Could not heal survivor after unhooking them.

I unhooked a survivor under the hook and could not heal him, after running around a bit, repositioning the POV, etc I only saw the heal prompt come up for a split second and then went away. pretty strange, this has never ever happened to me until the new patch.

I had a medkit equipped, and unbreakable/decisive/borrowed/sprint burst as perks
