Wesker bound hits are very inconsistent on survivors vaulting.
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: 80% of the times, Wesker does not hit survivors vaulting with his power. This issue is happening since Houndmaster release. He just bumps with the window/pallet instead of slapping their back, even if they are right in front of you and a basic attack would hit normally.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Playing as Wesker, use Virulent Bound on survivors vaulting windows/pallets and see that it bounds against the vault instead of slapping the survivor.
