I've had this issue for a year or so, but each month on the 13th my survivor rank drops to 5 but my killer rank stays at 1. Is it due to the lower amount of killers? I tried a simple experiment over the last few days. I spent 25 matches going for 4 hook 4 kill games and getting as low hook numbers as possible and still getting 4 kills. Then I spent 25 matches going for 12 hooks and 4 kills. I've been thinking about the toxicity between both killers and survivors and I actually think that the content creators have the correct idea for how to lower toxicity. Simply making the killer be about getting hooks and not getting kills. That way when you play killer you don't have to slug or tunnel the very experienced swf that escape 1000 matches in a row. Currently lightborn is a super fun perk to run as bully squads usually DC when they can't get their flashlight saves. Also the survivor is always so confused. My idea though is that regular blinds still have the same effect, but while carrying a survivor if someone blinds you then you drop the survivor and they regain full health, BUT the person who flashlight saves them suffers from the exposed1 comments 51 views last activity

I genuinely don't understand how but it happened, survivors lost every chase and basically looked like they were playing blindfolded and watching back the game I was averaging a hook ever 22 seconds. They said they were trying out dual monitor and discord screen sharing so they could see each other's screens while playing. Over the course of 3 days playing killer I have only played Gideon Meat Plant and The Saloon map. Every single match is a map offering. Then when I don't see a map offering I still get these maps. Please someone help me this has been for 30+ matches and I can't get the heck out of those maps. I brought an offering for another map and still went to the saloon. Something I have never understood as a rank 1 killer and survivor is dropping your item so the killer let's you escape. The killer can't take your item and you likely lose more bloodpoints that you spent on the item than you gain from escaping. I enjoy trying all the perks in the game and like mixing it up and something I noticed is franklin's demise and devour hope cause the most survivors to disconnect. In 20 games with devour hope I only made it to 4 stacks before the disconnects and hook suicides began. Then the hex totems mean anytime one is cleansed you get locations and sometimes you get locations and exposed status letting you get easy slugs. Now obviously the title baits you in on actual gameplay but I think the trickster opens new avenues for what future killers can be. The trickster is a very non scary killer that plays more like an action game which means he opens up the game to new killers we would never think of seeing. Lately I've been trying some new things and found that you can pretend to be a complete dunce to start a match and then use haunted grounds, retribution, and undying to surprise them out of nowhere. I played a match and used OBS to time the chases in a match that is "evenly balanced" because it was a 2k match. My first chase started at 8 seconds into the match and concluded at 37 seconds into the match and a gen is already done. Preventing an inexperienced killer from getting one hook then yelling at him because you depipped and he didn't hook enough for you to get altruism seems to be counterintuitive? I had a 4k game where I didn't pip and I had a 1k game where I only got the kill because I camped the hook where I pipped up. I mean I know the devs say killers should be happy with 2k games but I definitely didn't deserve a pip for a camp for 1 kill? I just played a match where nobody brought a key or luck offerings but they found 3 red or purple keys in chests without any chest offerings as well. What are the odds of this? I had to close the hatch several times and with the last generator never getting done. I killed one and everyone was one hook.
