Fake-Pallets on Low-MMR.
Plus: His Synergy Gen-Regression-Perks + Teleport directly to gens, not to TVs or locker etc.
Works on average, but beyond he is a toy for the SWFs.
yeah he really need a buff badly but behavior will just justify his current weak state with the kill rates
-
Somehow freddy got the highest kill rate so he probably won't ever get change

Really enjoy some of his ideas. Knight needs to be given counter play to become less hated and boring for survivors.
What do you think, especially if you play Knight?
i think knight is pretty average into u get to end of the game and he go from C to A tier trying to break the Last gen. He got enough counter play

Billy can get downs by curving around shack whereas other Killers cannot. Blight can quickly position himself in areas to get hits and use their speed to their advantage to make safe loops incredibly dangerous whereas other Killers cannot. Huntress can hit people and down them from across the map considering they are skilled enough and have the information they need to do so, whereas other Killers cannot.
Myers is still an M1 Killer, he has to work around limitations that Blight, Billy, and Huntress do not have to deal with (or deal with to the same extent). His power is simple, and his skill ceiling is lower, but they have less potential to get hits and downs that others Killers get as a result, but I consider Myers to not be threatening at all, I never worry about being stalked "too much" since once Im out of that stalk juice that Myers needs, Im basically a "non-target", I become an expensed resource, there is no longer a threat since 99%ing Evil WIthin is useless if Im all juiced out, being moriable adds some consequence/weight to it IMO, and it still is counterable with lockers.
Keep in mind, this is coming from a Billy main, someone who has spent time dedicating myself to the craft of curving and such. I have been through the hundreds and thousands of hours of pain that it takes, so I at least have some credibility when I say this.
Respect to u Billy mains.
-
Im liking most of these Myers buffs yall throwing out but i wouldn't want to see TS added to basekit at all. When huntress, deathslinger, curving billy, or a pin balling blight land a hit from a crazy angle I'll go "nice hit". Myers do the bare minimum and watch a few people on gens (can kill u now)...not nice!
Ts is way to strong given the low amount skill u need to obtain it. TS Myers is about as fun as getting gen rush! leaving u with the feeling u didn't even get to play the game. Myers should absolutely not have the power to kill someone before hooking them added to basekit.

i seen killers bring survivors directly to the open exit gates a few times to kill them

that $hit is kinda strong but on the other hand demo is indeed a good boi so we let him use it

Because 90% of the time things truly due need to be toned down, but BHVR takes a sledgehammer to the thing to fix it. The only anomaly is CoH and DH. Both of those were baby stepped down over multiple patches.
don't forget about the nurse. all them nerfs did little as well

If I ran the company I’d find 1 person, pull them aside and say: “ this is your new job: fix all of our underperforming killers so that they are all viable, fun to play, yet not too annoying or OP.”
Tired of this BS.
Name one game where every character or deck is viable enough to be run in competitive play?(yugioh, MK, Tekken, leauge, magic, soul caliber, street fighter, pokemon, etc) We gotta accept some things as they are. You gonna have a good spread of characters in every tier. Some characters will be WEAK sorrrrrrrrryyyyyyyy!

Hillbilly and Deathslinger come to mind.
they can still be around b tier but u gotta play damn near perfect. better off playing easier b tier killers like nessmiss or the doc instead hillbilly $ slinger. They simply require a good amount time and skill to use while being terrible to play up until that point

well i guess dh next on the chopping block. It simply getting to much heat. sign...i really hope survivors get better anti tunnel stuff in exchange

all of them without regression perks

The HUD is a giant buff despite what people try to say otherwise. Gens are flying, it's harder to get good regression, Adrenaline pops in your face on every chase when the gens get done and the doors are 99ed immediately each time. Add in WoO and the map design and the game plays itself for survivor
i agree the hud was a big buff and people acting like it wasn't for some reason. I think solo q needed it tho. I went from escaping 40 to 45% to around 55%. Still win most of my killer games but it close nearly every match these days.

Mainly coz tunneling was made a lot easier after DS nerf and dead hard was almost dropped completely. Dead Hard usage has skyrocketed again and so has survival rates, on nightlight killers have a 54% average killrate, not much more than the 51-53% it was before the buffs.
jesus i didn't know it was back in the 50%
u sure? behavior said they would do something if this kill rates start falling again
-
definitely

Killers get 0.2 secs faster pallet breaking speed and 0.2 secs reduced hit cooldown which barely ever makes a difference because survivors make it to another pallet 99% of the time. 10 secs added to generators is a joke, gen speed is faster than ever now thanks to the gen regression nerfs. Whereas survivors get basekit BT + Guardian (which also guarantees a free escape if hooked near an open exit gate) and information about the whole match on their hud, which further boosts gen speed. Also Dead Hard is still the most strongest exhaustion meta perk. Call this an "us vs. them" post all you want but you can't argue with reality and facts. Comparing the buffs both sides received it is clear that the killer "buffs" barely made a difference (0.2 secs faster, really lol?), while the survivor buffs were game changing (and they will still receive more buffs in the name of a "QOL change")
the kill rate went from around 50% to 60% right? Definitely had some sort of impact. killers really didn't get buff that much rather survivors lost DS which made tunneling easier to do.

T bagging is definitely a strat in swf
-
just replace all the hooks on the map with party tables!!
-
put on object of obsession
-
He saw how many gens was left and panic.
-
trickster or legion.
The Survivor? ash or any of the RE characters. It kinda hard to pretend that regular people like trickster, skull merchant, legion, and the pig are threats verse these guys.

waking up to hear kindred been kill switch and planning to go in solo q anyway.
also the first time i seen blight rush at me

Yeah, you're just saying stuff. Here. I'll do it too except succinctly.
All of the bad killers should be good.
The game should be perfectly balanced and everyone should have fun 100% of the time.
Perhaps most of the perks in the game should in fact, be good.
This is what you said. It's just broad statements that dont mean anything without specitivity and this is obviously not the place to elaborate on those big ideas. So why muddy your post by including them. It's wacky. Silly. Goofy. Pick your qualifier.
Behavior goal is for one side to win more than the other on average. The game will never really be balance and players must accept that.

Boil over, its just been bad recently.
Corrupt Intervention/dead lock. I like regression better, or a way to block gens that survivors can work around, like DMS, instead of just blocking them because time.
boil over is extra cringey when pair with the flip flop combo. Literally planning the spot to go down at.... pure cheese
-
Noed: You fail to stop the gens and get rewarded with a guarantee kill half the time. This perk treat survivors like Cannon fodder
COH: This perk has destroy splitting pressure and have made body blocking 10× stronger. Injuries are irrelevant
Just thought of some Honorable mention
Territorial imperative: most useless perk ever! only rival by the old buckle up
i like no where to hide so i wouldn't delete it but stealth is no longer viable because of it
no mither........

What? Am I misunderstanding or are you saying only low MMR players will throw you under the bus? If that’s what you are saying. Yeah, nah.
Agree to disagree I guess. In my experience most good teams will never throw anyway under the bus
-
@SpaghettiVase said:
For some reason the community just assume all survivors would immediately toss their teammates under the bus so they can zoom zoom away
I suggest playing more solo because this happens all the time already. It isn't hard to predict what happens because we can already watch it happen.
Yes low level survivors will.....but we shouldn't balance around them
-
was gonna run anti tunnel safe unhook build with it myself.
kinderd: to better approach saving hook survivors
back ground player: zoom zoom away Afterwards
Guardian: So they get the 7% haste while leaving no scratch marks
borrow time: So now they also get 10% speed and endurance effects longer.
For some reason the community just assume all survivors would immediately toss their teammates under the bus so they can zoom zoom away

yeah it kinda trash now. eh not mad at the change tho

good job behavior

His only problematic addon is Tombstone Piece. His basekit desperately needs an update.
infinite tier 3
-
75% isn't the problem. The issue is u can't get vaule out of iron will when exhausted. 90% of the time u running some sort exhaustion perk.
sprint burst! killer catch up and hit u...no iron will for u. same thing with overcome, lithe, etc. It cool outside of chase for sneaking around but no where to hide is to common rn.
-
depending on the killer i play. When using wraith it definitely the game unless i got pallet breaking add ons.
● Doc red forest: often my blast hit nothing
● knight any farm map: the corm block my line of sight which hinder me setting patrol paths.
●trapper bahdam: I'm to slow to challenge any of the gens inside the buildings. The one up stair in the house, the one below the school, and the one below the house with the garage.
-
anytime a decent perk come out on either side u hear the word "nerf it"! immediately. People was crying about fog wise and hubris in the ptb.....
Complain that the survivor meta hasn't change but everytime they get a new decent perk "nnerfffffffff"
-
I play killer slightly more than survivor but consider myself a survivor main. I can safety say the most stressful role is the one you identify as your main. killers must micromanage gens, hooks, survivors current positions, etc.....and survivor must stress over what gens to pressure, teammates skill level, who going for the save, why teammates not on gens at any moment, etc. Don't think one role is simply more stressful than the other cause it not.
-
i think they should get rid of one her drones so she only have 3 and incentivize her to keep one at all time so she don't protect the 3 gen the whole game. Give the drones some anti loop. When a drone is set and the proximity establish all survivors who leave that proximity should be hinder for x amount of seconds. (maybe 10 seconds if healthy and 5 seconds if injure)
so even fight her expose with sealth or leave and risk getting hit going to the next loop because of the speed penalty from hinder.
-
The game need better tutorials for Survivor and killer bots so they can practice.

Why would your connect always die on a pick up?
Or on an early first down, or...
Any other number of other events that cause a sudden rage spike in your opponent.
Some where on google you can find the sales site for tools that cause what you described. I haven't tried to use the tools, but I have had quite a few circumstantially suspicious internet failures specific to the PC i'm on, in a room with 4 of them, others still stable.
You probably right honestly
but I'm very hesitant to call someone a cheater without irrefutable evidence

"In order to make eruption less appealing we have introduced a perk that makes the next pop goes the weasel regress 100% total progress on a gen, can only be used once a game."
I don't think survivor players would have liked the above way to "nerf" eruption. They are clearly trying to shift more people away from DH like you say, but I don't think power creeping every other perk is a good idea.
The game full of power creep. Every gen regression meta was stronger than the previous one for example
