You’re probably going to be hanging around the perimeter of the map more. After a few months maybe you’ll understand the game more and start running guns blazing like me to the middle generator because you know how important it is.
but the thing about the middle generator is you’re exposed so you gotta know how to win chases.

After a year and half the only survivor perk you actually really need to do well is spine chill.

Self care is the most overrated perk in the game. I’m a rank one killer and survivor. Played this game for a year and half and pretty much never used self care.
Go go with urban evasion and spine chill and a couple perks of your choice.
Find the killer before they find you. And go from there. -

That doesn't mean that Myers is a good killer though. Just that you reached his maximum potential sooner than you did with other killers. Nurse takes far more skill to use than Myers, but the payoff is way better once you get to that point. That's why Nurse is top tier and Myers is, at best, upper mid-tier.

Playing this game for over a year I don’t care much about surviving anymore. Especially if it was easy to power the gates and someone got hooked, I’ll put myself at great risk to save the person.
But yes if they are running NOED then it’s plain stupid.

perk has the right idea but it’s completely useless

Dying light is maximized when 2 gens are remaining. 3 or more gens? Well you probably didn’t need dying light anyways. 1 gen left? Well who cares, gate is probably gonna get powered anyways. -

i made a long post about this.
I started playing killer in December, only used Michael, with goal of making it to rank one, on old system, made tons of adjustments along the way, my last adjustment was camping
i ended up camping my way to rank one.

Just do what I did to get to rank 1 the first time on the old system, camp the first survivor with Michael, load up tier 3 to 99%. Anyone tries to be a hero? Down them.
Run noed also. Just in case they aren’t that altruistic. Guaranteed two kills bare minimum.
Once i I learned this about the game, after I was stuck at rank 4-5, I pipped 22/25 matches, safety pipped the other 3.
Easy breezy.
Works like a charm especially against SwF.
