It isn't a bug from what I'm aware, although I've also struggled finding these items. Got Yui and Cheryl up to lvl 40 and I got about 15 gâteaus and 1 anniversary med kit.

Make that two of us although I do enjoy stuffed mushrooms with ground meat😀.But that is the only time I ever eat mushrooms don’t get me started on tomatoes😂 that’s another one for another day.
Love the taste of stuffed mushrooms 😁 Anything else though, I hate. And I can't even stand looking at wild mushrooms.

Seeing a meaty hole with 5 skin flaps instead of just a face is definitely a change for first-timers.
We've seen a clown, we've seen a woman who is in 10 pieces, we've even seen someone who can go invisible, and just when you think you've seen it all, someone who doesn't even has face comes in.

Odd one to be fair, may have to do with a certain tier of the perk.

First of all, Halos are a free cosmetic that to me look pretty cool. No one is forcing you to use them, and as someone who gets into chases pretty frequently, I say I'll run it on Claudette myself.
Second up, the cakes are bugged and are being fixed. Most people preferred cakes last year over double bp, and I'd assume it would be the same this year if it wasn't for them having an issue.
Finally, the special items are the same as more expensive variants (I believe rare variants) but are easier to see due to their cheaper cost.

Play how you want.
If you want to let survivors trying to get cosmetics go for free, do. No one should make you do otherwise. If you don't want to let someone else go because they're not trying to get it, yet again, do it.

I have great respect for people who work in retail and have to keep a cool head with that going on everyday.
It can be extremely frustrating. Usually, they were once a day things, and many people were actually really nice about it. Others make you want to quit on the spot, and are quick to insult you if you don't do what they want you to do, and even if you do, they can be rude.

In all seriousness it's the curse of Hex perks. When they work they're really good. When they don't it's rough. The newer maps are better at hiding them though.
Detectives Hunch is one of the few perks I don't have yet, so Small Game is a good alternative.

I doubt we will get one as we have the anniversary offerings which are being fixed, which if multiple people bring them (after the fix) it would mean you'd get more than what you'd get in your average bloodhunt.

But I think thats the best way to change that. I saw 2 Killers yesterday who just hit the Crown and go AFK after. Killers have it way easier to collect them. They can stand AFK but Survivors have to sweat in order to survive or escaping the tunneling killer. I play, mainly, on Switch and there are almost no tunneling or camping killers but since yesterday its really bad.
If the killer goes afk, then they aren't making it harder on anyone else. If the survivor suicides (or goes afk for that matter) then they are making it harder on multiple others.

It rewards good gameplay though. They succeeded in hooking a survivor so they get extra bloodpoints. I don't know why you'd want a perk to give less bloodpoints though, the bloodpoints don't make it a better perk.

After yet another attempt with the exact same build you were using (with the only difference being perk tiers and the map) there was still no different result. Was able to use Blood Fury with no issues.

Might try a third time, after spending a bit of bo got discordance, NoeD and one of the two add ons. Need to get the other one, then I'll report back.

Played a second game and it worked completely fine for me. Despite this, I don't have Discordance, NoeD, or the add ons you were using, so it may be related to them.

Unfortunately Ghostface doesn't have a crown as the is a licensed killer.

I'm fine with them, because once you do it he is just a normal M1 killer with nothing to help him in the chase.

Problem is, if they change iit for survivors then people will go ahead and kill themselves right after they've found it.

Most of my games yesterday I 'let' everyone escape (I'm not good at most killers 😥).

A Survivor is not allowed to make the game harder for the Killer by looping them the whole match and escaping, but the Killer is allowed to make the game harder for the Survivors by camping, tunneling, and slugging? That sounds completely fair. /s
Because then the survivor is making the game harder for their team. If the killer is doing it, it isn't making it harder for anyone else. If the survivor is doing it, they're making it harder for potentially three different people who just want to play the game.
Additionally, I never mentioned anything about survivors not being able to loop the killer to make the match harder. If you want to try and prove a point, keep it on topic.
