I'm surprised Killers are dodging in this mode as this is basically like a brand new game for everyone. P100s have no perks nor starting items and yet they are still being dodged. With the most recent BP perk bonus removal of Prove Thyself and the prospect of losing the Distressing BP bonus as Killer, please consider increasing the BP incentives. That way, players get plenty of BP and can run any perks they choose. No harm done. Also, I think the leap from 100% to 200% may just convince some mains to try out the other roles. I completly forgot this fact until i loaded in a clown match using the invigoration aura reveal addons. I never saw this kates aura i was chasing despite chasing her multiple times. Because apparently the perk thats made to encourage stealth can charge in chase as well? It basically made my cigar box, iri addon, and im-all-ears useless in all chases with her. I think Body Blocking is a very good way to help out your teammates. However I seem time and time again in my matches that A Survivor with OTR(Off The Record) will just run behind a teammate with DS alongside it. This makes the perks no longer Anti Tunnel Perks it makes them Just free Extra Health states. As a survivor repairing a gen in Lights Out, all you have are your eyes to look out for the killer's approach. Ghostface's power completely turns this against the survivors. I'm supposed to look at the ground or the sky the ENTIRE game?? At least Legion needs to find a survivor first. Since in Lights Out mode killers don't have a terror radius, and Doctor's Static Blast is dependent on your terror radius, does that mean static blast just doesn't have any effect? I was playing a few games with Dregde on the PC and I noticed that her arm, which the player uses to perform her basic attack, has a visual bug, it happened to me with her weapon's Halloween skin. I played 2 games without being able to see it. I did not take a screenshot but i found a youtube shorts showing the problem with the exact same skin. Platform - Steam Skull Merchant's perk "Thwack!" does not work when breaking Breakable Walls, even though it should and it used to. I hook a survivor, and "Thwack!" lights up. If I break a dropped pallet, the perk activates and lights off. However, if instead I break a breakable wall, the perk stays lit up and does not reveal nearby survivors or make them scream. Pros: It's nice to have the + bloodpoints The extra chests are helpful The mode itself, without HUD info, etc. is a little fun just because its different. Playing DBD for almost 2 years now and I'm getting really frustrated how so much QoL updates and interesting content just flies miles over Customs matches. Literally not any event has also worked on Customs, even events that would bring new interesting content to play. Snowmen? The Abyss? Lights Out? Not in customs. I know, it's kind of a generic statement, but hear me out: No gen slowdown perks, nothing. No HUD almost. If survivors know +- where gens are, it's extremely easy to just do them. Worse if they know the map by memory in terms of tiles locations for pallets and windows. The best play is to hit and run with killers like Wraith, and spreadinmg hooks seems not rewarding. Title. Especially pain resonance. A blocked gen should not regress. Every single survivor game I have played since the last update has have the killer using a combination of blocking gen perk + regression perk, and it's absolutely absurd. Trow away kill/escape MMR objectives. Bring back Emblem system (with some changes) as your matchmaking power. Make the game around HOOKS and not kills. Introduce heavy anti-tunnel/anti-camp feature (disabled at end game prob), don't rely on characters perks for $$$ to bandait fix core issues. I have no idea where all these Survivors are that are scared to do anything during the dark. All my matches have been against people who play the exact same, except this event makes misdirection insanely stronger. If they're healthy, one 'blink and you miss it' moment leads to them disappearing, making your entire chase time redundant. Meanwhile gens fly by. The map design still remains one of the biggest problems in DBD. You can play as someone like Singularity or Hillbilly and load on Hawkins or Lery's and just not get to play the game, you can't use your power for most of the game, you have to rely on normal m1 gameplay stripping the killers of their uniqueness and why they were picked to play in the first place. They need to have their stalk range decreased/changed because they can stalk outside the vision radius and still build Stalk without even seeing the survivors themselves. There should be an offering for survivors that hides the item they are carrying. Or even specific offerings that make it look like your holding something else. These would show up as secret in the loading screens like the killer mori offerings.
