2 things on console the patch didn't fix

-Issue 1: Bad fps on RPD map as killer.
-Reproduced by playing on RPD map as killer.
-Occurs regularly.
-Issue 2: Dead Hard freezes the game.
-Reproduced by using Dead Hard as survivor, or being near a Dead Hard-ing survivor as killer.
-Occurs regularly.
