Giving someone Hatch is definitely one of those things that should not be okay reasons to DC. I don't think the devs like Tactical Disconnects and want to discourage that kind of play.
I agree. I actually missed than one. I don't have any friends that play lol. I've definitely taken hits or sacrificed myself so I know at least one of us gets out,but yeah,I frown upon that as well. If there's two of you anyways,I'm sure you can try to pull something off.

Yeah lol Low rank on ps4 is something else
I hadn't played survivor in forever and ended up getting dropped to like 18 or 19. Was happy until I remembered lol. I'm almost to red now. The survivors get better as you go up. Unfortunately it still puts you with low rank killers. Sometimes they are better than one would expect, sometimes I almost feel bad for them. Sometimes they camp or tunnel you the whole match ha.
Craziest thing I saw on PS4 was a rank 2 camping Huntress. Completely blew my mind. Maybe they were doing a challenge or something. Or maybe that's how they got to rank 2,lol. I started on PC pretty close to launch. The game was completely different then. I was going to go back when I got my rig fixed, but no way I'm doing that now unless they add cross progression or some kind of transfer system. I bought every chapter the past 3 months and put tons of time on the PS4 version.

Playing killer is annoying more often than not. But playing killer in the game's current state is probably the healthiest its been ever. Especially with the recent map changes to a lot of maps. Still the game has a lots more ways to go before its ideal, luckily killers will be getting something that can help them out in the "early game changer" in the next several patches like they announced in the anniversary stream.
Ideally, I'd just love to see second chance perks get the proper "nerf" they deserve. Especially the problematic older ones, right now there are a ton of mediocre perks that don't warrant having a such a hefty cooldown or for survivors to jump through multiple hoops to activate them. What I would like to see is perks like ds, bt and similar perks in its category have much more reasonable activation requirements and remove the stupid requirements from weaker perks that don't need having to jump through such ridiculous hoops to activate.
Man,playing Myers on Saloon was one of the worst experiences I had in a bit. That was yesterday. So much elevation and open spaces, they can see you from miles away. I agree with you for the most part though. Map changes seem to be good. I think the new matchmaking system plus the crossplay could have potential to help some issues. Sometimes it's just a matter of picking the right killer. There are some the players know so well. Deathslinger they seemed to learn pretty quick. It's like if you know how to duck,or look for him before he gets off a shot,he's worthless. I think he's a killer that needs high skill to play, sorta like Nurse.

Okay reasons to DC:
- Connection with the killer is terrible
- Being bullied to the point of DC (It's understandable sometimes)
- To give someone hatch
- When 2 or more people have already DC'ed and there's 5 gens left
Stupid reasons to DC:
- You don't like the killer
- You don't like the map
- You're the first to go down
- Because 1 player DC'ed
- You can't catch anyone
There's probably a few more, but theres a lil list to determine what the player is like :P
Some people are just sore losers tbh. Idk why "Leave match" is even an option.
I only D/C'd one time when I was completely furious. I just got back to the game after like a year long break. Was rank 16 and it kept putting me against reds and I just couldn't win. Then I got a team with 3 flashlights, playing in the most frustrating manner I've ever seen. I didnt get one hook. I'm not even sure I got a hit.
Then instead of leaving, they came back to where I was and just kept trying to blind me from every angle, teabag, the whole 9 yards. I already gave up,and they already won,so it was like the last straw.
I just try to play no matter what. Even if I'm hooked first or someone disconnects. Usually if you are at least mid ranks, people will try to save you if they can. On PS4 it's mostly the low rank survivors that are scared to do anything, and the low rank killers that camp and are unpredictable. Usually I just figure they don't know any better.

@Rydog said:
Anecdotally, I feel like there are a lot fewer disconnects these days after they added harsher penalties, at least on PC.
Yeah I dont see it very often here either. This is only the second time I've ever seen 3 people in one match disconnect, ever.

@Rydog said:
It's because they're stupid and selfish, and probably sore winners too.
I can't say that's not true. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt. Thought maybe it was SWF because they had sorta similar, sorta odd builds, and are around the same rank.
-
Usually see Claudette and Feng. Jeff and Quint probably the rarest. I don't see Tapp very often either.
-
I couldn't imagine playing DBD on a Joycon, lol. I can barely play any game with it tbh. And mine have got the drift issue so many times it's a joke. So did my Pro. Xbox has nice customizable controllers. PC has mouse and keyboard. I dunno. I don't care for crossplay for many reasons. I don't even know anyone that plays the game. My friends all seem to think it's too hard or something. I try all the time to get them to play.

Facecamping a survivor? TOTALLY FINE! It's just taking them out of the game on their first hook, giving them no chance to play the game once they're hooked. Nothing wrong with that!
Doing a little dance, and making some noise that has not effect on the killer's ability to play the game? WORST THING EVER!!
It might have an effect on their ability to play the next game. Especially if it's a new player,or low rank player on the other end. It does kinda suck when you had no hope of winning in the first place and someone acts like they did something special. Plus usually they STAY until the collapse is about to happen, just so you can come over and see. That might not be what's happening, but it feels like it,trust me. I usually don't even bother to go over and they stay the entire time. Some of the excuses for that are really thin. Not saying it's as big a deal as camping or a number of other things people don't like, but I wouldn't completely discount it. It makes some people not even want to play anymore. Not having players definitely ruins a game lol.

So can we talk about this. Literally just got out of a match against a camping bubba whose name was face camp sry. Like ######### is wrong with people (mainly bubbas) doing this there needs to be a hard penalty to face campers or even just a ban because it ruins people’s games. I don’t care about tunneling killer that much because you have chances, but a camping killer you have a small chance of escaping. So bhvr can you either a punish the killers who camp with a ban or something or make it so they can’t hurt survivors if they stay too close for X amount of time.
Better idea might be to rework Bubba so people don't feel like it's necessary or worth it. He's one of the only ones I see that does it consistently. When I see him it's like a 90% chance that's what's going down. If it happens to me,I just sit there and hope nobody comes and is doing something productive. If your team is coordinating and has a flashlight, you might be able to pull something off,but usually it just gets everyone killed. With any other killer you can try for a trade. You have to hope he grabs one person so another person can get the unhook. Really depends. I doubt they will change it or punish anyone for it. Just try to get out. If it's you hope your team gets out. Best you can do really.

The person who usually has the best items/perks wins the game. Sorry.
DBD was supposed to be a survivor horror game who all should share the equal chances in surviving as much as the other and vice versa for the killers.
But with stupid Ultra Rare items and meta perks, the game simply turned into the "person with the most spendable BP wins" game and it's stupid to say the least.
- Red keys
- Red Maps
- Red Moris
- Iridescent ______
- Red add-ons
- etc
*Not to mention offerings that let's you keep all that.
How can anyone play a game solely based on one's skills when the entire match revolves so much around what items/perks you hold?
I disagree, but you are probably better off listening to some of these guys that have way more time on the game than me. But I have a few matches where I was yellow rank, running low level adept builds, and was still able to beat teams of higher rank with full meta builds. There's tons of instances where the people with the best perks and items aren't even good players. Some use them like a crutch. You still need to know when to use said items, how to loop, and maybe even have some luck. Also the argument changes depending on the item. Having a very rare key is different than a flashlight for example. Now if you are talking a coordinated team with meta and good items, yeah,I'd agree. But you could have the best stuff in the game, and it sure doesn't matter if you get hooked and no one comes to save you, lol. The good items are also pretty rare. You can't have them all the time

Criticism of the game is not, by definition, "biased," if that's what you're getting at. I make all kinds of noise about the things that need to be improved, and if it's anything, it's because I'm biased in favor of the game doing well and appealing to a broader audience. You shouldn't need to be a milquetoast "go along to get along" cheerleader to earn a Trusted tag.
(Note: I feel like I need to edit this to clarify that I don't mean that as an insult to any Trusted members. I'm just skeptical of the idea that Behaviour would ever give that tag to anyone that they see as being overly bullish with their opinions and feedback, even if they aren't also mean-spirited trolls.)
I feel like I missed a part of my own conversation lol.

I try to change between killers, but I feel like I am just a fanboy doing a diservice when I play demo.
Never saw Stranger Things in my life. I barely even knew what it was. I did see the creature design somewhere before, but I can't remember where. That's why I saved the chapter as the last one I bought. That pack and Ash,I just got yesterday. Got like 8 chapters this month lol.

I used to be trash at Demo and now I'm decent with him and enjoy playing him. I would use his shred alot and miss and realized I had to use his basic attack more than shred. What I REALLY recommend on Demo is Corrupt Intervention (Plauge perk) to set up portals and an add-on called "Rat Liver" which is a brown add-on, it makes you move at 101% (instead of 92% or 93%) speed which is 1% faster than survivors while holding Shred. You can use it to bait them into thinking you're going to pounce and make them start wiggling left n right allowing you to catch up faster.
When holding Shred sometimes a heartbeat will play meaning a survivor is near an opened portal which is highlighted in yellow, meaning you must have went through the portal first to open it. A closed portal wont detect them therefore no heartbeat will appear and these are highlighted in white, to activate a portal you need to teleport through it first.
If a survivor is running to a window make sure to hold Shred to bait them and not take the window but if they do then you still have enough time to lunge and hit them.
Appreciate that. Makes a lot of sense. Definitely seemed like you needed to know some stuff to pull anything off.

@Clockso said:
Here are some few tips i got:
Pay attention to the survivor's item (if they have one), if they're running to a window and you see their item disappear it means they are 100% vaulting and cannot cancel the vault, use this to your advantage and dedicate yourself to the shred attack cuz you know for a fact they will vault the window.
Run stbfl, and when you see the obsession use your shred attack to hit them so that you don't waste stacks, but be careful not to miss the shred cuz this can result in the obsession escaping which wastes a lot more of your time, if you see any other survivor just use an m1 attack, unless they force you to use shred cuz they're about to vault or about to get to get to a pallet.. etc
Don't waste too much time placing portals, 3 or 4 portals will do, and always keep 1 portal in your pocket for emergency. since demo cannot pick portals back unless survivors seal them. and make sure to place them near generators.
when you hook a survivor in the basement make sure to place the portal on top of the basement stairs, so that you can cut off survivors faster, cuz if you place the portal deep in the basement survivors can easily just run past it before you get there.
Also you should watch these great demo guides:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WoemxN7B18 - PART 1
I really appreciate the in depth response. I'll keep all that in mind. I couldn't seem to do much of anything at all,and was just confused.

I've only played Spirit twice and got a 3k and a 4k. I'm a Rank 1 Killer player.
I just slapped on Stridor, BBQ and Pop and was good to go. She doesn't really have any learning curve. If you're good with standard 115 Killers and looping, Spirit won't be anything new at all. It's basically mindgaming except the Killer has all the control and the Survivors are the ones guessing.
It's just crazy to me that Spirit is so strong, yet so unbelievably easy to pick up and play. Killers like Nurse and Billy I can't do anything with. But Spirit piece of cake. Survivors will literally give you free downs and hits if you stand still. It's easier to get hits with Spirit's power than Legion's Power and you can down Survivors and don't have a fatigue
Most of the Tier lists I see put her pretty high. I agree for the most part. I can't do anything with the Nurse but get angry.

I play solo, all morning my teams were all rank 1-5 and the killers were 12-16 I felt so bad. It was clear from the start in most games they were outmatched so at the end I was running to a hook and letting them hit me or even hook me. A couple took it, a few carried me to hatch, what do any low rank killers think? Would you rather I just leave or do you appreciate a few points in games like this.
In endgame chat I always try to be positive and say GG sorry matchmaking screwed you.
I don't know. I was on the other end of that for awhile, getting super frustrated. It might help some new players to not get so frustrated,at least if you don't make it too obvious. Can't really speak for everyone. I'm pretty sure a few people did it for me.

Nah, that's not a dumb question at all.
And, welcome to the forums. There's a lot of negativity here, but there are also some nice people (much like any forum for any video game, really). I complain a lot about things that are wrong with the game, and try to make well-reasoned and justified criticisms and recommendations for things that I think should be fixed or changed. But I also stick around cuz I really like DBD despite some of its issues. Hopefully you do, too!
I thought I was going to quit loads of times and just can't ever seem to. Trying to play killer with the matchmaking how it is really got to me at first. But I just switched to survivor to try and learn from both angles. The only reason I left the first time was because my PC broke. Then I kept seeing forum posts in my Google news thing and it made me really want to play. Then I remembered I got it on PS4 when it was free and played a bit on there.
So like January or February I started again and really wanted to dedicate myself to learning stuff and getting better. Played almost every day since then. Got all the chapters a little bit at a time. Just bought my last two like yesterday (Stranger Things and Ash I saved for last). The grind is kinda killing me,but thanks to the forums I know what to go for first. Like obviously BBQ and Chilli will help.
I had a P2 Claudette and a P2 Huntress to work with. Now I got a 50 Feng and 50 Ghostface. The rest I all have to 15 and Bill and Kate to 30. So I got decently far in a little bit of time. Devotion 1 level 39. PS4 doesn't tell hours but can probably estimate from that. I'm here to stay. Thank you for that.

It’s not like you go against a mori and key everyday. There overpowered for a reason, there supposed to make you lose. If the Devs nerf those things it will be disappointing. THERE SUPPOSED TO HELP YOU WIN.
I can agree with what you are saying for the most part. Sometimes I barely have enough common items to run the character I want, let alone pinks and purple's,lol. That's especially since I didn't have any of the DLC chapters until the past few months. I just bought the last two I needed yesterday. No way I could possibly grind enough to have tons of items on all the characters.
However,I've never used a key. Not one single time. Even when someone dropped one or something and I probably had a chance to use it. I'm not great at finding the hatch. Even when it's open, sometimes it's hid in a diabolical place. Yesterday I thought someone was trying to waste my time because they didn't seem to be leaving. Was at least 15 mins he was the last man standing. Turns out he just couldn't find the hatch either. Was at the very very corner of the swamp with nothing near it.
Mori's I usually don't use either. I find myself using them out of frustration. Like, I was a low rank, tired of going against people 10+ ranks above me that were way better. But I felt like it wasn't fair to take it out on the next group. That's if I even could hook them in the first place, lol. Now I'm getting a lot better and things are starting to even out. Made it to red as survivor for the first time ever yesterday. And purple killer for the first time as well.

LeatherFace is a human being though. I'm pretty sure he can be killed. I figured Trapper,Hag,Myers, because they might not be able to get near you with all the traps and stuff, and Myers comes out of nowhere. Kind of a hard question because with a lot of the killers,we don't know if some of them can be killed, and there's a few where we do know if they can be.

Dark Sense is a decent perk, because as a survivor, you get that opportunity to do a sweep round to seek the killer's aura.
As Killer, Bitter Murmur is hit and miss, because - in my experience - it invariably happens when I'm in a chase, soby the time I turn to look it's too late. However, when I do get the chance, and I see 2 or more running a certain direction, it's almost the equivilant of a bunch of free hits.
I swear when I use Bitter Murmur with Monitor and Abuse,I've had people run right to within inches of me,lol. And not just a few times either. Probably gives them a bit of a jolt when they realize. I'm definitely not above getting free hits here and there.

You are right about the labeling, it makes me feel uncomfortable because I mentioned it in a wrong way (I'm a psychology student so I must correct this). About mental illnesses I meant issues which are not treated in a right way or at all, those have a high impact on other people like the example. Many other sensitive players' anxiety, depression, feeling of inferiority could be increased because of constant verbal harrassment. I'm really glad you got my message and responded fairly!
Very well said. I was able to see your intent, just thought someone else might not. I would definitely say I agree in a lot of the cases. Most people aren't going to get that serious over something so trivial unless there's something else going on. Might also be a few cases where the person is thinking they can get away with it,and there's not going to be consequences.
-

@Goschlr said:
I know, this problem has a long history and I'm sure everybody have experienced it several times, but it's really making me sorrowful, not because generally some player can't control their inner anger and they spam the postchat with garbage comments because they lost, but because some idiots with mental issues literally threatening me and my playmates. For instance, in the last game a guy said that he is gonna find me and murder my whole family (Because I looped him around the shack 🤯). This kind of hateful speech is quite frequent for me, especially during PTB, which is utterly inapprehensible, because the beta doesn't have any meaningful consequences on future results in stats etc. I report them without question, but I really wonder if the devs pay attention to that kind of issues.
I'm curious about you guys, what are your experiences during PTB? Am I the only one who encounters problematic players that often?
Ive never participated in the PTB but just kinda wanted to add my input. As a person with mental issues and disabilities I don't think it's fair you label these people as having "mental issues". I'm not mad or offended, and obviously they have some kind of problem, but just wanted to point it out.
Otherwise, you see it all the time in the main game as well. I think it's worse on PC,but that's just from my short experience. I also got tons of these kind of comments and messages on Xbox playing any game. PS4 isn't really known for that type of thing...so I was really surprised when I started seeing it...only when playing DBD. I will never respond. I'm not going to use my disabilities as a shield, and there's really nothing else I could say to make them feel bad.
I even turned off the messenger thing. Just made it so people can't send a message unless they are my friend. Then they actually went around it by sending a friend request because you can attach a short message. Like come on. I try to play fair. Sometimes it doesn't even matter. You get accused and accosted for things you don't even do. And regardless, there's no excuse for that behavior.
It shouldn't matter how you are playing. There's no need to threaten someone or say something horrible like that over a game. There's just not. Ive even had two people say racist things (I'm not even the race my screen names seem to make people think I am). You want to get mad and say someone played bad or unfair, whatever. To say you are going to find someone's family? No excuse man. None.
I don't think many in the community would be cool with someone that does that. You did the right thing reporting it. I can't speak for the devs, but I'd assume they'd take something like that pretty seriously. If someone said it to your face that's a criminal offense. Honestly in some places it might already be just typing it. The rules include Threats and Hate Speech as bannable offenses. I've only been threatened once, and I didn't report it. I probably should have. If not for my sake, then for the next person that might have been more afraid.

Dark Sense, yes. Bitter Murmur, not so much. I don't need aura reading to know where the survivors are - they're at the generator. Killer aura reading is usually very lackluster compared to the survivor versions.
I can't really disagree. Kinda depends on the pressure of the killer and the situation. There's been a good few times where I've seen someone ducking near the gen and letting someone else do it lol. Seen it as survivor more than killer though. I've also seen people do then gen and when it pops they immediately get into a locker. Now I don't have to waste time guessing, you know? Or there's been that rare occasion where I can't find anyone, then see the gen pop and see three people running off of it in the direction of the next one lol. But yeah, there's better choices as killer.
-
Yeah,Nerf one of the only top tier killers that are left. That will probably go over real well. I'm pretty sure part of the point is not knowing where she is or where she's supposed to go next. You know...like an actual spirit. I mean I understand your point and don't fault you for it,just think it could've been presented in a better way. If you derank, eventually you are going to go against potatoes and rank back up anyways. Kinda sucks when people suicide on hook. If it's early, now you are down a teammate. Or maybe someone was coming to save you and now they are in trouble. But no one can stop someone from doing it,so it's whatever.

I do remember one where I gave up. They all had flashlights. The gates were open and the one guy was on the hook. He was the one that was really making me mad,so I pretty much hooked him and whacked him a couple times, which I know makes me look bad,but I got frustrated. All of a sudden I was just grabbing another dude. Literally didn't even mean to. Then his buddy was on the other side injured trying to blind me,and I whacked him too. The other guy just left. I felt bad and not bad at the same time.

I'd like to see a latino male, something I've been saying for a while, because my husband is latino. BHVR has said they want their survivors to be someone the players can identify with, so I don't see why representation is being some what scoffed at here? It's not only something people crave because they can relate to it, and not having it is kind of a big deal but I won't go into all that -- but in the case of BHVR it attracts customers. It's a good business move. Judge it how you will, but I'm less apt to playing games that don't have playable female characters, for instance. Been that way since the first Tekken or Resident Evil came on the scene. It doesn't mean I won't play a game with a male lead if it piques my interest, I've played many. However it is a factor that can make me more interested in spending my money and time.
I appreciate that a lot. I'm not the type to rant and rave about it. I just so rarely see it,I thought it would be cool if they could make it fit. When they are featured they always seem to be the same type of guys. Ghost Recon is a great example. It's like throughout the whole series. Cubans,Mexicans. The whole thing with Wildlands...always enemies, never main characters. Rainbow Six at least had Domingo Chavez, who is one of my favorite characters of all time (at least the book version that had substance).
I really wasn't coming from any type of particular viewpoint. I rarely bring it up because I'm used to it by now. If I wasn't a big fan of the game,I wouldn't have cared at all. I see where you are coming from. I know it really does matter to some people. I actually prefer the female and black characters if I have a choice. Not really a conscious thing,I just always seem to gravitate towards them and a lot of the games that feature them just happen to be good,or they happen to be the best or most likeable character.

I agree actually. I think race isn't a defining factor in character design. It can be definitely, with some good writing and tactfulness; But if your character is generally unlikable or badly written, then it doesn't matter if they're [x]. That's what I didn't like about Jane in her tomes. If your character is all about being not defined by her race, and there little substance to her outside of that... Then she's kind of literally defined by her race lol. None of my family or friends really liked her, I think it felt kind of weird. Like whoever wrote that tome really wanted to get virtue points from Hispanics, or white chicks who care about race. Just write good characters, devs. And if they happen to be Hispanic, then sweet!
That's a good point. I can understand that. I was kinda thinking more on the model side. Like I look at the character and know where they are from. Then pair that with a killer that has something to do with the myths of folklore of that area. Yui and Oni probably being the best example. I'm not really a lore guy, unless it comes to Dark Souls. If they can think of some way to make it cool and make it fit, that's great. Could have like a paranormal investigator from that country looking for the Chupacabra, idk. I'm not sure that I like Jane's story either, and just didn't know about it. The thought popped in my head and I ran with it. It some ways it went better than I expected,in some ways I was surprised, lol.

Jake is "apparently" Korean when his face was modeled after a Chinese person...
Anyway, Hispanic character-wise we have a few don't we?
I mean one person did mention the model. Most people are just referring to the last name being Korean. He doesn't seem to have much of a story compared to the later characters. And we've been over it. I literally just started buying the DLC chapters and it's only mentioned for Ace in one sentence that I missed. That's my fault though.

Actually, the important part nobody had mentioned. Which is her tome entries.
Since you edited the comment after I replied,I'll do so again. I'm not that person to have that argument with,as I would usually agree. Yes,I would like some representation that isn't just a character that has the lore you described. I wasn't demanding,it was an offhanded request,if that. If I've been playing games for 30 years and can only think of a handful of Spanish or Hispanic characters that weren't a stereotype, isn't that "underrepresented"? Nobody has even made suggestions of other games, and when they did, some aren't what I'm even talking about. Maybe the lore is so thin, that's what people instantly gravitate too. Most of the other characters I wouldn't consider to be a stereotype of their race. I agree and disagree with you at the same time.

Don't just ask for a character of a race because race ? Das lame
Just invent a cool character of that race
Or make and support Hispanic games yourself
Play
just cause
tekken
the darkness
Army of two
Gears of War
Those for your race main character if you want
accually if you know any Hispanic horror lore please share it because I'm curious
I don't understand what you are saying because only a few of those games make sense. A few of them have Italian main Characters. The Darkness being one. And I'm not sure about Gears of War,but Marcus is definitely white, and if you mean Dom,I don't think it's very clear. Youre also talking about years old games. I'm talking about a game I'm currently playing for hours a day. People already mentioned some Hispanic horror lore. I actually went to school for computer programming, but that "make your own game" argument when someone makes a casual suggestion is weak. If I had the money I would make my own game.

The one guy did. He made a point about it earlier. But yeah I didn't have her until the other day,and have been working on the new Rift. Wasn't thinking that Romero was a Hispanic name, and didn't want to just assume since it wasn't mentioned in her character info, and the fact her mom had a different name threw me off. Those are my fault though.
It's cool to know. I'm just not sure if both of her parents were Hispanic. Doesn't mention much about her dad,and her mom's name doesn't seem to have Hispanic origin. That could definitely be a stage name since she was an actress though. I do appreciate people letting me know. At least there's something. I wasn't sure what to expect. Ace's origin is sorta mentioned in passing, and everything else about him seems Italian.

As everyone has said Jane is Hispanic, but I think people fall into the trap of pointing to one character and calling it a day. With the addition of Cheryl we have a total of five petite white girls, with Jane doing double diversity duty due to her ethnicity and size. Of the white girls four are from the U. S (and Nea, the one exception, moved there).
I think people tend to gleefully misinterpret this topic as 'diversity for diversities sake', but honestly at this point more people of colour or a couple more older characters would genuinely just be good to make the cast stand out from each other a little better--as excited as I am to see four more white girls with a leather jacket+side-cut cosmetic combo I'd be happier if the entity could be a little more varied in its choice of victims.
I really like your comment and I couldn't sign in for the life of me. Stupid thing like logged me out then said my password was wrong. They I tried to reset it and it said user not found. I was like freaking out. I like the forums and it's different opinions for the most part.Having differences makes things interesting.
Have no problem playing as a petite white girl. Or a smart black man or woman. I can get into any character if they are designed well. Sometimes it is just tacked on,but I never got that feeling here. They feel pretty well thought out and unique. There's so many cultures that could make a cool survivor and killer. I just so seldom see a Hispanic or Spanish character and of course I'm going to want something that represents my particular culture.
The cast is pretty varied, compared to most games. But we have players all over the world. Some play in a language they don't even understand because it's the best they can do. Would be nice to show everyone some love, even if it's not feasible to do so. Was just a thought I had and I decided to share it.
Would like to see some older characters like Bill,or something completely different,I agree. I'm disabled, and although someone made a joke,I wouldn't mind seeing someone like that, but I thought maybe it was a bit much to ask because it might be hard to fit in with mechanics or be too sensitive. Franklin for Cannibal wouldve made the most sense, but I see how that wouldn't work at all. So I went with the most obvious thing I see the least of.

Exactly what I was thinking.
I've been playing with my idea "The Savage" for a while now lol
Maybe someday. I'm wondering if they are going to make a second game or just port this to new consoles and keep updating it. They've been pretty creative so far. It's been interesting to see at least. I'm glad I came back to it.

I'm on board with your thinking.
I've wanted a Mexican Killer for a very long time. Ancient Aztec warrior or some such craziness :)
Hey,that's another great idea :) Could rip or cut their heart out for the Mori. There's some real potential if you ask me. Probably things I can't even think of. Most of the comments are arguing about the race/ethnicity of existing characters, or basically saying I should know because of some lines of text. So while I appreciate all constructive comments,I appreciate the suggestions most. I'd draw something up if I had the skill. I think a Voodoo type killer would be neat too,but that's off topic.
