Had a round where my friends blocked for hook, the bar reached 100% and we still had to block for like an extra 5 seconds. I mean she is a witch, no? Her power design is boring so I wouldn’t mind if she was faster and had less traps but also other cool witch abilities. Long story short, (3 of us remained) I was on first hook, other person on gen was being chased while this Ace was self-caring. I go to 2nd stage by the time he got there he got hit again and turned back, I die on first hook. My only regret was not letting go in the first place. Just had a match where I used one and someone put on The Game offering and it still took us there. I re-read the wording in the offering description and the only exception is when all 4 survivors bring the same map offering. Am I missing something ? or is this just bad RNG. It has nothing to do with the killer. It has nothing to do with the perks being used. It has nothing to do with survivor items being brought (I.E. Toolboxes etc). It HAS to do with being placed with survivors who you cannot depend on to optimize the other objective which is to stall the killer as much as possible. In case anyone has forgotten, communication isn't always key when it comes to survivor coordination in DBD. There are elements in which no one could tell you what/how to do something. First 3 matches of the day (Spirit, Huntress, Spirit) all 3 of them camped on first hook. No one takes the bait. All gens get done, No Ed is their backup plan. It is unfortunate because it makes the gameplay dull and boring . I've been playing Carmina and enjoying her quite a bit. She has very good map pressure, and can really make put survivors in a position where they have to make decisions on the spot. One thing I do wish we could do, is for her Dire Crows to be placed at an angle. It is one of my favorite perks to run with others like Hex: Lullaby. Alone, their effects are very mild but together they can break a team's coordination in completing their objective. Simply put, this is the only time they will not wish to touch a generator. 😈 Plaything comes into play when they have to look for a totem, and they have to spend time cleansing hex totems.
