Steam Charts revealed the reduction of 9000 players over the last 30 days. Dead by Daylight has literally never seen such a dramatic change so far. Obviously, this site does not give us information about the entire playrbase. We don't know how many players are from PS, XBOX, etc and did they undergo the changes as well. So Clown and Adam have lore-related cosmetic outfits and charms as part of the rift but no unlockable lore. They are also not "featured" as part of Tome V; only Hillbilly, Blight, and Nea are. I'm just curious about the decision behind this. Were they intended to have lore that was scrapped last minute to make room for the Halloween event? So I started playing this year. I have only been in one event and that was the anniversary. I thought that this event would be similar to that but I dont really understand what I need to do. I see survivors searching for this event gen. They just run around until they find it but I dont understand why this one gen is all the event is. Someone give me a legitimate reason why a killer should have a one-shot in their base kit? Don't get me wrong I am all for earning a one shot through addons or perks or whatever. If you are going to argue that survivors have this and that which makes them to strong or gens go to fast I agree things on survivors side should also be nerfed or removed. As the title says, why is Blight's POV so goddamn low? It's really annoying when you're chasing a survivor and you can't see anything because of your camera height, mainly in loops which the survivor can see you. What are your thoughts on Dead By Daylight content creators that mostly stream survivor gameplay and upload survivor videos? I’m talking about Ayrun,Ussylis, JRM etc. As a red rank survivor main I personally love watching their content but I specifically feel like Ayrun tries to bully killers on stream and in his uploads. Now that Mindbreaker is in effect the whole game and doesn't stop at 50% gen progress, it's really a solid perk. If you use your exhaustion perk and the Killer leaves you, you won't recover exhaustion while working on generators. And if you're greeding for a gen and leaving at the last possible second, you won't have your exhaustion perk to bail you out. It's very nice what more can I say?31 comments 541 views last activity

In the wake of MacMillans nice new graphics that got me thinking. There should be 5 maps for each realm. MacMillans, Coldwind, and Autohaven have 5 maps each, But that's it. Nurse only has two. Hag only has two. And huntress only has two. And some like doctor one. I just believe all realms should have 5. Ok so I am a total meghead and suck at looping, but whenever I enter the shack and try using the god pallet and then the killer has bamboozle I'm... pleasantly surprised? I actually find it to be way more fun when killers are prepared like that because it forces me out of my comfort zone and I have to learn new tactics. Discordance has a limited range of 32/64/96 meters. At T3, the perk is basically unchanged since 96m is basically the whole map. But discordance no longer spams the explosion sound, meaning the you need to actually look at the aura to see if the people got off the gen. So me and my friends joked around and said that BHVR should just combine no mither and dead hard, so using dead hard would force you to play in "hard mode", but would combining the two actually be a buff in the end? Ok, I know, I know, you've seen this argued before. But here me out: Can we get rid of Ebony Mori's and only have the green and yellow mori and Devour Hope? At least with Devour they actually have to work for the killer whereas with the Ebony Mori you literally hook them, and chase them again just to kill them as soon as they get off hook. BHVR is clearly invested in building up the lore of DBD, and tbh I think that's great! Reading up on the background of Killers and survivors can be a real treat, especially when this lore is accompanied with the very lovely animated art stills. Just saw news about apex legends getting a reconnect feature and dbd needs that aswell. The servers can be pretty bad and the game has to many bugs. In a fight to the death who would win, The Oni or The Spirit. The Oni defiantly has the upper hand when it comes to pure power and strength but The Spirit has the ability to confuse and sneak up on her enemy with ease. There's nothing like having the last Survivor dead to rights and letting them live to tell the tale. Really I just enjoy being a good sportsman and seeing thanks in the chat instead of hate. Just had a match where I downed two survivors right next to a hook (thank you mad grit). I hooked one while the other positioned themselves on the ground behind the hooked survivor at the base of the hook, where it was impossible for me to pick them up. I was just thinking about an alternate DBD. Built around horror movie kill rates, you might have someone survive every round maybe two. Most games would be a slaughterhouse.
