I don't think we need another big overhaul to fix these problems, to be fair.
DMS can just be reworked to prevent potential unfun combos- it doesn't have any right now but it's constantly threatening to be obnoxious when paired with things that actually activate it, unlike pairing with Pain Res (I think? I heard the counter might've been undone but I'm not sure) or Grim Embrace. That's one perk rework.
Then the other two on the survivor side, and really, while I'd like to see Buckle Up reworked fully, I think you fix this combo by having For The People no longer count as a healing action. That's one perk change, not even a rework.
That's only two perks needing changes, not a big overhaul.
I personally think buckle ups effect is fine in itself it’s just not balanced with the ability to instantly heal someone
-
What we need for 2024 is for overwhelming presence to be reworked into a s tier perk that’s overpowered
you can do it behaviour

The trailer doesn’t usually drop before the PTB release, so I wouldn’t expect anything for Monday.
though idk if there is a stream announced for the release? Which probably would happen like right beforehand but they really only started with these recently and I don’t think it’s guaranteed for every PTB
I wouldn’t mind if there’s no trailer release and it’s just go and hop on the ptb to see whatever the ######### this killer is

With iri vial isn’t that a build where you try to brute force through all sprays so the survivors run out
-
Her design being a smorgasbord of status effects is why I can’t stand playing against her
-
The ability to choose any aura colour
there’s been a lot of them throughout the years and with boon Illumination it makes me wish I could have every aura blue
-
over the years I’ve bought some characters with shards but I mostly just buy individual cosmetic pieces
I finally completed an ace cosmetic after 3 years of buying the first one
-
Nemesis rancor is the ultimate evil combo not a full build but yeah
-
I wouldn’t mind this if there was some super special reward for doing it
i know there’s some games that usually offer a joke item for reverting a max prestige
-
You ever play dying light? I think it’s an amazing game that you’ll definitely sink your time into
-
The hemorage status effect is just overtuned honestly it’s why I can’t stand playing against sloppy butcher
-
this is easily the scariest thing to come out of the game genuinely impressive teasers
-
2020 forums where every 2nd post was asking for spirit to be nerfed and saying prayer beads was overpowered
-
My core build is always resilience dead hard and then 2 whatever perks I feel like using
Recently been using babysitter bt and it’s probably my favourite form of teammate anti tunnel
-
I’m hoping they do this more if they lean into fake storyish teases
-
I wonder why doctor has such a low kill rate
guess it shows that doctor might be that weak I guess
-
I’m kinda hoping they branch out to modern horror games ex amnesia outlast the evil within

Here are some:
1) You can get Pentimento twice on the same totem if you also have Undying and a survivor breaks a dull totem (and you rekindle it). When that rekindled totem is cleansed, Pentimento gets moved to the Undying totem. When that totem is cleansed, you can activate Pentimento again in that same location because technically that totem was never rekindled.
2) Blight originally had a lower POV (his camera was closer to the ground).
3) There usually isn't much reason to do this, but Dredge can manually go into a locker (without teleporting/setting a remnant down first) by walking up to it and pressing the ability button while your power is not on cooldown. This does not consume a teleport token and you will still have up to 3 teleports left after that.
4) On a PTB several years ago (I forgot which one) the devs tested out a rework to Self-Care where it gave you the self-heal ability but all your healing speeds were permanently reduced by 25%. This meant you could heal yourself at 75% normal speed, but healing other survivors was also at 75% normal speed. This was scrapped after the PTB and never made it to a live release.
5) When Hemorrhage was buffed, it originally affected survivors in the dying state as well. This meant you couldn't crawl without losing your recovery progress. This was also changed after the PTB.
6) If you use Dying Light on Trapper, the obsession can un-trap other survivors faster. Definitely a bug, but it's kinda funny.
7) Singularity's Overclock action speed bonus also affects kicking generators.
8) It's very rare, but possible for a generator not to appear on the gallows on Dead Dawg Saloon. When this does happen, there's usually a generator in the shack instead.
9) If you're playing against a Trapper - when he sets a trap down at a loop while in chase to try to force you away from the loop, pay attention to his hand the trap is in. When he bends back up straight after setting a trap down, the trap won't be in his hand anymore (and then another one will appear if he has another one). If he bends back up with the trap still in his hand - that means he faked setting the trap and didn't actually put it down.
10) Chainsaws (both Billy and Bubba) have a 60 meter range limit on their audio - survivors further away than that can’t hear them.
11) You can still disturb a crow with Calm Spirit if you step directly on it.
12) If a survivor releases a turret from a control station but then doesn't pick it up (leaving it on top of the control station), the Xenomorph can attack and destroy it while it's still sitting on the control station.
13) Another one about turrets - normally, while the Xenomorph is in the tunnels it can detect nearby survivors through little orange dots that appear on the ceilings in the tunnels. However, if you're holding a turret as a survivor, you're immune to this form of detection entirely. Another thing - you can still open an exit gate while carrying a turret (this is true for Incapacitated in general).
14) Unlike NOED which only gets revealed by basic attacks, Devour Hope's exposed effect gets revealed by most special attacks as well (even though they don't work with exposed).
15) Wesker's power recharge time is reduced by 0.5 seconds for each infected survivor.
16) While Oni is in Blood Fury, it's still possible to do a regular attack on a survivor (ie. pressing M1) which does not instadown and is similar to a basic attack. However it still counts as a special attack and is not a basic attack.
17) Legion's Killer Instinct detection is normally tied to the terror radius, however if you use Susie's Mixtape you get an extra 20 meters of detection on the edge of and outside your terror radius, and that extra 20m zone isn't part of the terror radius. This creates a weird interaction where Oblivious survivors don't get detected while in your terror radius, but do get detected if they move far away enough to be in that extra 20m zone. This also means you can have a 20m detection range around you while Undetectable (when your terror radius is 0).
18) Legion can pick up survivors while using Frenzy. This lets you skip the fatigue cooldown, but it depletes your entire power gauge.
lol that self care change would’ve been garbage glad that never made it to a live build

Dramaturgy is one of the most fun perks to use in the game
just wish it could spawn rarities higher than green

When demogorgon launched he didn’t have the basekit ability to break pallets with shred it was tied to the iri red moss
-
Besides the cat and dogs collection shirt I’m pretty sure the last store cosmetic he had was the lunar new year 2020 outfit if I’m mistaken that might’ve been the event cosmetic that year
still sad he doesn’t get new store cosmetics though
-
I learned that if lights out was how the game naturally played it would’ve died 3 months later In 2016
-
My favourite killer to play against is legion actually im definitely in a small minority but I have fun basically every time
-
Ultimately depends on the chapter content
I mean Alan wake Alone literally didn’t bring any wow factor

It's like that for just about all the killers. It's just like how Blight has a lot of counterplay, but most survivors don't even bother to learn how his collision works, or what his limitations are on large angle turn rates, and therefore just assume he's overpowered.
For example, what percentage of survivors can look at a shack wall, and tell if it has broken collision? What percentage of survivors can look at a rock, and tell which angles have broken collision? What percentage of survivors can explain why the newer map designs were a big nerf for Blight?
The main problem with killers isn't whether or not they have counterplay. The main problem is whether or not survivors are even bothering to figure out the counterplay, because if there are enough survivors that (for whatever reason), just aren't understanding the counterplay, then the killer might be on the chopping block for nerfs. And that is what happened to Sadako.
this isn’t really feasible to learn for the average person that plays 1 hour a day they’d have to go to YouTube to learn that

- the swamp maps are really just giant dead zones
- wrecker's yard is so tiny you can quickly make it a dead zone
- every pallet on hawkins is garbage
Honestly Hawkins isn’t really a map you loop pallets on it’s a pre drop heaven
-
Honestly I kinda forgot she was reworked again I haven’t played against her once since the changes

Idk about the death slinger one being the same from what I remember but having every trickster knife reduce stacks does NOT seem intended. Deathslinger only if you actually take a health state and not if the spear hits the survivor.
I remember when they changed blood favour and simply one trickster knife blocked a pallet lol
-
Yesterday When the game gave me the worst rng on haddonfield twice in a row and 2 coldwinds with the least amount of pallets spawned
that’s when I quit and just played powerwashing simulator for the rest of the night
-
pretty sure I had a one minute game as myers once
they were all grouped up when I activated tier 3 and I sorta unintentionally slugged everyone

The return of Hatch Grabs.
As good as it is to be able to close the Hatch, it doesn't really do much when both you and the survivor are running towards it.
I understand why we don't have them anymore, but I sure miss grabbing those survivors mid-air when they thought they would escape.
Don’t they technically still exist if someone is mid key open
-
The scream add on nurse is hilarious so that’s usually what I run
-
Any chance your LB button is broken assuming you use the default binds
-
Moris activating blood warden
-
Stealth is honestly one of the most dangerous things in the game if your team is efficient on gens it’s why I enjoy it sometimes
-
I think it would be interesting to see the new coldwind design with the old environment
-
I personally find it’s the easiest map to win on so I’ll just spam them
I have like 70 of them across my highest prestige survivors
-
Last month
was a stealth doctor
-
The hatch is perfectly fine it’s not really a cheap mechanic anymore
-
I like eruption still for the cheeky aura reveals
ironically it seems like people don’t know what eruption does anymore because I’ll get a proc on the Gen and then find the person hiding in a corner
-
Eh I do this all the time
if someone does a play that’s genuinely interesting and makes me say touche I’ll give em the hatch this way
-
The only Alan wake perk I’ll use is deadline and that’s just to make gens more interesting really
also pairs extremely well with autodidact actually makes autodidact a good perk

it ain't 360 in place though
Honestly I kinda wanted to see that come into the live build you’d never have to learn how to play blight properly lol
-
prop hunt will be the side mode I always play
-
It’s funny
and also over the years certain killer powers that allow vaulting have not been allowed mid any means necessary but it’s been fixed
-
I liked the Halloween event where you collected the essence or whatever it was and brought it to the rift
think that was Halloween last year?
-
I wonder if we’ll get a skinwalker or a mimic as a killer
