When you loot a chest it will ALWAYS quickly flash the icon for a green medkit (with whatever rarity the actual item is, for example it will be a brown background but still green medkit icon.) before actually showing the item you got. If you are using custom icons though it does not do this bug. It even happens on the vaccine boxes. Don't know how to add a video in here so here are screenshots.3 comments 31 views last activity

I was cleansing a totem under the hanging docks at Dusty Noose Map, and got glitched on top of the barrels below the stairs and could not get off by dying state or crouching or by killer picking me up. So basically the game was useless.0 comments 1 views last activity

I play on PC and randomly the game just crashes. This happens on every map both killer and survivor. When it crashes my screen goes black and my computer doesn't respond to anything including just trying to turn it off. The only way to fix it is to turn off power to my computer. I'm completely unaware what is causing this, initially I thought it was my keyboard and almost bought a new one until I found that this happens never when I'm typing or playing any other game. One second I'll be running diagonal forward-left and then it'll just snap me to going forward for no reason, and I'll have to press my A key a few times before it works again. After performing a Dead Hard I was unable to use my exhaustion perk for the remainder of the game. Note; The pictures below are after I realized I couldn't Dead Hard. Was playing on the new Lery's as Wraith when I downed a survivor in one of the bathrooms. The survivor dropped the pallet as I downed them and I was pushed on top of the pallet and could walk around on top of the stalls and sinks. When I eventually came down, I couldn't deal any damage to survivors and couldn't down any injured survivors. All is in a title. No specific perk/add-ons, playing with the Broken HillBilly. Got the adrenaline haste to stay on me for the remainder of the trial one game. So i was wondering if it was just a random bug or re-creatable and thus easily patchable. Don't have any clips but i was unhooking and the killer smacked me and in a split second like when the unhook animation just ends, i get injured and Adrenaline procs almost at the same frame, and the speedboost stayed forever. In a match against a Pig, survivors that were downed stayed on the ground while being carried or would stand still if grabbed from a locker. Also depending on the angle you would try to save then the prompt you got was to heal them insted of unhooking. Platform: PC. Description: This problem started after the last update. If you hit a survivor on a pallet and they then drop the pallet, the hit is canceled. This not only happens to pig, this also happens with other killers. I didn't find anything reported about this, but I would like the devs to know that unfortunately the stack bug of the perk prove thyself has come back. Dear Behaviour Interactive, As stated in the title, I have noticed that since the new patch, the spirit cannot hear footsteps when she is phase walking. The same issue was found when this patch was released on ptb in a youtube video. PS4 I unhooked a survivor under the hook and could not heal him, after running around a bit, repositioning the POV, etc I only saw the heal prompt come up for a split second and then went away. pretty strange, this has never ever happened to me until the new patch. Was on Coldwind Farm map against Legion. I was injured and working on gen when they hooked someone. I had just worked on gen long enough to get a Flashbang so I went into nearby locker to activate it. Legion came over while I was in locker. I just played a game on pc/Steam as Nemesis against some random survivors on Crotus Prenn/Disturbed Ward when I noticed how not a single zombie spawned during the course of the match. To make matters worse, the game had moments of extreme freezing (some lasting up to 3 seconds) with everything coming to a halt. Platform: PC Description: I loaded into a match and as the game was doing in the loading rotation, it said "Escaped", meaning the killer DC'd. Normally, this pops up with the normal menu, but this time, it didn't. Me and the other Survivors were just stuck in the Killer Shack, unable to move or interact with anything, or pull up a menu.
