Raise BP Incentives to 200%

With the most recent BP perk bonus removal of Prove Thyself and the prospect of losing the Distressing BP bonus as Killer, please consider increasing the BP incentives.

That way, players get plenty of BP and can run any perks they choose. No harm done.

Also, I think the leap from 100% to 200% may just convince some mains to try out the other roles.

I see no reason this couldn't be implemented and reverted if it causes problems.

It is certainly possible given I've had 150% all day in the new mode.
