Undying can replace Haunted

Did I hear right?

This!

Nurse, Spirit.
One of the most underrated aspects of Haddonfield is that most buildings only have one access to the top floor, where gens can spawn. If the survivor has vision of the stairs, they can get a head start on the chase making that building completely safe to work. Nurse and Spirit can bypass that making it much easier to patrol, making those gens a lot unsafer.
-
Bad perk design IMO. It promotes unhealthy gameplay for both sides.
-
Don't cling to the stacks, if the obsession is trying to get your attention for free, hit'em. STBFL is good on any M1 killer, but it allows doc to do interrupt unhooks and perform grabs consistently. Watch how Archdruid Drey uses it and you'll understand why it's so good on him.
-
Tapp. DsH is too good among the teachables you don't have and the other 2 are nice in niche builds.
-
Leave legacy alone IMO. It was a time-limited offer and offering that at any cost diminishes the effort put by the people ground left and right to get theirs at the time. At the time, Blood Webs were much more BP intensive as the Entity didn't spawn to consume items at all. Reports say it could take anywhere between 200k to 300k for a single BW. I don't own legacy skins, BTW.
I like the idea of a devotion shop, but it should be something new. A good idea would be flames akin to DS3 ember effect. Your character slowly emits particles and has moving flames around it.

Old model had its charm

SQ is harder than killer and killer is harder than SWF.

Bloodborne and cosmic horror in general

I only use devour hope when I have dailies/challenges to kill survivors. Most of the community is knees-deep into grinding and will opt for BBQ instead.
-
There are loops that can turn into infinites without BL (Myers house, for ex) ATM. Unless they rework those, BL should not be changed.
IMO, I'd rather see killers get a reverse BL. After X seconds not in chase, you get a haste buff that expires upon starting a chase to help immobile killers patrol gens.

Doc+PH almost 80 on each.

NOED and GenRush amount for half of the posts.

So you're the Nancy terrorizing the games by spreading lies of Trail of Torment among us? FALSE PROPHET!

My guess would be "very", since the Shrine changed every day for two weeks. That's 56 perks, 28 killer perks and 28 survivor perks. Given the rules governing the Shrine and the fact that there are 27 survivors and 24 killers, it sounds very likely.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2372521#Comment_2372521
Aftercare, Solidarity, Wake Up!, and Dying Light haven't been in the Shrine for a year or more either.
how it feels.

Survivors should play in duos to stand a chance against good twins. If they don't know that, they're doomed to be slugged.
Something that particularly bothers me about their design is how they are indirectly forced to camp. Say you down someone with Victor, now you switch to Charlotte and hook the survivor. You have both characters in close to the hook now and you can only move one at a time. So even after you leave the hook, you're still camping. Same if you slug and switch characters.
I'd love to have an option to call Victor back and let him attach to Charlotte so you can take both characters elsewhere without having to do it twice. Charlotte already has an idle button, let her call Victor back.

I would rather have bots than my Solo Queue teammates.
They are so cute crouching for heals.

It was already a buff before. Depleting a single charge renders brown medkit (the most common kind) useless. Same if a yellow one spent 30 seconds on the ground.
-
Shrines are not random. We've been in a drought of BBQ/DS for almost a year before.

Her hook scream is actually quite nice.

Survivor 80/20. Bought all chapters.
I have 2 survivors P3 with all perks and another missing just a few perks. 2 killers P3 with almost all perks (the ones I enjoy gameplay and theme Doc + PH). Recently had to play Nemesis and he is enjoyable so I am debating getting him P3 too as he doesn't (and probably will never) get other skins.

Being able to put this perk to use means your teammates are all dying.
Nah, it's a catch-up mechanic and a very welcome one. Those act like insurance instead of the typical win-more perks that dominate the meta RN. She's not going out of her way to kill her teammates but in case they do, she can profit on that.
-
I can't speak as a DS main, but the general strategy when facing a MethSlinger is to be ruthless when healthy and preemptive when injured.
If you want them to give you more opportunity to train your shots, let them heal and slow down the game in other manners so that you can take your time.
-
Killers and Survivors play different games. You need to put some effort to exercise empathy here, but you'd be impressed by how much a little positive attitude can turn the tides, especially in a post-match chat.
I had a huntress tunnel a teammate in the beginning, but overall the chases were hella fun. You could see she was trying to thread the needle and going for tricky shots. In the chat I complimented her and she was very apologetic of the tunnel, said the second time was accidental, as it happens with anyone playing killer really. 10/10 would matchmake again any day of the week.
In the forums, it takes a lot more to convince someone that not all arguments laid off are personal attacks. Usually, people here experienced something negative and came to voice their opinions. In some cases, you can get them to rethink even if that means they will stop answering you. Some are persistent though. My approach is to dialog until I identify there is something personal behind all that and make them aware that I'll be laying my final points.

For the memes?
Third Seal + Undying + Trail of Torment + Retribution/I'm All Ears, Indoor map Offering.
The strategy is to gradually apply Third Seal on of them and use Trail of Torment to go undetectable. They will have no idea when you got ToT active due to blindness. Retribution/I'm All Ears and Undying can help you hit unsuspecting survivors with an M2.
-
The best alternative for you is to equip Detective's Hunch with a map, Small Game, or Counter Force. Once you get more confident with totem general locations, you can try removing those perks instead.
Most recently, I started bringing totem-hate builds tho. One uncontested Hex can derail the game pretty fast, and Ruin is meta.

Still waiting for Nemetrescu...
That sight would make me drop all gens follow him around.

Raising awareness here is good, but you should also make a report in the bug section of the forums. Best of luck
-
Perk is weak, but you can go out of your way to try to get some value tho. It might work in slug-heavy builds with snowbally killers like Oni, Billy, Nurse, except Twins.
Another possibility might be invisiBubba. Strap indoor map offering, along with some undetectable perks, and go to town.

They massacred my boy T_T
-
I wouldn't expect anything different from Jesus himself.
-
Don't worry bro, you'll have bad nights and good nights too. Just try to have either fun :)
-
There's just a greater number of killers queuing up along with you at the time. The same thing happens to survivors depending on the time you queue.
-
IMO, just take count of their perks. If you've seen the effects of four perks in the match, they do not have NOED. If you've only seen the effects of 3 or less, I always assume they have it.
-
There is a reason as to why chase/second chance perks are meta for survivors and regression/slowdown is meta for killers and not otherwise.
If a survivor DS you/SB away and manages to stay alive for 20 seconds more, that's 3 other survivors with a total of 60 seconds uninterrupted progress. In the meantime, regression/slowdown just buys the killer enough time to deplete the map resources/item charges.
You need to be a very experienced killer to play without those and, preferably, use a killer that can snowball hard like Oni or Nurse. Another option is to use something that will undeniably take priority over gens for survivors, the best alternative being a 3 stack Devour Hope.
-
Nurse. It takes a lot of time to build the muscle memory you need to consistently get hits with her and after all that work, you can lend in indoor maps and need to learn how to predict survivors.
Spirit is a cakewalk with headphones.

Ruin doesnt carry games, YOU still have to put pressure for ruin to get value + if it gets cleansed fast its a wasted perk.
You didn't watch the video or fully read the post, did you? Bc I think you skipped the part where I said the killer needed to patrol gens.

'Ruin alone can carry a game if left uncontested,'
...Then contest it? 'This hex perk is strong if we don't cleanse it, so it's a training wheel!' Survivor mentality in a nutshell; Ignore the counter to claim it's OP.
Bottom line; the 'it's training wheels' excuse is BS meant to shame Killers into not using strong perks, while Survivors run full meta plus SWF plus voice comms. The comment has 0 purpose beyond making Killers feel ashamed for using strong perks. Stop.
Ok, you're just too salty for us to establish any line of dialog if you really believe everyone in the opposing party is just shouting on top of their comms to their SWF for killers to stop using strong perks.
I said in my first post "play whatever you want" and gave the reasons why I didn't. Take of that what you will, bc this is my last answer to you.

'It's training wheels' is weaker.
https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/comment/2364890#Comment_2364890
There are not any perks that win the game for Killers. It all comes down to how well the Killer does Vs the Survivors. This 'The perks carry you!' mentality is why so many Survivors scream for nerfs; they can't comprehend that a Killer can have skill.
Ruin alone can carry a game if left uncontested, same for Devour Hope. The only thing the killer needs to do is patrol gens. Survivors play a game of dwindling resources while the killer expands their pressure and Ruin gives the killer enough time to exhaust most item charges and map assets.
Here's a comparison between a few slowdown perks in the game.
https://youtu.be/lhQvjsIqobEYes, Ruin carries games, even when compared to other similar perks.
-
Play with whatever you want, but it is undeniable that some killers and builds will dramatically boost your outcomes not by increasing your skill, but by providing in-match benefits. As you climb up the leader, this might become a problem as you're matched against better opponents and didn't take have time to learn the details of the killer's power, macro management, and how to cut corners, but instead 2 pip your way carried by whatever is meta. The same is true for survivors.
I dunno about you, but playing killer with 2-3 regression perks make the game boring to me, Ruin being the worst offender. Just strap and forget your way to victory.
-
Easy killer to learn with strong add-ons and a power that can be used effectively in small/medium loops. He got the whole braindead package after the last changes. Now we know to whom the Freddy Main switched.
-
Keep running out of mousepad
-
People use it as means of communication. It's the only way to create sounds without alerting the killer.
-
That is a funny sight. SWF bully squad maybe?

I'd say the two perks are not comparable. Lethal Pursuer is a info perk while Coup is a antil loop perk. They complete a very different objective and are both useful in their own right.
