I keep falling out of the map

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When i play killer some part of the maps are gone i fall to the void than come back up and fall again

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I click on play, the game starts, parts of the maps are gone, I try to walk over them and i keepp falling

I can't record a video cus i got banned for quiting too much
