All this change did was turn ranking up into a giant box ticking exercise. If they want to continue with this system, they need to give players a way to keep track of their emblems while they are in game.
I lost count of the number of times I checked my emblems at the end and realised that doing slightly more gens or giving one more heal would have pushed me from a gold to an iridescent emblem.

Yup, reduce the single pip threshold by one and put black pips back to where they used to be and you've got a pretty good ranking system.
It will still have jack ######### to do with player skill, but at least the only people in red ranks will be the ones that actually contribute to teamwork.

Just generally suck at playing killer and you will naturally gravitate towards this playstyle.

To play against: Legion and Freddy
Dishonorable mention for Doctor because all that ######### flashing up on the screen gives me a migraine.
To play as? Probably Legion again due to his braindead mechanics.

No, just no!
The new system is working almost flawlessly, and it is doing exactly what it is supposed to do, put players in their proper ranks. They might need to make a very small adjustment to the emblems that increases the survivor points by no more than 1 tic, but that’s it. You only pip when you play well against someone of equal rank or higher, and you depip if you play poorly against someone of equal rank or lower. PERFECT!
You are spectacularly naive if you believe this.
Most of the time, people depip due to factors that are completely beyond their control (trash teammates, trash killers, DCs etc.)
The problem isn't that it is hard to pip, it is that it is too easy to depip due to the way everyone else plays.

You pretty much only pip if it is a really good, long, healthy game where the killer gets loads of hooks (ie. plenty of chance to rescue teammates), all of the gens get done and you get in multiple decent length chases.
Such games are unfortunately rare, so most of the time survivors just black pip at best. If the killer tunnels you to death, you can no longer try to just get enough points to black pip. Now it's a hard depip to go on top of the super un-fun game.
Worse still, people play super-selfish now. On the hook at the end of the game? Might as well give up struggling because your team will just leave so they can secure their escape points.
tl;dr it sucks mega chode

I love the way that Adiris speaks during her mori and when being stunned.
Who voiced the character? And will any future killers have spoken lines, too?

Or just leave her as it is and rework additional blink add-ons. :P
+1
Also, make it so that people with more than 5000 hours in game are no longer allowed to play Nurse.

Pig's traps should activate after the survivor is unhooked, rather than when a gen is popped. All traps still activate on the final gen.
Trapper should start with 3 traps by default, with sack addons allowing you to carry up to all of them. Also, allow re-setting traps that are already in place.
Huntress - remove Iridescent Head addon, add Iridescent Belt (5 extra hatchets).
Doctor - new addon to reduce the time taken to switch between Treatment and Punishment modes. Remove the charge speed debuff on the electrode addons.
Spirit - change the Anal Beads addon so that the phasing emission is much quieter, but still possible to hear if you are paying attention. This addon is broken in its current state. Otherwise, Spirit is perfect.
Myers - new addon to reduce the sound of his breathing, or maybe just add that to Dead Rabbit addon.
Clown - remove insta-downs.
Legion - remove Legion.

The Priest

They need to remove the insta-heal component altogether.
People just stay injured and rush the last gen, suddenly everybody is at full health and the killer's work is reset in a completely unfair manner.
This is the crutchiest perk after DS.
