  • Hi, I am a big No Mither fan, and the recent changes to MFT are going to be gutting this combo soon. I'd like to talk about the MFT nerf and why I believe the MFT nerf is going to ruin a fairly new, blooming playstyle. MFT in its current state is the perfect partner for No Mither. When combined, you are playing with a kit that prevents you from being healthy, gives you a 3% speed boost, grants y

  • I'm sure I'm not the only one that has trouble without a certain perk! Personally, I have trouble actually surviving without No Mither. Me AND my team lose so much more often when I'm not running it, both solo-queue and SWF. It absolutely baffles me So, what are your personal "crutch" perk(s) that you have trouble playing without?

  • It seems like every killer I face or watch almost always have addons on, even players that dedicate themselves mostly to one killer. I'm not saying people shouldn't use addons or anything, I'm mainly wondering if anyone else feels kinda bad when using them. Personally, using addons feels bad because they're a consumable. I really don't want to train myself on certain addons just to run out of th

  • Currently, luck only effects the chance of unhooking yourself. With the addition of the new survivor's perks, random chance is becoming a more prominent feature in the game. I think reworking the luck feature will allow for more interesting perk combos and playstyles. My suggestion is to make luck affect more things. At the very least, it should effect the rarity of items and addons you find by

  • Hello! I'm a survivor/killer main that has been playing this game for a very long time! I love weird perks that can actually work well! Here's my take on the upcoming perk changes: ~~~~~ Coup de Grâce: Amazing buff. As someone who has been using it occasionally since release, I'm afraid it might be TOO amazing of a buff with certain killers (ex: Legion). We'll see. Claustrophobia: I can se

  • There's nothing new in the news section of the forum, and there's nothing new on the official website. Yet, y'all are talking about stuff as if the ptb patch notes just dropped! Where can I see this information for myself?

  • The medkits are all the same, except they heal others 5% faster each tier. The charges, self-heal efficiency, and self heal penalty are all the same. This is super boring. I think that the stats other than altruistic healing speed should change with the rarity of the medkits. My idea to approach this is as follows: Change the altruistic healing speed bonus from 35%/40%/45%/50% to 20%/40%/50%/6

  • Hello! While playing with a friend, I have had a lot of oportunities to deal with campers. I found out that Leader allows you to tank a hit for your friend when you're unhooked if the killer hits the survivor that saved you. The same is also true in reverse with Desperate Measures (assuming they know to try and not let the killer just down you. These help a lot! Just wanted to share, thanks!

  • I don't get it. We get some cool perks and a neat killer, but everyone's just complaining about it. Did you want a perfect update or something? A lot of y'all are so blinded by your reactionary disappointment that you can't see that we have some fun new toys to play with. There doesn't seem to be anything to warrant such an outcry in this update, it's fine and didn't break the game

  • You can only get 5 tokens each game, and you currently lose a token every time you lunge at all. The perk shouldn't lose a token if you end your lunge before Coup de Grâce's lunge length comes into play, allowing you to perform normal lunges without losing a token if you time it right. This would be a small change that would make this perk more intuitive as well as buff it.

  • Is anything better? Is DBD still doing NFT stuff? Has this game changed for the better over the past year? What's this Iri Shards deal with the Chili Billy? I have not been keeping up

  • Hi! Here's an idea that came to me recently: Half perks could allow for more interesting builds without skewing the game's balance off the rails like some other perk expansion ideas would. For example, using a "half perk" instead of the normal "full perk" would reduce the effects of the perks by changing the numbers, changing the percentages, or removing a function entirely. For example, DS's ti

  • Title. Answer the question if you want! I personally think Unbreakable needs a little nerf. Remove its recovery speed bonus and slap that onto Tenacity or Flip Flop!

  • Right now, Stake Out only gives the bonus progression when you hit a great skill check with at least 1 token or you use a token to get an automatic great skill check. So, at 0 tokens, it's completely useless. It doesn't really make sense to lock the bonus progression behind the token, especially since the buff that added this effect was supposed to be another "we remove this feature and just slap

  • If you hit a great skill check with at least 1 token, does the perk still grant the bonus 1% progression? What about without a token? The perk description makes it seem like it only gives you the bonus 1% when you consume a token after hitting a good skill check. EDIT: ANSWER: Useless perk at 0 tokens. Great skill checks do not benefit from this perk

  • Heyo! I have seen numerous 5th perk slot threads over the past several months, and most of them have people replying and saying that they would be concerned with the balance of the game. I'd like to develop this idea further with this community and find some accompanying changes to the game that would implement the 5th perk slot while addressing people's concerns. My hope is that if we can creat

  • Remember when dbd owners got Dying Light coupons? I think it would be really cool to have a licensed chapter based off of that game. Crane would make for a great survivor, and we could have a zombie or Rais as the killer! Thoughts?

  • I'd normally put this in the Feedback section of the forums, but I think that this is a suggestion with various pros and cons that I am overlooking. If you could have, say, one perk slot that changes depending on the map, and you get to decide what map gets what perk for each one, would that be a useful and good addition to the game?

  • Hello! For a while, I have been of the opinion that too many of the recent perks have cooldowns, and judging by my peers and other forum members' posts, I'm not the only one that has this opinion. So, today, I'm going to come up with some suggestions to address the problems that each individual perk that go on cooldown have. First, killer perks. Surge is probably one of the most used perks wi

  • Step 1: Play as Nea with this hairstyle. Step 2: Complete the game whether by dying or escaping. This will occasionally make Nea lose almost all of her hair, leaving her clean-shaven. (please note: I would buy a hairstyle that looks like that if one is made available)

  • hi I know that everyone cares a lot about my opinion as the Prestigious Forum Member that I am /s Personally, I'm really looking forward to the experiment. I know for a fact that unsafe loops are going to become a lot more fair for the survivors, and not much is going to change I think? Just less cheese from the killer's (or my, since I'm going to be playing killer throughout the experiment) sid

  • Sounds pretty sweet yeah? I'd happily buy the game on the switch and chill out on the couch playing survivor every now and then. Pretty excited for it Also, uh... I meant to post this in the general forum, but the option was greyed out for me and I can't do the workaround pinned in the general forum... What's going on?

  • As of now in this PTB, Thanatophobia now slows down gens to 100 seconds instead of its previous 95 seconds when all 4 survivors are injured. Here are some numbers for Thana: Gen speeds at 4% per injured person (Live Version): 80 > 83.3 > 87 > 90.9 > 95.2 Gen speeds at 5% per injured person (PTB Version): 80 > 84.2 > 88.9 > 94.1 > 100 While I was calculating th

  • 3 people are injured, I have Botany, Self-Care, Desperate Measures, and Resilience, but my healing bar is still red. I wasn't mangled or anything. The 4th survivor got hit shortly after I took this screenshot and then my bar turned white. So it seems like with all of these bonuses including the 56% from Desperate Measures, I only get up to 100% healing

  • Hello! I am a very big fan of a lot of cosmetics in the game, and I own (almost) every Nea cosmetic released at the moment because I like to play with the different mixtures of cosmetics. The addition of "sets" have made the additions of some really cool outfits possible, including the one that Nea has! However, there is one problem I have with these sets that is incredibly disappointing: The hea

  • I was just recently running MoM, and even though an injured survivor was in very close proximity to me as I was trying to take a hit from them, the hit did not count as a protection hit. In this specific instance, I was vaulting the shack window and the injured survivor was by the shack pallet. Not really sure why that didn't count, but I would love for it to be addressed so that perks like MoM a

  • Hello! Today I am suggesting some small buffs to perks that would make them much more viable. I'm only going to list the perks that I think would get much more usage out of a buff without being too overpowered. For example, I'm not going to say a buff to Wake Up is a priority only because I doubt it would be used much more often even with a numbers buff. The first perk is Pharmacy. This perk use

  • Most aggravating bugs have been caused by the dedicated servers. This is likely because your movement bounces to the server at some moments, and instead of simply updating your location and sending you the other players' positions, the server tries to send you your position and updates your position. This updates your position on your own client, and causes that frustrating teleport/flicker/r

  • I've been queuing up with my friends, and about half of our games have the killer wanting to farm instead of playing the game normally. One of my friends is thinking of uninstalling since we keep getting these boring matches, and I'm really wishing that the DC penalty wasn't a thing so that we could all just leave farm games and queue up again for a real game.

  • I recently decided I wanted to learn to play Bubba (and I'm actually enjoying him a lot?), but I've been having some awful teleporting issues. Almost once every game, I'd teleport into a wall with my chainsaw and be robbed of a down I would have gotten had I not teleported. I also teleport around sometimes just walking around or chasing normally, which is also extremely annoying.

  • I just finished 4 killer matches. First match, I was Plague and loaded into Ormond. 2 gens got done before the first down and they kept sticking to gens. They didn't cleanse and my one fountain was in the corner of the map with no unfinished gens around it. ~6 minutes in, 1 gen left, 3 people slugged, final person finished the last gen, and 1 downed guy has Adrenaline and stands up. He picks up a

  • A killer in an asymmetrical game with a gun that has a similar name to the asymmetrical game that had killers with guns? Both games made by the same company? I think this may be why he was given a name that was so different from all the other killers! (and with that being said, it would be awesome to see him get cosmetics that resemble the killers from Deathgarden, I loved that game)

  • I've been thinking about streaming this game for a while, but so many others already do it, I feel like it would be kinda pointless to try. My main "gimick" would probably just be an old Hag main, and I would be playing her a lot. Would people actually watch that?

  • Why is there no blood above her tanktop? Why is there no blood on her hat? It's as if she got sprayed with blood without her beanie on and carefully washed the part above her shirt with a washcloth. Look at this old picture! It's actually bloody instead of having an oddly clean hat and chest. It's so stupid

  • Hello! This is simply a post containing all of the new things added to the game in the 3.6.0 update. Also interesting to note: The killer is placed next to Huntress in the killer menu. This means that it's likely that this is going to be a free dlc!

  • I think that Stridor might actually be a really powerful perk if you can just hear nearby healthy survivors. I just played one game with it, and while it wasn't too strong, I did find two people I wouldn't have found otherwise because I could hear their breathing. I'm not sure how much Stridor actually helped with that though. I know it says 25% louder, but I have no clue if that's even noticeabl

  • Look, I'm not the kind of person that likes to complain about things unless it's really getting to me. Normally I'd say that I'm burned out, but I've done that many times before, and this doesn't feel like burnout. It just feels like I'm getting pushed around, and no matter what I do, I get shat on and have a miserable time. Even playing my main Hag isn't fun anymore. Entering a game fills me wit

  • I would gift my friend a steam gift card, but that's kinda lame and would require him to type in the code, then buy the cells himself. He wants the the classic Ghostface outfit, but he doesn't like buying cosmetics with real money. I'd like to give him some cells so that he can buy that or something else that he wants.

  • This is something I mostly made for fun, but I would still like to see it, or something similar, implemented into the game. The core idea behind this new system is to shift the meta in a way that promotes more creative perk builds. To do this, two things must happen. First, every perk will get a “weight” primarily based on its power and impact on the match. A perk’s weight determines how much sp
