Guaranteed you distance to pallets or windows you otherwise would have never reached, and as a result it could erase mistakes too, and countered everykiller ability in the game including trapper and slinger.
It was boring, broken and 75% usage attop MMR. I have no idea what your skill level is but it made high level games miserable for a large portion of the cast.
I'm aware of those arguments. My opinion is the same.

Can I have another, please? Cause the worst part was, I was the obsession, so they knew I was in chase. Those little Entity thingys were wiggling next to my name "THE WHOLE TIME"

I don't think old DH was as bad as people say.

If you want to buy a non-licensed Killer, go with Spirit. She has an incredible power and good perks, and she is generally viewed as fun to play both as/against.
Spirit Fury
After breaking up toย 4 pallets (dependent on the Tier of the perk), the next time you are stunned by a pallet, The Entity will instantly break the pallet.
- You still suffer from the stun effect penalty.
Hex: Haunted Ground
Two trapped Hex Totems will spawn in the Trial. When either one of the two trapped Hex Totems is cleansed by a Survivor, all Survivors suffer from theย Exposedย status effect for up toย 60 seconds (dependent on the Tier of the perk). The remaining trapped Hex Totem immediately becomes a Dull Totem.ย
Rancor
You become obsessed with one survivor
Each time a generator is completed, all Survivorsโ locations are revealed to you for up toย 5 (dependent on the Tier of the perk) seconds. Once all generators are completed, the Obsession has theย Exposed status effect and you can kill your obsession.

Very unrealistic! Tunneler with noed will not be sad and sorry, he will slap tunnelee on hook, nod fervently and then BM in chat.
That's because you need to be a little firmer with him in the game. When he's tunneling you, you've got to stop, turn to look at him, and reprimand him with a firm, "No! Bad Trapper!" And keep going until he realizes you're in charge.

It is a very interesting concept. I'm curious how the survivor versions of some of the killers like Blight, Doctor, and Amanda (Pig) would turn out. They'd be "good guys", but have that heavy killer potential in them. They'd be more dark.
Particularly as some of the killers either were or were potentially survivors. Freddy, Sally Smithson, Amanda Young, Caleb Quinn. Caleb was a bastard for sure, but but he was built to survive. I have a feeling Amanda would be a ruthless survivor.
I'm not sure they could make Amanda and Freddy because of licensing issues (maybe though!). If BHVR let you choose one Killer to be a Survivor or vice versa, who would you choose?

Yup!
I'd like to also think I was pretty good at it. But my real life job is kind of like being a Mod (Previous was Quality Assurance where I'd listen to phone calls and now I'm QA looking at documents) so I'm kind of a natural fit for it as I'm very used to people being mad at me for smacking them ๐
lol I started working at 15 (illegally), in a diner. From then on, I've had a lot of "customer service" based work. One guy was an equipment manager for an NBA team, so he thought that was a big deal and that everyone must've thought so, too. I answered the phone and immediately got cussed out by him for something a different department did. "Good evening, thank you for calling blah blah blah. This is blah blah blah. How may I help you?" "Yeah, hi. I just want to know. Are you a ######### moron like everyone else in this ######### place or are you able to actually do your job and help me out? Or is that too hard for you? Do you need me to come down there and explain it to your face, sweetheart? Would that make it easier for you?! Or could you maybe do your ######### job and help me because no one else seems to know how!"

@deckyr said:
it's been really bad lately. i used to consider it thinly veiled toxicity & negativity but now it's just outright toxicity & negativity.
i don't think our mods are secretly talking smack about people though. that toxicity would slowly begin to reflect in their work. i used to moderate/GM an mmorpg and whenever colleagues of mine showed disdain for certain players or the playerbase at large they'd start moderating with the intention of punishing, rather than with the intention of keeping things safe for everyone. i feel that hasn't been happening here.
To be fair, I think that's when you're just done with your job and you've let it overtake your life. I can only speak for myself, but at work I've had to deal with people cussing me out for no reason and I still calmly handled it. Afterward, I'd sometimes think like Jonah Hill, but that was mostly just to let off steam.
-
Don't worry. I've got a couch ready for you in case you get a case of the vapors.
-
Personally, I wouldn't want this. Is that enough of a reason for others not to have it? Of course not (especially if there was a way to opt out of it). However, typing messages on console would take forever. When I can send "GG" to someone on my platform, I do. If they're not on my platform, I settle for a thumbs-up vote. If the purpose of adding post-game chat for console is strictly to say GG, then I think giving a thumbs up is the way to go. Ideally, BHVR will in time have a mechanic that lets you know that "so and so" gave you a thumbs up.

Yep! And it's the same in every language. If you wrote a math problem, people worldwide could understand the meaning of the symbols and solve it. Written word? Spoken? Nope.
Do you have a conclusion on which math is truly accurate?

For being slow i'm going to add the interresting scenario when there are injured survivor C and D so thana is in full effect
Option 1:
Survivor A works on the gen for 16 seconds with 20% slowdown while B heals
Then they both work on the gen with 6% slowdown
So A works at 0.8 charges per second for 16 seconds for 12.8 charges done
Then B joins and they both work at a combined 1.598 charger per second for the remaining 77.2 charges to finish in 48.3 seconds
So in total they spendย 64.3 seconds
Option 2:
Thanatophobia slows them down by 20%
So if they both work on the gen ignoring their wounds at 1.36 charges per second. they finish it inย ~66 seconds
Option 3
Survivor A heals B for a total of 16 seconds
B heals A in 12.8 seconds thanks to the medkit
They both work on the gen at 4% slowdown for a combined 1.632 charges per second and finish it in ~55 seconds
In totalย ~84 seconds passed
So in that scenario Option 1 is faster but ever so slightly
Ha! That's cool! ๐ The difference is slight, but maybe if you have adrenaline, it's worth it. Sometimes, a Killer comes right when you're about to finish the gen, and having just that slight extra amount of time can make the difference.

Feedback is directed to the team, other forum users and players can't make changes to the game.
I understand the complaints, it's important to remember that we need to keep things in order to make collecting feedback easier for those who need to do it.
Rizzo, thanks for that answer. I think some people feel that, because Feedback doesn't get as much traffic, viable ideas get "buried." If their idea was filed under "General," then a lot more people would see it, and if a lot more people saw it, then there would be more reactions (especially affirmative). If there are thousands of views and dozens of comments, then there might be more "weight" given to the idea. In other words, BHVR might consider something more if they saw there was a large amount of (mostly affirmative) commentary. And unfortunately, threads like that only happen in "General" because that's the broadest and most popular thread.

@Sonzaishinai said:
Assuming the other survivors are dead or healthy in a bush somewhere
Option 1:
Survivor A works on the gen for 16 seconds with 4% slowdown while B heals
Then they both work on the gen with 2% slowdown
So A works at 0.96 charges per second for 16 seconds for 15.36 charges done
Then B joins and they both work at a combined 1.666 charger per second for the remaining 74.6 charges to finish in 44.8 seconds
So in total they spend 60.8 seconds
Option 2:
Thanatophobia slows them down by (a whopping) 4%
So if they both work on the gen ignoring their wounds at 1,63 charges per second. they finish it in ~55 seconds
Option 3
Survivor A heals B for a total of 16 seconds
B heals A in 12.8 seconds thanks to the medkit
They both work on the gen without being affected by thana at a combined 1.7 charges per second and finish it in ~53 seconds
In total 81.7 seconds passed
So option 2 is obviously the fasted but there is an argument that 6ish seconds is not a bad trade for having a healthy survivor that can bodyblock
Even though everyone is getting slightly different math, the one constant is that Option 2 is the quickest route. Thanks for taking the time to answer and show how you calculated!

@Peanits said:
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/3158768#Comment_3158768
To shed some light: Positive modifiers are additive (added together and then applied to your charges per second), while negative modifiers are multiplicative (multiplied together and then applied to your charges per second.
So to use the example where both Survivors immediately work on generator, for example, they would have a 15% penalty for working on the same generator and a 4% penalty from Thanatophobia. You multiple these together (0.85 * 0.96) to get the final charges per second (0.816). Multiple by 2 since there's 2 Survivors working on the generator, and you get 1.632. Divide the generator charges by the total charges per second you end up with 90 / 1.632 = 55.15 seconds.
The others can be calculated the same way, but obviously there's more steps involved since the charges per second change every time someone is healed or starts working on the generator. But once you add up the time spent healing and repairing separately & together, you get the final time.
Thank you for adding more detail. I truly appreciate it ๐

@amazing_grace said:
So... this question is a little more complicated if you are asking what would be the best option for escaping, but the option that gets the gen done soonest (assuming the killer doesn't run you off) would be just committing to the gen both injured.
Thana would only had 3.6 seconds (if my DBD math is correct) to the gen, meaning it is negligible pretty much. The only thing you have to consider is that since both of you are injured, you are going to be downed much easier, so the killer can push you both off the gen really easily. It's highly unlikely that you'll be able to complete the gen if it has 0 progress and you're both injured. So resetting is probably the better option for escape unless you are confident in looping.
You're right. In a real game, different variables can suddenly come into play and that would affect the end result. In an isolated setting like this, if all goes to plan, it's best to "just do gens" lol
