I'd agree if footsteps were like they used to be but Footsteps are already so faint.

@ChesterTheMolester honestly, Predator and Lightweight need buffs, because they are not as good as they used to be, so I would not mind

The point of scratch marks is that they can be seen from afar, as well as used to juke the killer (if you know what you're doing).

It was actually discussed by the devs on stream months ago but never made it to the game despite no opposition to these changes.
