As a Trapper main, my heart sings with joy whenever I see those offerings.
-
tl;dr OP got teabagged by a Claudette.
-
Yes, stretched resolution is cheating.
No, high ping is not cheating.
/thread

I didn't even realise that was supposed to be Claudette when I first saw it.
Isn't she supposed to be a dark-skinned black woman?
-
Huntress Lullaby
Perk remains active after the totem is cleansed, but you can no longer gain stacks.
Calm Spirit
Shields you from Killer Instinct as well.
-
Spirit is fine.
Stridor needs to go.
-
It will be a killer sheep from Black Sheep
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q_6El5sIGg4All but confirmed at this point.
-
The model kinda looks like the Neca big chap action figure.
-
inb4 the killer is Ash or David or something.
-
When one survivor is left or all gens are completed.
No more early escapes and the achievement is still possible.
👍️
-
Take PGTW, use it four times, bingo you made them do an extra gen.
5 gens is fine.
-
-
Trying to get 6 pallet stuns all night but every killer respects so hard they practically salute the pallet from 5 meters away.
Killer challenges were a breeze.
-
One of the worst things to play against IMO, extremely tedious. Jumpscares are just cheap and lame as hell.
Worse still, this build pretty much prohibits chases - ie. the actually fun part of the game.
I just teabag on the spot until he hooks me and then suicide.
I wish there was a way to opt-out of this gimmicky crap.
-
You slow the game down by skipping 1/3 of the hooks required to win?
-
OMG The Marvellous Mrs Maisel is coming to DBD?
I'm hyped!

Stop having opinions, guys.
-
What rank are you guys playing at?
I find genuine tunnelling to be pretty rare, tbh. Most of the time I see DS, it is abused way more than it is used as an anti-tunnelling perk.
-
Agitation, Iron Grasp, Mad Grit, Lightborn
Find a lobby with some flashlights, then LOL hard at any who tries to make a save.
Any killer but Bubba is my favourite.
-
Honestly starting to wonder if they rolled it out already and the reason I keep getting matched with rank 15 teammates is because the game thinks I suck.

Like can you post a screenshot? Not one of you guys post decent screenshot, because I think the problem is with low setting + AA because my game doesn't look blurry.
Check this now defunct tutorial for some examples:
If your game is blurry or you have FPS problems, do this. The developers implemented a change recently to force antialiasing on low settings. It's caused constant issues for players since it was pat -

I wish I understood what the issue was but I can't. I run my stuff at maximum settings on PC and my rig can handle anything that is currently out right now. (Except maybe Crysis but let's be honest, it's Crysis). What's does AA do exactly, what's the problem with it, and why are most people complaining about it? The graphics seem a lot sharper than usual since the patch and I enjoy it.
You are just used to it.
Basically, AA normally does this:
In DBD, it does this:
The excessive blur causes eye strain and headaches, in addition to looking absolutely awful.

They changed the way hair was rendered and it looked like ass with no AA. Since there was no AA on Low settings, everyone on Low settings complained about the terrible new hair. So they added AA to all graphics settings, forcing people to edit Engine.ini to disable it. Now they blocked editing of Engine.ini because it could also be used to edit other settings that allow the player to gain an advantage.
The solution here is simple. Remove AA from Low settings, like it used to be. Their hands aren't tied, this is a conscious decision that could be undone very easily.
I went to sleep with a headache last night due to the eye strain inflicted by the game. No amount of sharpening filters/Reshade etc can undo the smudgey mess that this awful AA causes.

People like to interact with the game. Any time they are lying on the floor, their interaction is just staring at the screen, waiting, waiting, waiting...
Killers don't understand because they always have something to occupy them. If anything, they often have too much on their plate.
-
I've been trying the sharpening setting in Radeon software. It makes the game marginally clearer, but the blur still hurts my eyes. After a few games I feel nauseous and have a headache. It's almost like playing without my glasses on.
The only plus side is that the sharpening filter makes UI elements like skill checks look much sharper. I hit great skill checks nonstop now. If only they were still worth something...
-
Reduce hatchets by 6, so you need Infantry Belt just to have one. Insta down only works from 100 metres away.

Re: AMD Radeon settings
The system override anti-aliasing is only for DirectX 9 games (it says this if you hover over the "?" tooltip). I don't think it will do anything in DBD.
-
-
His legs look hilarious when he runs now.
-
Played one round, closed the game. Now patiently awaiting a fix for the godawful anti-aliasing.
-
Keep playing. Eventually the game will drain the last vestiges of humanity from your soul, leaving a hollow, emotionless shell in its wake.
Then you can play killer all day long :)
-
Devs approach to fixing exploits:
Does it break the game?
Yes: Fix asap and bans all around
No: It's a tech lol much skill very counterplay

Than U have some perks that are useless and needs rework
Easy. Unbreakable just gives faster recovery. No Mither does something else (blanket aura reading immunity would be nice).
Hell, I would run No Mither all the time if they did that.
-
I'd rather they just let survivors recover without assistance. It wouldn't affect me at all as killer, since I very rarely slug.
Killer could still slug for temporary pressure. It just wouldn't sap all the fun out of the game in the process.

Me.

I wish my matches lasted 30 mins.

What's killer instinct? I just returned.
The heartbeat notification that shows Legion your location when he is in feral frenzy.
It would make playing against Legion vaguely tolerable.
-
I wish Calm Spirit also shielded me from killer instinct.
Pls devs

Being in dream world is annoying. The lullaby is annoying. Snares are annoying. Fake pallets are super braindead. Gen teleport make me want to die IRL because he always has PGTW. And then there's the slowdown addons.
Plus he's about three feet tall so his lunge looks absurd and is harder to judge than most other killers.
It's not about his strength, but the way his mechanics work. I'd rather go against old omegablink Nurse than Freddy.
We've seen two pretty different versions of him so far and both were annoying af.
He's just not a good fit for the game.
-
Bunny Feng when? Can you go into any detail about how the Deathslinger evolved between conception and release?
For example, was there a version of him that had a wind-up/slower aiming animation? Did the default range of his gun change? Did he originally have some crazy OP addon that got cut? etc etc
Or is the version we got pretty much how you envisioned him from the offset?
Thanks.
-
Slugging everyone with IF with 5 gens left?
I can't say I'm particularly sympathetic.
-
Anything unfun or unengaging, really.
And it's not just survivors. As killer, I find it very boring if all the survivors are super immersed and I'm just searching for people the whole game. Also, if they just sprint burst to a broken loop every time you see them. That's super boring.
What's most boring of all? The "this side" or "that side" mentality of many biased forum members.
-
tl;dr op can only handle a 3v1 omegalul
-
No, that would make it a good perk.
-
How about if all four survivors are on the floor at the same time, the match is automatically cancelled because it's not a real game anyway.
-
lol imagine needing toolboxes 🤣
-
Honestly, I would be fine with this. I rarely slug and usually it is only because the person that just got unhooked is humping my ass, desperate to use their DS (anti-tunnel perk, btw). Unbreakable could just be the faster recovery.
Killers could still get some pressure from slugging, but wouldn't be able to completely drain all the fun from the game by doing so excessively.
The game would be just fine.
