Before this last update my killer games would never load i would sit here for an hour to hour an half in a loading screen. Now it actually loads fully but then it kicks me out. I haven’t had issues with this new ranking. At least not like everyone else seems to be. Even got a few killer games with 4 iridescent. Dunno how because I haven’t read into the changes, I just play like I always have. Survior does seem a little bit tough, but nothing of serious issue so far. Edit: when I play killer, I don’t tunnel. I feel extremely bad for the survivors on the receiving end of this screen. I hope the devs can at least acknowledge this is a problem. First and foremost I do not claim to be a good killer. I see myself as below average and typically stay between ranks 12-15. I was rank 17 due to not playing killer since the rank reset but am now back to rank 15. I miss a lot of regular attacks and get corn blind very easy. Now with the new match making system I have been getting paired against people around rank 10+. Last few games there were 10 comments 42 views last activity

First of all I want to thank all developers for hearing Killer's Community, Decisive Strike was a pain, this change will be be a huge change in the history of dead by daylight, due now I can tunnel the same guy and let him/her in the ground just for 60 sec searching for other survivors nearby or if I got any kind of Mori, just mori them and get rid of the one using decisive strike, I am so happy!7 comments 192 views last activity

I don't know if it's the new map or it's just me but before the update i played normally with no lag. Maybe it's the weather? I pretty much can't play killer right now. It's a 5 minute wait for a lobby of 4 people with 250+ ping. I don't understand why the game keeps matching me with people from china (I'm not using a VPN). Survivor lobbies are fine for me, it's just killer. Then when i finally get a lobby with just 1 or 2 people with red pings, i get infinite loading screen. I have a daily to mori 1 survivor as doctor. last 2 rounds i cant even load to the game.. as soon as they see hidden icon i think one or 2 of them are leaving the lobby in the middle of load and its causing my loading to get stuck at 98% for 20 mins.. i had to restart game twice.. I have to wait more than 5 minutes to get in to a game, when people finnaly join my loby they are Asian or NA so they leave becouse of the ping...So i wait more 5 to 10 minutes to get into a game, get into the loading screen game crashes, i lose my offering and add-ons... I just bought the DLC and came back to DBD for the first time in several months (Really since about last Halloween), and I can't seem to complete a single match. I don't tunnel, I don't camp, and don't even consider myself that good of a killer in general... but people still ragequit before I even have a chance to put them on a hook. Come on devs....this match making is ridiculous! Why are you mixing US region with people from across the world? we are all dealing with it, so much so that people with high ping just accept their defeat and join in anyways! This is ruining the fun of it all. I used to wait like 15 seconds for survivors to join my que, now it's over a minute. Most survivors are from Korea, Germany, and Brazil. How on earth did we downgrade from creating a match as a killer and waiting 5 seconds for the lobby to fill -> 5 minute wait time before the lobby gets created? I took a peek into console’s kyf and UM all of those perks, especially MoM, sound like a sure fire way to make people who play killer not play killer anymore. It's getting a bit outta hand when people DC to deny Hooks, or when a game screws us over....just had a game where only 3 Survivors loaded into the game. The 4th either intentionally DC'd or has bad internet...of those 3 one DC'd during the loading screen and so,I had 2 Survivors left. Devs this is still broken. I literally waited for 15 minutes for a lobby, while the counter cycled between less than a minute and 2 minutes. Especially in light of Ashley’s rather questionable perk choices. The truth is survivors have it easy peasy. Sometimes as a solo especially it doesn’t feel like it, but it’s true. You can locker hop all game while the others run the gens and escape and you’re only punishment is a lack of bp. Survivors have only 1 goal: get out and survive. I had a completely terrible experience while playing as Jane Romero with my usual period build. Literally for hours I was either 1. Camped 2. Tunneled 3. Farmed I get these are part of the overall game experience, but it's completely miserable to deal with. I WAS rank 4 on PS4 before i started playing today. My fps is 75 solid locked on all maps with all killers and survivors but the new temple map tanks my fps down to around 48 except for the indoor bits. I'm not sure what it is but its worth pointing out. I'm playing on a pc with a ryzen 5 1600 and an rx 480 nitro 8gb with 16gb of ddr4 ram just encase you need that.5 comments 122 views last activity

So shrine of secrets has become a bit redundant as of late, with players rather saving shards for cosmetics/new killer/survivors and even more redundant for those who have grafted and unlocked all the perks anyway.
