Been playing dbd on console as a solo Q survivor for the best part of 2 years now. For real is a pain to play as a killer and as a survivor because i CANT SEE. All my friends go with the skill issue but i really cant se a claudette in a corner like this. Might be a weird title. But it's the best I could come up with with 2 gens left on red forest with 2 survivors not touching either for over 30 minutes as I walked around looking for them. I don't know if they were using items to prevent themselves from ever getting crows since the one I did find was in a corner away from everything else. I decided several months ago to quit DbD because it just wasn't fun for me anymore. Honestly I kind of hate the "new" store, especially when trying to browse the cosmetics from the SURVIVOR or KILLER meny. Also, why was customization moved from the vertical menu on the left, and "hidden" in a new menu? And why do I have to go to this CHARACTERS menu to select a new character, when previously I could judt click a button to get to the next one. So 2v8 gave me some confidence to play Survivor in 1v4 again for the first time in a long time. I don't enjoy it as much, but it's been okay. There is definitely an increase of hackers recently, seemed to be during the 2 v 8 but was less noticeable tbh due to the chaos. 1 v 4 it's still going on and very noticeable. I know some have said it's due to the free weekend a while ago but how long does it take to crack down on these hacks? First of all, I am very happy to see the Campfire charm being available again :). I was wondering though. I'm not necessarily actually suggesting this myself, it's just something I've had on my mind for a while and I want to know what others might think. Having more dull totems spawn by default would be something that could benefit both sides, and by the same token, the benefits for one side could easily be seen as a detriment to the other. I had survivor game just now with a claudette that seemed kind of fishy from the start. She was just a little too fast in the chases she took and healed up very quickly. After she got hooked once and rescued and instantly healed up I was pretty sure that she was hacking. The game can't be balanced around them and was not created with them in mind( all the visual perk prove it). How many perks where getting nerfed bc squad would abuse them? Adrenaline for example. I took a break from DBD over the last week or so as I was expecting 2v8 to be phased out and thought it would be wise. I enjoyed 2v8 a lot for it more quick paced nature and streamlined perks etc. I know it’s still active but I decided I’ll go back to 1v4 as there’s only a few days left and everything is just so slow, arduous and monotonous in that mode now. Several times today as I was loading in there was a weird pause, I saw a strange background, and was disconnected from the match. I didn't get a penalty so I know it wasn't my internet. It was almost as if there was someone checking out my build or the map and then cancelling the game. However, I assumed that someone else was getting the penalty. Should, Windows be given a cool down again. Nothing crazy, maybe like 10 seconds, which is very reasonable I believe, and still aids new players. Between that and the QoL changes I feel like you have no down time against him and he can tunnel off hook from anywhere on the map as long as he has a pod by the hook. I believe the existence of the hatch is a problem for game balance. Let me explain why. The game is balanced for a 40% escape rate, but the devs count hatch as escape. Let me say personally as survivor that getting hatch doesn't feel like a victory, it still feels like a loss or at most a mercy escape since you didn't complete your objective as a team. At this point playing singularity is like a construction worker without ear plugs. Singularity's footsteps are so fkn loud when playing him my ears are actually becoming deaf. I play a p100 Sadako religiously and get a mix bag of levels. Usually fairly low. I play Oni and all I get is P100's a P70, a P90. I barely play him…What gives. Sadako I almost get babies. I also lose A LOT with Oni. I hardly win. (Hes just fun) How does MMR work. I just dont get why my more experienced killers get lower levels and my less experienced killers get swfs and high levels.
