursuing their objectives. Lockers are a counter to the tombstone mori. If the killer wants it regardless, the survivor is making the rational play by forcing the pick up and trying to escape after the wiggle off.
The survivor is playing up to their last card in order to escape. That's their game objective.
I'm more surprised about every time this topic comes up, how there's always someone expecting survivors to hand out a freebie. But otherwise, we immediately and rightfully jump at survivors' throat every time they try to use the rulebook.
Talk about peak entitlement.
Bruh, if your entire team is dead and an infinite Tier 3 Myers cornered you, you're dead. You lost. There's nothing you can do, not even unhooking yourself in his face will save you. The only reason you'd keep running into lockers is to deny him the achievement, that's all, and that's extremely petty.
-
Every time this is posted there's a strange amount of people saying that the last person running into a locker is okay, because they're "not supposed to help you". You know, the same people that'll hope for a hatch or expect the Killer to walk to the opposite side of the map after every hook.
Thing is, if your entire team is dead and you know that the other person's clearly going for that achievement, hiding in a locker is just petty.
And that's all it is, people being extremely petty, because god forbid we're nice to the other side once in a while.
-
Bro, you don't understand bro. Demo's being remade into Springtrap, it's all part of the plan. Also Candyman and Chucky next confirmed.
-
Eh, he played nice with some fun perks and still got six hooks out of it on a Killer that's not suitable for a high-ranked SWF match. The Survivors, on the other hand, were absolutely pathetic. But that's just how it is.
-
Just watch us eventually get an original Killer with exactly the same kit and perks. I'm feeling it.

no all characters will stay if u have them allready, but nobody can buy him in the future, this litterly sucks so bad
Yes, I get that. My point is that it seems almost wasteful to throw all the design behind Demo away, right? Which makes me think they just might slap the same abilities/perks on a different character that will replace Demo in the store, at least eventually. Or something of the kind. Otherwise the players that come after us will forever be denied a long-lunging, portal opening character.
-
Surely they can't just delete Demogorgon and his perks for future players, right? Which makes me think that we might get a reskin? A Killer with the same powers as Demogorgon, but with different looks/style?
-
OH GOD MAKE IT STOP

Blight is as bugged as Nurse, he slides on everything
I could try Oni, but it seems hard to flick with controller
There's method to the madness that is Blight and once you start seeing the patterns, memorizing what works and what doesn't, things get a lot more fun. And it's extremely satisfying to get hits because a Survivor figured there's no way in hell you'll be able to flick that or hug-tech something with such efficiency.
-
Great post.
10/10 would redeem your Raid: Shadow Legends code.
-
Genuine answer?
They'll never fix it, because they've attempted to do so once and it was an absolute disaster, as even Huntress mains couldn't hit anything.
-
Wraith has it too, so does Huntress.
As far as I know, it's a bug related to the tutorial. All's good.
