Going back to when I was 16, me and three mates playing football, lad has a free kick and says it's going to be the best free kick you ever see.
Takes a shot, one of my mates in the wall heads it to get a block, deflects into a nearby car and smashes the window.
Needless to say we ran off.

I don't know what the word for it is, but it's your mind playing a 'trick' on you.
When something appears smaller than it actually is, you'll react differently, as you see it as a miss, and because you see it happening from such a range, you'll remember it more than if a Wraith slightly missed you from your side but still hit.
In this case, judging by the photo, it was most likely latency, although I can't guarentee.

This occurs when Blood Fury passively reaches 100% on the gauge. I'm not sure if the devs are aware of this, although I've posted my own report.

I'll both agree and disagree with this.
If it's something like cheating, they'll struggle to believe it if you don't also send a ticket, so they might not be able to ban them at all with no info other than you saying they cheated.
If it's something to do with the chat system, there is no point in sending an extra report, as all the chat logs are sent to them and they get to review those messages.

Spinechill to get an early start on the killer.
Iron Will to get some jukes in the chase, aswell as be able to work on gens while injured without having to worry as much.
Balanced Landing to turn situations with no loops into situations in which I can get away.
Either Arenaline or Small Game depending on if I have any quests, as well as the playstyle I feel like playing.

They already admitted on a post Day 1 they knew of the bug, then today admitted on another post they found the issue. How hard is it really to fix the number, and to make it stack? It's a literal copy of Bloody Party Streamer. It's really not that hard. It just seems they're dragging their feet because if they did work, P3 would be everywhere pretty damn fast.
Trust me, it's not as easy as copy and paste it over.

First of all, it was a holiday yesterday in Quebec.
Second of all, it's more been 2 1/2 days, considering the holiday yesterday it's been 1 1/2 days, and not even that considering it took them some time to discover it's a bug.
Have patience with the devs.

This occurs when Oni has his power gauge get to 100% passively. Hopefully it'll be fixed soon.

I'm getting into Oni recently and he seems really fun. Currently I'm using.
BBQ & Chili for pressuring after hooking a survivor.
Infectious Fright to down two or three people within one use of Blood Fury.
Hex: Ruin as I can people of gens easily.

Yesterday was a holiday in Quebec I believe, so considering how long it would take people to realise and for them to start working on it, I'd say they've been working on it for a few hours (about 10-12)

He's low A tier. He can end chases within seconds. He can get rid of pallets extremely quick also. He also has massive snowball potential. If you play that build properly he destroys teams. I've had great success with this build on all the horrible maps like haddonfield, ormond, disturbed ward and midwitch.

Thats fair I understand why you feel like that. I just feel like against better teams who don't heal and know how to loop they struggle. The fact they are small helps them in chases though.

That's just baby players. He 10000% isn't OP and can be looped well by smart players.
Makes sense, against a great team that knows how to loop he can be weak.

Really? What console do you play on? Because on Xbox (I track a ton of personal stats) the suicide rate is approximately 3.2%, meaning I experience it once every 11 games, there or there about.

Judging off how much I see it, I wouldn't say so. It's a great perk, don't get me wrong, but I don't believe many others recognize that.

Sorry for taking a while, took a while to load in to the match. This does occur usually in the bottom right of the screen during fatigue.

For add ons, use charge and turn add ons. These may effect your muscle memory but if you're fine with that use them.
For good perks, BBQ and Chili, Hex: Ruin, Whispers, PGTW, Endruing, Spirit Fury, Infectious Fright and M&A. My personal build is BBQ and Chili, Hex: Ruin, Whispers and either Enduring or Infectious Fright.
Finally, bugs. He has some noise bugs, but they're usually minor if you know the timing of the chainsaw rather than judging it off noise.
A major problem is that if you end your chainsaw just before colliding with an object, you can be stuck there for a few seconds, which I believe is due to the server thinking you collided where on your side you didn't.
