While deliverance requires you unhook someone safely as well as have a curse attached to it (you usually get hooked first), what's the point of bringing Slippery Meat. I did the math and it seems using up all your attempts results in unhooking every other game (I think it's close to 50%), so unless you bring that ace perk and Salty Lips it pretty meh. If killers got a weaker Corrupt I think I might be ok with in, but I can't say I've thought about it much to consider what kind of effects it'd really have and how the meta would evolve to take better advantage of it. It's already a hard perk to earn, but losing it when you get hooked (which sometimes you have to do to save a teammate who is on death hook), makes it more trouble than it's worth. Why not gain it permanently. I mean, you have to save/heal/get healed by 3 different teammates to get its maximum benefit. Just as killers can choose to give hatch to the last person, I think survivors should have the ability to gift something the killer. SInce survivors usually give them their item which only conveys something symbolic, it would be nice if we could give a couple thousand BP to killers of our choosing. Perks like Scavenger, Residual Manifest and Appraisal should show you the aura of opened chests. Pharmacy should also work on rummaging as well, and get a secondary effect for the risk you have to go through to activate it, like if you use your medkit on a teammate you get to rummage a second medkit. I am a bit confused because obviously the perks I enjoy as a survivor (Flashbang, Blastmine, Saboteur, Head On etc.) seem to make killers mad, although objectively they are not even the strongest ones. I had a Blight who face-camped me I assume because I flashbanged him on a pallet? Just had a game yesterday where the killer slugged Leon who I got up and then me. He both camped us hoping the other survivor would go for a save. Leon just started working on the last gen while I was down, but then he went to find him. Played some SIlent Hill 3 yesterday and I'm probably like halfway though the game (game is really short). The only thing I wish for was that we got rewarded more for exploration (I feel some areas have nothing to offer and I just waste my time exploring them). Hello, just wanted to propose something of a fix for what I feel is not a very fair way of doing things. Since survivors/killers come with a set of perks, the price of 9k encompasses all of those perks along the survivor/killer. I haven't seen this that often, but I have come across it recently. Killers running full hex builds with Pentimento as core. Could this be the new slowdown meta? When I've played against this strategy in solo we hardly ever finish those gens, since there comes a point where we have to look for totems. Like someone else is getting chased close to them but they simply hide instead of doing a gen in the same vicinity that is done more than 70% or never being willing to trade a health state/hook state to take a protect hit for you or prevent you from getting killed. I've been thinking that I would love Carmine (Artist/Birdlady) as a champion (with perks and all) as it fits her a lot. Lately I've been thinking about comeback mechanics on DBD and whether they exist or not. Many games have implemented them either to the annoyance of more hardcore players and perhaps delight to casual players. It depends, when I'm trying to get to Iri I just play almost daily. Then once I reach Iri4 I slowdown and play without much stress so perhaps not even daily. Just play in the most broken way possible, and if you have an ounce of "niceness" in you do it for the cause. Had a game vs the Knight but unfortunately I didn't record it (I thought I was). So he was running adept knight, meaning he had his hex on the one which makes you scream if a teammate is injured. It would be a very interesting addition overall for survivors and opens up more mindgames to be had during chase. Bring it back, not as a bug (since it can probably mess up other things as well) but as a basekit mechanic where you can fake a vault. It will make add some more depth to the chases.
