I'll start off by saying overall i love the Rift and Archives. I also love all of the rewards i think the art team does a great job with all of the skins/charms. Can i go out and set up 8 portals in proximity to gens? Then be a gen patrolling god going from gen to gen in seconds like billy/nurse if they don't destroy them? If its just 1 to 1 it'll be a bit limited and mostly used to return to a specific spot like a hook. Seems like we will be getting 2 more. In game screenshot of the status effect page suggests this heavily... Saw this on reddit and booted up my ps4 to confirm. Can we stop stigmatizing perks/add-ons/items/offerings from now on? "Omg a billy/nurse with !?RUIN!?" Edit: Some are missing the point. It's not that he isn't fun or his play style isn't interesting. It's that his play style is identical to another better killer. Console fps has improved but sadly it still isn't where it should/could be. I'd love to play Nurse/Huntress at 60fps on console. We are pretty far into the roadmap mentioned in the last major blog post on this topic. I'll link that below. Could we get a new update on the progress? Doesn't it feel 100x better to move around? It feels super smooth way better in every way compared to a normal match. Ever since it was introduced over a year ago i have hoped that one day live DbD matches will look/feel as good as the short tutorial on consoles. Is this ever going to happen? Would this be a good suggestion? 🤔 Maybe limit it to best of 3 to prevent endless farming lobbies? With a return to the lobby to change killers/items/perks before the second match. Specifically the Tactical knives? The only part that changes between each one (the handle) is blocked due to how Ghost Face holds his weapon. His hand wraps around the entire handle so we don't get to see the red/blue/white when we switch. The devil outfit weapon/bloody knife are the only weapons that look different in first person. When you know a new killer/rework is about to release do you tend to quit until it releases? I find myself quitting pretty often when a new killer/survivor is about to release i'll get 1m bp then leave for weeks. Mostly due to how ranking works. Normally ptb to release is 2 weeks. This has almost always been the case. We have 3 weeks of cosmetics left at least. 2 Saw sets. 1 Dwight+Huntress set. Update would be out 23rd but the last 3.0.0 content is due the 24th that Wednesday. ??? Will there be an increased PTB to release gap this time? Throw survivors a bone/new toy in 3.1.0 Please so Freddy doesn't destroy the queues like Ghost Face all over again. Summer BBQ is my personal favorite event to date. The music was great, the grill hooks/drink machine gens were silly fun and the rewards were cool but didn't quite reach the potential a Summer theme could bring. The original started in early august so assuming they do one this would be a mid chapter event. New Freddy/Reworked Badham and a big Summer event would be exciting imo. Why can hillbilly insta down at any time with his chainsaw as well as being able to use it to cross the map in seconds? People are honestly saying Ghost Face is a problem when Nurse/Billy exist. On paper it sounds like he'll be pretty weak. If they make breaking him out consistent he will be back to being countered by having him on your screen for 1.8 seconds. Sounds like a basic M1 killer with the ability to locate survivors easily and will on occasion get a stalk if survivors aren't paying attention. Since Tuesday playing killer has been impossible for me. Start DbD> Queue for Killer > 20 minute wait> quit and play Red Dead That's been my daily process this last week when i have free time. Ghost Face/Anniversary have actually killed DbD for me by making it impossible to play without waiting 20 to 30 minutes for a match that'll end in 8 and repeat.
