On me, she probably would be. 😋

Are you a fanboy of Adrenaline?
That's not negative btw, fanboy all you want.
It's just that you now have multiple threads on complaints about it.

I just want to know what your build is and why you use the things (add-ons and perks) you do. Mine has worked so far, but that doesn't mean there isn't room for improvement.
My build is designed to make Devour Hope succeed.
But i also make sure the build isn't super weak if Devour Hope gets disabled.
Barbecue & Chili, because it synergises WAY too well with Devour Hope to not equip it.
Enduring + Spirit Fury (currently), to shorten chases and counter Decisive Strikes. (Wraith's weakness is obviously chases.)
Then for Add-ons, i mainly run the Windstorm series.
Blood + White is naturally the best combination, but even just Mud gives a massive boost.
I run these the most for 2 reasons.
1: To be able to apply some pressure. Yes, it's an actual thing on him now and i love it.
2: To be more defensive of my Hex Totem.
If i run out of those, i go after Swift Hunt.
They're not as great anymore as Wraith doesn't need them as much anymore, but they still do well what they need to do.
It can be nice to reach them before a nearby pallet, and unlike Windstorm, you keep your uncloak speed boost.
If i run out of THOSE...then i should start earning more BP. 🤣

What about add-ons? I've been running the bone clapper and ringing the bell at the start to advertise that I have it, alongside the Ghost add-on (the one that hides your TR and stain for a few seconds after uncloaking). The idea is that survivors will realize they can't trust the bell, get overconfident when they don't see the red stain nor hear the TR, then get grabbed off of generators (or just hit).
Does this work against SWF? I've had more 3-man and 4-man SWF in my trials this past week than I'd care to remember.
Frankly, i don't think i'm one to give advice on Bone Clapper builds.
I really dislike it, it takes away what i've been practicing on Wraith, which is the more sneaky approaches.
I'm not saying it's bad (cause i just don't know), all i know is that it's not my style.
I imagine this doesn't differ much whether they're SWF or not, but there would be exceptions.
For example, if one's already dead, some people will have 4 eyes.
Or there's a chance someone sees you uncloak from an other Generator they're at, and warn their buddies that you're behind a wall.
I can see it's a fun plan, but you'll get hit back to being an M1 Killer without Powers if you fail.

Enduring's been on 14 times.
Just saying.

Interesting. At what rank, and for how long does it stand after you get the 3 tokens?
From rank 15 to 6 last month, other months i don't remember.
If i play more defensively of my Hex Totem, i can often bring it to 5 Tokens.
That sometimes works while playing more aggresively too, but naturally i'm not defending it then so it's vulnerable.
It's when it's at 5 Tokens that it's the most vulnerable: Ya' gotta go through a long-ass Mori animation and then make it back to DH in time, which is what the smarter Survivors take advantage of.
Wraith profits a lot from mindgames and it's no different when he runs Hex Perks.
I've caught dozens of Survivors off-guard at my Hex Totems just for faking to walk away. At which point i just do the same as usual: Uncloak, get speed boost and then (1-)hit.

How often does the totem even stand long enough to get the tokens?
About once every 2 matches.
I can remember many times where they were cleansed instantly, but i just remember those cause they suck, there's way more times where i did actually get multiple Tokens.
-
Uhhh...
Was the hooked Survivor okay with this?
-
The first hit is VERY important on Wraith, his Daily doesn't encourage Surprise Attacks for nothing.
If you don't get that in, then yes, it gets worse to play as him.
But i find it VERY easy to pull off the first hit, no matter if they're aware of me or not.
There's counters of course: People using Sprint Burst and who saw me are usually the ones who do make me fail.
But idk, i guess i've just gotten better at my literal approach.
He's also one of many reasons why i just love running Devour Hope on him.
Setting the Hex Totem weakness aside, being able to literally ignore chases because you 1-hit out of cloak is devastatingly powerful.
-
Uhh, idk.
I'd have to play him on 110% for a while before i can make up my mind.
-
I wonder what people would think of NOED as...
==========================================================================
No One Escapes Death, Perk Level 1
==========================================================================
You are animated by the Entity when the Survivors are on the verge of escaping.
Once the Exit Gates are powered, gain 1 Token.
As long as No One Escapes Death has at least 1 Token, Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect.
Each successful offensive action spends 1 Token.
==========================================================================
No One Escapes Death, Perk Level 2
==========================================================================
You are animated by the Entity when the Survivors are on the verge of escaping.
Once the Exit Gates are powered, gain 1 Token.
As long as No One Escapes Death has at least 1 Token, Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect and your movement speed is increased by 10% per Token.
Each successful offensive action spends 1 Token.
==========================================================================
No One Escapes Death, Perk Level 3
==========================================================================
You are animated by the Entity when the Survivors are on the verge of escaping.
Once the Exit Gates are powered, gain 2 Tokens.
As long as No One Escapes Death has at least 1 Token, Survivors suffer from the Exposed Status Effect and your movement speed is increased by 10% per Token.
Each successful offensive action spends 1 Token.
==========================================================================
Just an idea, i'm not suggesting this cause frankly i don't know what i think of the Perk in general.
I just like making up stuff. 😋
Edit: For those who see "100%", please refresh the page: I forgot to edit it before posting.
-
If Adrenaline would trigger under the same conditions, but also only after all Dull Totems are cleansed before the 5th Generator...woo boy...
-
None.
-
I request that you post the answers, i want to see if i made a big influence. 🤗

I think it's been about 6 months since it was last on the shrine so it was bound to come around again eventually.
Hah, tell that to those who wait for B&C.
-
Maybe you accomplished the Doctor's advice to git gud?
-
Nah, i think it's a good reward.
Seeing 4 get healed fully is pretty disheartening, but i don't feel i should complain.
-
They'll be able to Lightburn you.
-
I've had at least 3 of such Survivors that i remember.
That's 3 over almost 3 years though, i've given the hatch and exit gates way more than that.
-
You do know the Shape doesn't move faster than any other Killer, right?
Only vaulting is faster, but it doesn't seem like you meant that.
-
Wraith.
-
I truly wonder how Killers will respond.
It won't die, but hmmmm...
-
No.
-
You forgot one other thing belonging in the nutshell.
People making posts about what the forums are in a nutshell.
-
I don't like notification spam.
But SFTS was always an exception to me, because i chose the Perk knowing full well it would spam me, i chose to get notification spam.
I used to run it (I currently don't for unrelated reasons.) because it was great for me to know exactly where they were going without needing to be on their ass, seeing blood and/or scratch marks.
Notification spam is annoying otherwise cause they want you to know (loops & whatnot) or want you to be annoyed.
I only feel more distant from this Perk now because of the cooldown.

[nearly 8000 comments later]
Boss: Y'know, I think I'm starting to see a pattern.
The values would have to be worked out by the devs. I don't have the necessary data.
I'm not gonna read through 8k comments to confirm that.
-
Simple, but effective.
I'm seeing a pattern of Orion knowing his #########.
What about the values on the Perks btw?
-
I base my victory on the message that appears before the scoreboard.
Y'know, "Entity Displeased", "Brutal Victory" and all that.
So naturally, i'd go for 4K, but i'm not feeling like i lost if i don't get it.
-
CWF would remove 2 Perk slots? 🤨

I meant 16 but I'm apparently a dumbass and cant multiply
Oh okay.
-
14 Perks? 🤨
-
I like that it got buffed, good for you!
But it's a late/end-game Perk, and i simply prefer Perks that i can use whenever/early. (With the exception of Devour Hope.)
-
I want a brute who doesn't give a ######### about pallets, walks right through pulled-down ones, breaking them.
I wanted that to be the Tank, but you said original, so i can just make that Power belong to an original one.
-
It also went through a name change: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/51684/q-a-on-chapter-11-march-14th-2019
The answers given to Frombrokedownpalace & heroiq.
Just kidding of course.
-
Doing chases well.
I don't really care if i get genrushed, as long as chases are done well.
-
Cannibal & Clown.
Fat boys running at the same speed is "Haha, sure." to me.
I mean, Bubba couldn't catch up to what's-her-name in the first movie without her tripping.
-
People come here mostly to complain or suggest.
Those who have it good mostly don't complain or suggest.
Now put the pieces together...
-
I'm also seeing more We'll Make Its being used.

I don't get how people complain about the downsides that come with getting off a killer's shoulder for free. Do you not realize how massive of a reward that perk offers?
Forget this comment, my brain wasn't working. 😫
-
Probably.
Can't really notice it personally, the way i prefer to play has barely been touched.
Anything after the Generators are repaired can still be a clusterfuck though, whichever side you're on.

omg...I've got it guys
Why don't we have like a super large map and at the beginning 100 survivors get parachuted in. The last man standing would be the winner, a mechanic would be an ever closing circle that killed anything it hit.
I think i'm onto a winner
As long as the Killer can't see and/or do anything while they're dropping in.
That'd be a gigantic edge on the first few victims.
-
Isn't the best situation to use this when the Killer has a Survivor on their shoulder?
If the Killer has one, the stun time won't be reduced by Enduring since it never does with Killers who carry.
-
The change they want, but not the change i need.
😪

I play both sides equally I may just try to adjust to kb&m if it's a noticeable difference, I've been used to running and flashlight saving with a controller so long it may take a while to adjust, though I've been told flashlight saving is way easier on PC than console because of kb&m
I can see why they tell you that.
-
Personally, controller's fine with Survivor.
Killer just feels way better with the other, especially on precision Killers like Huntress. Being able to control the speed of your camera is just too important to me.
-
"Playing survivor is more difficult than playing killer, this is a fact."
-
Why not neither?
-
You DC every time?
How can you learn to verse a Killer when you never give yourself chances to learn him?
Plus, of course, you screw over 3 players for selfish reasons.
-
Avoiding 98% of the toxicity by closing the chat is the best thing ever.
Combined with Killer feeling more fair than ever and i feel it's pretty good.
There's still unbalanced ######### in here though, all it takes is for someone to equip it...
