Every 6-8 weeks we get a patch with bug fixes/balance changes... Even big streamers/youtubers are starting to whine that updates aren't happening fast enough. People who should actually know the schedule and not be surprised by it are whining to their fans causing more whining which is causing me to whine because they're all being dumb. Because getting to red ranks happens way too fast. The rank system is pretty garbage and not fun. In most competitive games you have to opt in to ranked modes. No one likes to have to sweat their butts off every match and try super hard 24/7. Sometimes you just want to play silly or do fun builds like mirror myers and go for jump scares. Because the DbD gods clearly hate me. I have gotten the blimp, abattoir, cowshed and pantry over and over and over to the point that i'm now just leaving the second i see them. I'd rather walk the great walls of Haddonfield 24/7 than play on Torment Creek ever again. Ignoring the whole height debate. Let's pretend that bhvr has a solution for a doll height killer and could get the rights somehow. Wouldn't a day 1 movie tie in chapter for a high profile reboot like childs play be great for DbD? I'm really surprised something like this didn't happen with Halloween last year. I really hope they give another killer old or new their own music one day. At least until the games queue times aren't terrible. As of right now for a lot of people it's dc/derank or don't play the game because you won't get lobbies. I say the idea is dumb because play the game normally= Can't play. I personally think they're a bit much. More specifically Solvent Jug and Berus Toxin. I'm honestly surprised more people don't talk about these since the exhaustion nerfs a while back have made these super strong. Berus Toxic is a COMMON hatchet add-on. Jug is Uncommon bottle add-on. It's nice that they actually seems like a threat. You can no longer just not heal and laugh in their faces as they chase you at 4.4 m/s. Recently bhvr implemented the ability for them to increase the odds of specific maps on their end so i'm guessing they're considering this. Kind of like how CoD used to have 24/7 playlists where you only get a certain map and bonus xp for playing that map for the duration of the event. Seriously i feel like i can actually see as Freddy now since they turned the brightness up. The Dream World doesn't exactly look great even now but going from one extreme (darkness) to extremely bright has been a major improvement in my opinion. Every few minutes up to a match or two later i get kicked to the press X screen because "You need an internet connection" I press X again and I'm immediately back in able to find games only to be kicked out again. It's as if the game for half of a second thinks I have no connection or something causing the game to be literally unplayable.
