This happens on PC. This happens when you open player profile in the last 5 sec of lobby time. For the player it makes the offering screen linger until you close player profile and then it breaks into menu background with some weird lightning. This is the second time i have found survivors abusing this locker. They sit on top, knowing you have to go all the way to the top through building to be able to hit them once. Since two are on there, you cant stand there so you fall off, meaning you have to do it again. When entering a mori from Dracula's wolf form the camera zoomed out and remained zoomed out after the mori until transitioning back into wolf form where the issue resolved itself.
