What a difference from the PTB! Wether you like it or not, objectively I think it's safe to say the Xenomorph's new chase music is beyond expectations. I'm so glad they didn't just try to just band-aid fix what was on the PTB à la BHVR balance team. Instead they scratched it all out and went back to the drawing board, and boy did they deliver. Lately there was a lot of posts about this game dying, as always. I have seen lots of complaining about tunneling and camping. Even tho my experience was quite good even as soloQ, but that's anecdotal. Funny to me is that I don't think there is a way to play killer except losing that survivors wouldn't complain about. Killer and 3 or 4 survivors bring BP offering (terrormisu or party streamers), what are they going to do? Rush the game then after that, everyone is left with little BP at the end. Because besides one tiny buff to Alien in Runner mode (don't scare crows anymore), there is nothing other than bug fixing. No balance changes (kinda). All perks are the same, The Alien is the same as well. That explains why we didn't get one, because there was nothing really to talk about it. Xenomorph just came out and has a skin referencing grid from thr Predator vs Alien film, so seeing that the film is referenced could it mean the next killer only chapter is Predator to complete the rilvary duo. This game was better when there was no penalties. The only problem it made solo-q weaker but now bots are replacing survivor. So there is no reason to keep it in game. Generator rushing, overpowered premades, map imbalance, tunnelling and camping. These are the core problems that make it so games turn unfun and are not won by skill but exploit. The words I can describe my killer experience are, meaningless, annoying, frustrating, low... It's lonely, and hard to progress, with no teacher guide and 0 positive feedback. This survivor had Made for This and I was playing pig so it was a long but fun chase. However, it was a SWF lobby and one survivor decided to come body block when I was about to get my down. I’m sure this comes up a lot. I started playing this game with friends using my switch a while back and have lots of progress/gameplay for all of my favorite survivors and killers.
