As the title says, do we have perks that aren't meta that we enjoy, or at least like how they function even if they're considered weak? I myself like Game Afoot on killer for any sort of obsession-based builds I run. Whether it's for Furtive Chase or paired with Nemesis. His kit just has no downsides. He can play essentially any tile with vampire/wolf. Hellfire has INSANE zoning, better than even Pyramid Head, and a ridiculously short (almost nonexistent) cooldown. And then there’s bat form… where do I even start. Genuine question, because I've been having a blast when it comes to the event so far, Smoke Grenades on Surv are really fun to mess around with and have gotten me out of a ton of situations already, and Haunts on killer make for really clean double-tap hits when used right, plus the new cosmetics are beautiful, AND each match is highly profitable regardless of who wins, I haven't won a single Sur35 comments 841 views last activity

I literally cannot recall the last time I or any of my teammates got out against a Singularity. You gave him tons of basekit buffs. He even has autoaim now. Once he even gets two people hooked, it's a good ole gameover man. He just puts pods out of emp reach, uses range extending addons, and redowns someone from each unhook because you can't disable all his hook camping pods with a single emp. I was playing today and scratch marks were not there. The game before had boons at the wazoo so that explained most of it. But the second game had no boons or any perks to rid of scratch marks also no bombs were thrown either. It seemed to happen sporadic across the board. Not sure if anyone else or its just a fluke. So we are back at it, same event as year ago but with changed the donation of points. I played 2 games, first game my friend has been at hook without progress and with blood particles killing my 5700x3d. Literally from 30% cpu usage went up to 80%, couldnt even unhook him. second game everyone had 192ping and killer 242, great game, great server. Hag - setting up a web, wanted to make couple of ghosts, went to a portal - came back - almost all\half the traps on the map has been triggered. I would assume it's the same with Trapper… Am I complaining? Yes I am! But what can be done\changed\fixed about it? No clue yet. Huge lag spikes, rubberbanding, Bluetooth hits across vaults and pallets you've completely cleared, full in game freezes that last a few seconds, it's bad. Already no incentive to play the new event with the terrible mechanics but now not feeling the desire to play at all when everything feels horrible. To me - DBD doesn't seem like it's "gooner baiting" with any of the skins come up. (Have you seen upcoming skin for Sable presented in the live-stream? Shheeesssh!) I think DBD's developers are in the perfect "golden middle" when it comes to "skimpy skins" and "not skimpy". I understand bringing new, fun mechanics/reworks but why things that'll just be abused by many killer players? I have been playing Tiffany today for the first time since the update dropped where apparently they fixed an issue with scampering and I noticed the turn rate after a scamper was so much bigger and the noise was different. I have seen discussion about it being a bug, others saying it’s some kind shadowbuff. I don't play Killer any more for a long time, it's hard to get to know how to play certain Killers with the constant nerf/buff battle leaving me and I think a few others confused. Maybe test so, hear what people say, tweak and then release, always going to have people issuing complaints, but Killers are so tweaked, so are perks so leaving such a huge confusion. So I was the last survivor alive against a killer who brought this offering. I hadn't been hooked all game but the killer was still able to mori me when I was the last alive. No where in the offerings description does it mention also being able to mori the last survivor. Just, survivors reaching the second hook state. In the Haunted By Daylight event, you can obtain the ability to send out 2 Haunts as Killer. These Haunts can damage a Survivor for a health state.
