SupaAlf streamer wins 300 times in a row with Nurse

There could be a way to prove dbd isn't balanced, but I doubt any streamer win streaks can prove anything.
nurse doesn’t play like other killers tho, seems to be a nurse issue to me if that’s true
They're based off of getting matched with suboptimal teams, and then having your streak taken away by the 1 good team. That's all it is.
The man is an otp nurse main that started on console than made it to pc. Of course he is better then average with nurse.
Better yet, where is the same energy when surv streamers get escaping win streaks?
Nurse is broken. That isn't news.
You mean like with the survivor main that has a 500 escape streak with no keys and then got bored and stopped counting?
The longest 4 man escape streak was 500+ and it only ended because the group got bored.
Please .... just leave pros with insane skills out of the discussion about meta. 99.9999999999% of players are and will never be that level of skill. DBD isnt balanced from top down.
And if we were to balance the game from top down survivors would have to be nerfed so hard it would kill the game in a single day.
Also congrats SupaAlf for the amazing, impressive, thick, girthy and long win streak
A player who has how many thousands of hours and is almost exclusively using the same killer wins against randoms?
I'm shocked.
Shocked, I say.
Yea that exactly. You dont see forum complaints about him screaming "survs is op"
No, this is "skill" issue.
lmfao
It is impossible to get a streak like that in solo. Absolutely impossible.
I don't know who you are talking about, but I can say for sure he is in a full SWF. Everyone can already accept that SWF is too strong, and OP.
The same is true for Nurse.
It really isn't very hard to grasp.
Supaalf is not the average nurse. Congrats to him. Btw, survivor winstreaks are higher than that.
Why do we care about solo? we are talking about high level gameplay here bro
"SoloQ is fine"
Even for SWF impossible without COMMS.
But survivor is fine jUST Skill Issue
Could you show me a recent SWF record escape streak without using comms?
Apparently survivors are fine, the only problem for soloq is that survivors are BAD
Nurse is OP but using what is effectively an esports caliber player to prove the point isn't the way to do it.
4-man SWFs on Discord, yeah...
Huh? I'm not the one who cares that much about streamers tho.
I don't know any other competitive multiplayer game where a "export caliber" player wins 300 games in a row..
Hens is on a 150 escape in a row. Your point ?
Lmao DBD is not competitive.
Strongest players usually do have extreme win rate like that in most competitive multiplayer games.
even more so on fuzzy matchmaking mode.
Yeah Nurse is broken, 300 games and there wasn't any team capable winning against it
Show us your winstreak on nurse.
This guy, that died on his last stream to a nurse is on a 150 win streak?
Is/was : you get the point.
He also has winstreaks on his YT but he only counts them if he's playing with certain people from I can tell, so he can play x amount of matches on his own, die and it doesn't ruin the streak, this win streak seems to be only if he's with his team which imo ruins the point of a streak if you can take a week break and die and continue the streak.
also, despite his "team" needing to be present for the streak, one is allowed to die as per his rules...
LOL I suspect thats the only way survivors can have long streaks
Nurse is busted and probably not great for the game, but Supa alf is probably in top fraction of a percentage of Nurse players. Nurse is his entire thing.
Using his Nurse play as an example of how broken she is isn't exactly representative.
It's always entertaining to see the level of organization these guys have. Honestly impressive...
But yeah, it's high comp plays against pubs. 0.1% against the rest. These types of plays shouldnt be brought to the table for balance discussion.
Even if I'd like the opposite (like how LoL balance things for high Elo play), I think DbD is simply a goofy/party game with its flaws, designed for fun and casual players.
I stand corrected. It apparently is too hard to grasp.
Yes & no, it's a 'win streak', where a win is 3+ man escape. That's quote different from "4 man escape"
Let's see how he does in 6.1.0. But regardless -
Well...yes? Much like I'm sure Alf doesn't count the games where he isn't playing Nurse as losing the streak. I don't see your point.
So 99,99% of playerbase can't do anything against the broken Nurse, there is no skill in it, after 100 hours playing Nurse anyone can produce 50+ win with Nurse.
...Wat.
Okay, how did you get from 'a god tier player with about 5000 hours on Nurse can do crazy things' to 'Nurse always dominates' to 'anyone with 100 hours can get a 50 game winstreak'?
More importantly, I really want to see the data you're working off. Because, from the data we actually have access to, Nurse has the lowest kill rates in the game.
If you are among the best at your killer, or among the best survivor teams then you win all the time.
Nurse having low kill rates doesn't mean much because she's not good on Switch or old gen. SupaAlf started on console and wouldn't be able to do what he's doing now if he hadn't switched to pc. PC Nurses are absolutely broken.
Which is why I said - Nurse needs a total rework. It's impossible to balance her as things stand.
Or we keep her as is and nerf her op Add-Ons? Her base-kit is fine, Nurse shouldn't get a total rework because people are too lazy to learn how to play against her
The changes need to be done with a fine-tooth comb, though, and they're not. The killer buffs, everything is a perfectly round number. 10% here, 10% there, 10 seconds for gens. If a recipe calls for specific ingredients to be scaled precisely to tenths of grams and I round up or down to a whole number, it's a brand new recipe (that's not going to work).
I would have more confidence in the changes if gens were slowed by 6.4 seconds and pallet breaking was sped up to 8.3. They're not, though, it's just arbitrarily 10 for everything. It might be adjusted.
Don't be too shocked or you'll invite Doc here and I don't want to get a Lobotomy from him.
Exactly I don't understand how so many will use Streamers or Tubers as a example to "NeRF Da NuRsE". When those they use play the game as their job and have so many thousands of hours invested to the game we could only hope to have those skills.....Most Nurse players are you low to mid skill range and CAN be looped but I won't go into that can of worms.
This is the streamer that has said he lowers his MMR before he plays with AFK wraith.
The thing is - even sans addons, Nurse is a problem killer, in that her kit basically unplays the game. She's just...impossible to balance, as if she's even slightly weaker, she ends up with a <30% kill rate, but if she's viable for your average player she becomes an unstoppable force of nature at higher MMRs.
Side note about basekit Nurse. We had a discussion several days ago about basekit Nurse vs basekit Blight. I've learned quite a bit about Blight since and I believe that indeed, he is stronger than Nurse in most situations.
An ex-comp player Nurse using ranged addons and the hyper aggressive slug build, has a massive winstreak on the best killer in the game, huh? This really the person you're going to use to justify deleting Nurse? I could look at this scenario and say "This might be avoidable if her blink attacks didn't work with Exposed effects, or her ranged addons were deleted" Though, he's already so good he'd probably do great regardless
I feel like this is the person every person thinks every Nurse player is. This guy is the definition of the 0.000001%
So, arguably the best player in the entire WORLD at Nurse hit a 300 win streak, so therefore Nurse is "easy" -- is that what some people are actually claiming here?
Playing guitar at a high level is incredibly "easy" -- just look at Jimi Hendrix!
Playing pro basketball at a high level is "easy" -- just look at Michael Jordan!
Understanding physics at a jigh level is "easy" -- just look at Albert Einstein!
Creating works of great art is "easy" -- just look at Leonardo Da Vinci!
And so on Using the very best person at something to make a point about that something in general is a very poor, lazy, and inaccurate way to make that point.
Congrats to Supaalf on his streak. The amount of hours he's put in to learning Nurse and his dedication to being that good is admirable. If I played another three years and played Nurse full-time, I'd be lucky to get a fraction of that number total, since I -- like the larger number of people who play her -- are nowhere near his skill level. Kudos to the man.
I mean...yeah. Alf was the back up Nurse on Oracle for a bit when they were a team. This is like being shocked if a pro basketball player scored 100 points in a high school game.
doesn't really make any sense what you are saying, it would still be 99.9% winrrate xd
I don’t know how anyone can still defend nurse after seeing games like this one, this is how all games against a nurse go if she’s half decent.
A killer ignoring all game mechanics isn’t balanced and never will be, even if she is the “hardest” killer to master
