You joke but its an interesting idea.
It kind of happens already on a smaller scale at Pax.
An charity event or something in the devs home city like this would be interesting so all the devs who wanted could all be there and meet fans.
Remember the beans trip? That but larger scale but less information given/no spoilers.
Probably unrealistic to set up though...

This seems to be a modern Ghostface with the smartphone and selfie animation.
This Ghostface is either entirely unique and will be a solo dlc out before the next full chapter.
Or...Its secretly Season 3 tv show Ghostface chapter.

Are any planned buffs to killers overall?
Something that would help all killers be a little stronger such as a new required objective to escape?
An example mentioned in the past was finding parts to finish a generator.

If there are freddy mains out there getting 4ks we can suck it up and git gud as well.
I think Legion will be fine after we all play them for a while. If stats are low the devs will buff Legion in some way i'm sure.

My guess would be around September or October
But i think we will have a summer event of some kind like last year where we had bbq hooks and margarita machine gens that give bonus bp.

The way i see it is whoever finds it first wins.
If we are going to have an rng win mechanic this is the way to do it really. An easter egg hunt of death.
Whispers will be super strong post hatch closing i think. Just keep the perk lit for 2 minutes and the survivors will never go for the door.

It's hard to say really...
To me they seem fairly modern 20-40 years back at most.
Plague is the oldest DbD character though not nurse or huntress.

Buff killers then.
If everyone feels comfortable using killers besides billy and nurse they'll use them. People don't because they feel like they're at a disadvantage.

I'm just saying they shouldn't reach a point where they make the people who grind right now feel like they wasted time.
Last time they did it to this extent they gave Legacy so people knew they did the hard grind.
If they make it a lot easier it kinda ruins it for the people who did it the hard way.
Unless they do Legacy 2.0

@Hexyl That's if you stuck to one hour a day while under the specific conditions i mentioned. Minus lobby times as well
Playing more would be much easier obviously.
Survivors would be slower because it's harder to get WGLF stacks/20-30k point games.
My advice would be never try to level characters as a survivors tbh and stick to BBQ killer builds exclusively.

The grind is piss easy though what are you talking about? I have all but 2 of my killers P3 50 with like 30 mil into Legion alone
It's around 8-9 million bp to P3 50 max a new dlc. That's 3 months to play 150 30k point bbq n chili killer matches.
30-40 hours per new character.
Thats 80 hours needed in 3 months 90 days or so close to an hour a day is all you need to keep up if you play killer with bbq getting 20-30k per match.
You'd get like 80-90k with streamers or puddings but im not counting them in..

The grind should be long. They already nerfed it in 2016.
They nerfed it when they made items have a set rarity cost instead of a bloodweb position cost.
They nerfed it by adding streamers/cakes/puddings.
They nerfed it by buffing every other bp offering by 25% besides Hollow Shells i believe...
They nerfed it by making dailys give 20-60k for using your power a few times/escaping mori once and so on instead of stuff like open 5 exit gates for 18k points.
Nerfed it by adding WGLF and BBQ
They need to stop making it easier...
If it gets to the point where everyone can quickly get what they want/need what is the point in a progression system?

That'd be like 30 hours for P3 50 without double bp...10 or so hours to reach 50 is bad?...

I would be surprised if devotion ever means something.
I'd be even more surprised if whatever the rewards are would be handed out retroactively for old devotion levels.

Tomorrow or next Tuesday for sure. PTB started 2 weeks ago so the typical schedule would be tomorrow.
It has been 3 weeks a couple of times. Spirit/Legion ptbs were 3 weeks.

Most of those issues are player behavior and not something the devs can control.

They'd better give out blue glow version of legacy or something if they literally cut the grind in half.
