i think they're nice since it shows you how long it took them to get to similar mmr to you. Whenever i end a match as killer with a surv in bronze they are usually the best survivor in the match
see? sorry but you have no idea what mmr and grades is and you're just confused because they show them to us
-
His base kit is fine. No nerfs or buffs needed.
Nerf his silent bell and all seiing blood harder though
-
Huntress. I just dodged a hatchet but it hit the air and now im injured.
Rework her or make hatchet hit validation

I think Legion with a shot gun is more interesting idea....
ridicilous. It should be AK47

Wait what? Its worse then we thought? seriously who comes up with these addon's? I mean in general its terrible because of the lullaby so you probably shouldn't be using it anyways.
should i tell you who?

It gives me a better idea about them as players, so I like it. If you do not think they mean anything, you could just ignore them...
I have no idea why you care if other people care. It is kind of strange.
They're misleading and there is 100 posts about "unfair" matchmaking when ash killer plays against iri survivors etc. There is no point of showing them. better replace them with character portrait
-
Pure suffering
-
Killers have no time to walk around the map and snuff those totems. Perks should be one time use
-
The Son
-
Because meta is overpowered. And there is no reason to use something else because of how strong these perks are. Once devs nerf it survivors'll start using something new

Pig nerf? Where did she get nerfed?
her add-ons changes are overall nerf. yes
-
Pig nerf, Deathslinger nerf, Trapper buff and spirit nerf are not enough to fix them, Boon totems are op. Yeah im worried about this patch
At least Plague is strong now!
-
Kindered, bond are the best options.
-
I understand rift needs fillers but charms are useless. I never use them

chainsaw man always gets me somehow. How do you juke him? I can juke the yellow coat guy machine gun now but not the chainsaw swing.
step aside

ah, notorious 0 gen run

This comes up regularly and we have stated, that no there are no plans to make Legacy available to all players, it was given out one time for those that went through the very early days of the game. It is not something that will be given out again.
Thanks, but reconsider. i want my legacies back
-
@Mistikus said:
they have stated many times that legacy was onr time thing for people who played since the begeining with the horid grind
I played since beginning. I lost my progress. I lost my legacies (p3 trapper p1 Nurse and Jake) and never got them back. Im legacy player without legacies. If behaviour can't even provide skins to all players who deserved them just give them to everyone because their word is broken already

Alex and Mary

Still S. Her nerf are not enough

I'm happy she also got a crouch speed buff
you mean common add-on?

Billy is the easiest killer to juke

Big balance patch like this should happen every mid chapter

yea but do you think you should be able to see certain perks like open handed if you wanted to synergize with them or boon totems if you were planning on a totem breaking build or vice versa
i just want voice chat tbh

He's not any stronger

Well i do think it will have some value on any map. But how effective it will be, is dependent on the situation. So yeah, it probably won't be the most reliable perk, but it's effect is still really good. Basically giving you a hit where a survivor could have otherwise thrown down a pallet.
And it's still a hex perk. Which makes it even less reliable
-
I'll just run distressing like a champ
-
@Nayru said:
and hypothetically speaking what would the effect of the less percentage-y scratch/aura suppressing blue totem be when it doesn't replace a hex that theoretically exists
9m radius is enough i think
-
@Nayru said:
33% is botany knowledge without the corresponding 33% kit efficiency boost
with the 100% heal speed you get currently at rank 3 you self-heal at the same speed as a standard healing action (16 seconds) due to how the math's applied, it works like how you'd expect on others reducing it from 16 to 8 seconds like a location-based we'll make it
if you don't run into any hex totems you're essentially figuring 'what if i took a modestly sped-up self-care + otherwise low-end botany i could only use within x radius of y totem that i found and cleansed that the killer will punt if comes anywhere in this general area and is it really worth running this bit that might also affect others or should i just' you should just run inner strength
i'd really have rathered these be mechanics for hex perks like killers have wanted since nearly day 1 of the heg but making them super low-end is just going to make their existence pointless, if they're going to exist at all they might as well be designed well
You take a chance of strong overpowered effect but you always have small effect to help you. Killers don't have such thing. If your ruin is gone it is gone. I think that's a fair and balanced decision to not make this game unplayable
-
@Nayru said:
but the entire point of blue totems is location since they're designed with an area-based effect rather than global, they wouldn't be mechanically viable with both that restriction yet broadcasting their exact location to the killer on creation since either you do it in a central location and it's gone quickly inbetween chases or you do it in a far-off location and its effect is basically pointless unless you need to heal right then and there
perhaps a lategame clutch on the healing one? but self care would've done a lot better at that point and not been unusable if killer has no hex perks
Blue totems are clearly overpowered now. You can't just keep them in game like they are. Giving killer location of your boon is a fair deal for such strong effect. And you still can bless dull totem for 33% healing speed which is nice
-
@Nayru said:
killer's always aware of the location of their hex totem and when one disappears with the global sound notification they're probably just going to beeline to that location and punt it
That's a powerfull effect which can't be ignored. Killer still has to waste their time depending on their location. If you bless a hex far away from the killer he has to spend a lot of time to snuff your totem. I think it's fair since time is killer's main resource

I think that's very dependent on where on the map you are and what loops a survivor can use. I definitely have gotten some hits thanks to it in the first few matches I played, but I also had one occurance where the survivor I was chasing was able to run away from me long enough to be able to drop the pallet just when the perk deactivated.
which makes perk non-reliable
-
i tested it. Block time is too small. You can barely reach survivor after you hit them and pallet block is gone already. Also it's still a hex. Not more useful than third seal
-
Give him 2 shots
-
I got my achievement on release. It was defenitely not broken then
And oh my god these icons are terrible.

No matter what the devs do and no matter what tools are given, people will find a way to gain an advantage. Shunning an entire community just because there are a few bad eggs in it aint a good way to approach it
And every time players find a way to cheat devs should response and disable it for health of the game. That what good devs of any multiplayer game do

I'm sure something could have been done that wasn't so drastic. Most players that were modding just wanted to be able to customize the game to their liking. It's bizarre for a game this casual and fashion-oriented not to allow for that imo.
Sadly you can't allow it because of dbd's pvp nature. Ususally pve games are mod friendly because they can't hurt anybody, but dbd is a different story. Modding just can not be allowed in a pvp game, no matter how casual it looks

Come on man no need to call out the 3 people that did that
It doesn't matter if 1 or 1 million does that. If there is possibility for cheating you can't allow it to exist.
I hope devs will figure out how to remove stretched res from the game soon

if were talking about 2nd floor, yeah, there shoudl at least be 2: window vaults i remember are near the gen, the window vault on the main stairs, and sometimes a vault near the breakable door going up. USUALLY, theres always a small vault on the rear stairs.
TODAY, I HAD NOTHING. its like the vaults were gone. and there were only 1 or 2 vaults at the ground floor that i remember!
im not sure if its the RNG to blame, since i think the main building has its own RNG, shouldnt it be?
i mean 2 vaults for both floors but i can be wrong
-
i believe there is always 2 vaults in the chapel

oh no sun bright trapper traps and removed chase sound so killer can hear survivor better.
I bet you did'n think about that

Yeah, that really the only reason I play is to hit iri 1 so i can get the 250k bp
It's not a joke. It is intended by devs to show you how much bloodpoints you'll get. Nothing else
-
Bloodpoints. At the end of the month you're getting bloodpoints based on your grade. This is the only one purpose of grades
