Unknown's Detective torso piece back mouth is stuck open

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The torso piece for the new community skin for the Unknown has an issue where the mouth on the back is stuck open at all times. This also causes issues during the mori animation where instead of the mouth opening normally, it shifts to the side and the tentacles appear out of the skin instead of the mouth

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1. Load the game and select Unknown
2. Select the detective torso piece, note that when you turn it around, the mouth is open while other Unknown cosmetics keep the mouth closed
3. Play the Mori animation, note that the mouth shifts to the side instead of opening properly and causes clipping issues
