Permanently Exhausted

After performing a Dead Hard I was unable to use my exhaustion perk for the remainder of the game.

Note; The pictures below are after I realized I couldn't Dead Hard.

(Above) I was unable to Dead Hard towards this window resulting in me going down however pay attention to the exhaustion icon.

After the first image (see above) for the remainder of the trial I was still unable to Dead Hard. (see exhaustion icon)

    I had the exact same experience. After using Head On the exhaustion would timer down as usual but then get to the state shown. It was permanent throughout the match.

    Damn that is rough. Where has this glitch been when I have played killer.
