Trust me, as interesting as it sounds, it's a terrible idea.
-
It probably won't.
-
Killer main here.
Honestly I just want them to make it so survivors don't spawn spread out. Gen speeds are fine imo

DS should work on both hooks states to be honest, with how many conditions been hammered into it to successfully trigger, as well as the counterplay, the killer must be hard-core tunneling you if they get hit by it twice and they would deserve it.
I agree tbh.
-
If Plague realized she was being manipulated by the Entity, she'd probably get angry and try to defeat it. Same with Blight, though it would be impossible for him to get control over himself ever again, which is actually sad if you think about it.
-
I mean character-wise Trickster's pretty cool. Plus it's not easy to acquire licenses, I'm surprised they were even able to get Silent Hill, SAW, and even RE into the game.
-
I want a Freddy rework to make him more similar to old Freddy, but bring back some of his elements from his current version, like the Dream Projection and alarm clocks.

Yes, please! Reject nerfed Freddy and embrace tradition:
Hell yeah.

It’s alright- I apologize as well. But do you get what I’m saying? I literally encounter games where it’s just an unhook, heal, get downed- rinse and repeat. That’s not fun. It only takes 10-15 secs to hide or get closer to a carried survivor so B&C doesn’t trigger. It’s ok not to be good at looping. It’s ok to lose games. But to get stomped because the team is not having game sense or playing to their strengths? That’s not enjoyable at all. I’m talking literal 4 or 5 gens left and everyone is dead type of games. What is that?? I’m really trying to understand that logic.
Thanks.
Anyways I can't really say I blame you, in fact I kinda agree. Solo queue games are, to say the least, unpredictable. I don't know what else to say so I'll just leave it at that.
-
Sorry, but I don't like this idea. I think DS is fine as is tbh

Wanna make some sense Bud, and add something constructive to the convo?
Hey, no need for the passive-aggressiveness, I'm not good at reading things. I misinterpreted this as something about survivors complaining about how BBQ is op, that was my fault and I'll promise to read things next time. Apologies.
So what would I have said instead of that?
No one wants to waste time going into lockers just for someone else to get chased, unless they're the last person left. There are better ways to counter BBQ, as listed above.
-
Lightweight is an oddly forgettable perk. I guess that's fair though.
Also, why not both? Heh.

I've said this before and ima say it again: Mindbreaker.

Shadowborn... It provides no actual in-game advantage, but MAN it feels good to use. Shadowborn Blight is one helluva drug, I tell ya.
Running Shadowborn on Blight with double speed add-ons feels really damn awesome. When I do that I'm like "I'm trippin' balls man."

Welcome to Dead by Daylight!
Where stuff doesn't get touched between 6 months to 4 years!
but when it does! It's either overkill or underbuffed
I can't wait for the Unnerving Presence buff: skill checks are 1% smaller.

They SHOULD. Whenever Myers is running the add on his free hand is unclenched (NOT in a fist) so he can grab for the Mori. That is the tell. That is why I'm doing this post. Personally I don't think people should run up and try to 360 and stand in the Killer's shadow anyway.... but that is just me.
Interesting, I never knew that. The more you know, I reckon.
-
They're working on a better ver of the Claudette one btw, it's gonna be awesome!
Actually, it might even be in the tome coming in 2 days.
-
Did they know you were running Tombstone Piece?
-
Easily Claudette tbh

Norcal? Friends in LA tell me it's sweatier than the tenth ring of hell, although I'm pretty sure the servers are the same.
Although I'm from San Diego, I suppose it is close to LA, so that counts, heh.

Well come join me in California and sweat because of the heat instead of spirits.
I literally changed my display name to "play Spirit" and still nothing.
I'm in Cali too but I go against Spirits a lot. I think you've just got REALLY good luck. I'm jealous.
Also it might be people getting bored constantly winning with Spirit.
-
A close tie between Claud and Jake, but Jake wins this one for me. They changed his appearance to make him look better, but still fits him well at the same time.
-
It's odd that you only joined these forums to insult others and be full of yourself by venting on here about how good killers are and survivors mega toxic.
If you want to slug for the 4k, it has a cost. Both of you need to accept that.
-
His collision is annoying rn but it's not that bad. In fact I feel like it's better than the way it was before. It definitely needs fixes though, it's wonky.

Got ya. I've never used him so I can't attest to that. I was just transferring over my blight knowledge and how much of a difference double turning does for blight(I'm not a j flicker) And what I've seen people who do well with Billy use
Yeah nw, turning add-ons are decent on Blight as well.

Never played him. But doesnt seem like you're getting a lot of helpful advice..The better players I've seen using him. Use double turning add ons. And rev at pallets so they either have to drop and you break it. Or catch them...And rev up when they're right on your ass and never try to really hit a long range sprint (short of flying to get across the map to a gen)
Turning add-ons are okay on him, but not the best.
-
Double engravings are amazing on him, don't hesitate to try them every now and then. They're incredible for curving and loops.
-
He's in a great state rn.
Also it's prob because you're in green ranks where the survivors are dum dums.
-
I wonder, now that we've got all of the four main survivors updated, are they getting their own new character portraits?
-
It's annoying tbh, I want to get STUNNEDDDD, the attack cooldown takes like 10 years.
-
They did an INCREDIBLE job on Jake. I'm impressed. Well done BHVR!

In the overwatch and csgo community all I get were mom jokes, insults and stuff I could handle
Only in the DBD community did I get detailed descriptions of how players want to kill and torture me and my family
Jesus, I'm sorry to hear that.

To be fair, they did try to get cross-progression on Xbox.

Iron Will is fine imo, just fix the silent survivor bug and all will be good.

This thread aged well. Sort of.

I absolutely love the idea of reworking the overheat mechanic to reward Billy, but also give him the risk of overheating his chainsaw. Considering they want to keep the overheat feature in the game, this could be possible. However I'm also fine with removing the overheat mechanic overall.
-
Overall, Spirit needs a nerf, or even a rework.
-
The OoO "buff" isn't a buff, it's a rework.
Anyways, see you in a week.

Survivor mains are so cringe. Legion is ######### because of you yet you wash your hands. I'm so glad I started to camp and tunnel like crazy on every game. Enjoy your long queues only to get camped.
You really like giving people miserable games, huh? I'm fine with people camping and tunneling if they want to play the way they want, but you're doing that because you want to ruin the fun of others?
Also, before you call me a survivor main, I main killer.
-
I'd say she's a solid B+ tier killer.

Interesting, so it's shifting at the last few parts of the prologue. I like where it's going! Excited to see these new characters' development.

Somewhere else in Pinebrook, an alarm that sat on a nightstand began to ring through out the dark room. The individual that laid in the bed let out a sleepy groan. They covered their head with another pillow, but it did little to blare out the loud alarm. The now annoyed person sat up and placed his hand on the alarm, it still continued ring. At this point, he had enough and slammed his fist on the alarm, it finally stopped ringing. The person let out a long sigh as he began to rub his sleepy eyes. His name, was James Linderton. " Good mourning James, time to get your ass up and movin'." He muttered, his voice had a slight southern drawl that he learned from his grandfather.
As he began to stand up he looked at his LED clock, it read six o'clock, enough time, for James to get ready for work. I better call Samuel, make sure he did my job at the museum. James noted as he walked for the light switch in the room. He carefully tried to maneuver his way to the light, but almost tripped on the stuff on his floor, . James managed to get to the switch, and flipped it , however the light blinded him as he covered his eyes. " Oh ######### ,bad idea!" James cried. After what felt like a while, his eyes adjusted to the light he was able to open them again to his room.
His room was slightly messy, with some clothes on the floor that need to be taken to the washer, and there was one stain on a carpet. Given that the house old it is close to being fully renovated, the room wasn't terrible, it had a baseball poster of the Indians. But the greatest thing in that room, was a Louisville slugger, that was around a yard long. This bat that James named 'Sluggy', was a recently acquired bat for James to use later on in the league. It was made of ash , and had a leather grip. But James stared down at his desk and reached for his phone, scooting his chair out of the way. He picked it up and dialed and waited.
" Come on Samuel, pick up the phone." James whispered impatiently. But the call didn't come back. " I'm sorry, but the person your trying to call is unavailable, at the tone please leave a message, when you are finished please end the call." the receiver stated. A beep came and James took a deep breath. " Hey Samuel, its me James, I hope you did the cleaning last night, and when you have a moment call me back alright, bye." James ended the voicemail and sighed.
James set the phone down and left for the shower down the hall. He carefully paced down the wooden hallway, and into the shower. He closed the door behind him, stripped, and washed his body. It was quite a while before he turned off the shower head, and began to make his way back to his room with a towel. He checked the clock again and it read six seventeen . " I got time, before work." James noted. He began dry off, and toward his dresser and pulled out a pair of dark jeans, a t shirt, and boxers. " You almost done there boy?" A gravelly voice came from outside the door.
"Yeah gimme a sec." James responded as he pulled up his pants, and put on his shirt. He tightened his pants down, grabbed a pair of socks and exited his room to be greeted by his grandfather, Caleb Linderton. The man was old, but built like a damn tank, this man had large muscles, and could probably lift a whole fridge by himself. James grew to respect him, even at a young age to now. " Alright son, I need you to go check on the chickens, and ol' Betsie while at it, also stand up straight boy, don't slouch." Caleb commanded, James nodded as he began to walk down the hall. " I'll make breakfast for you, how does bacon and pancakes sound?" " Oh you don't need to ask that to get answer." James chuckled
Good evening! I'm not sure how I missed the mention of this, but I'm glad to have been 1/3 of the people to have been mentioned! I'll start reading it!

How the hell is trapper viable at red ranks especially against SWF? The weakest killer in the game.

I do know how to play against m1 killers the problem is that wraith doesn’t play like and m1 killer anymore since his so retardly fast now. His speed needs to be reduced.
Ah yes, he's super-duper fast, he moves at a whopping 150% speed, which is the same speed as Sprint Burst, Lithe, BL, Adrenaline, and Smash Hit.
If you knew how to play against M1 killers you wouldn't complain about him, you clearly need to learn how to play against him.
-
The add-ons that allowed him to charge his chainsaw faster were BS and deserved to be removed from his kit. However, his base-kit rework still confuses me to this day.
Unpopular opinion but I actually like his new add-ons, though some need adjustments. Mother's Helpers' duration should be increased to 60 or 90 seconds.

@ryseterion said:
I like how the person who said that hese annoying and unbalanced clearly isnt above rank 15
You're allowed to dislike playing against a killer, I don't blame them.
But yeah Wraith is def not unbalanced
-
They fixed DS, buffed/reworked weaker killers, etc.
Solo survivors are in need of more help imo, the Small Game buff is going to require a perk slot.
