I'll never understand any form of cheating to get stuff or to win in games, because that's pretty dang boring.
I'll admit tho, some hacks can be hilarious. Still, crappy way to "win"
-
YES! If you haven't heard these yet, you really should do it. They're epic :)
Thanks Jon 👍️

How is it "delayed" if they never gave a release date?
There is generally a set time between the PTB and the update. Usually always is, so this is a delay.
-
This delay better come with a better Trickster, their proposed changes were terrible.
Please, make trick knives base.
Edit: Or even if this is for adding the updated maps, thats good. I'll just never play trickster xD
-
Trapper, Deathslinger, Nurse, Huntress, Legion, Blight, Plague.
Either boring, too much effort, or just personally bad with due to terrible aim.

Exactly. I really thought Victor would be covered in a lot of blood.
Looks like victor will remain exactly the same no matter the cosmetic, which is extremely lame.
-
Especially the body, it's barely noticeable.
-
He has the same lunge as all killers, just looks odd often due to latency and his weapon size. He also a smol boi
-
How about instead of the health state and aura reveal, They take about 6 seconds to rip the boards off the door, before kicking through. Each board causing a loud noise notification, as well as one when it's broken.

Idk if they can make it possible console to have it..
Increase the sensitivity of both of their turning speeds while swinging
-
I've had times where I was really burnt out, and the last two I was behind on the rifts. Really wanted some of the final items, so I said screw it and bought em.
It hurt physically tbh.
-
Is this not just asking to see survivor feet? xD
-
I dunno if saying theres more survivor exploits than killer, makes this not an exploit.
They need to make it possible for console to flick like that, then it can just be base. Without it, these killers (especially blight) can have a pretty hard time.

You can set actions (pallet, vault, locker) to different button than interaction (heal, gen, chest, totem). Default they are set to the same button, you have to go into settings manually to change buttons. I'm on ps4 and I have my actions set to circle and interactions as R1.

This is awesome, would love to see something for Springtrap as well!
-
I'll always be for a fnaf chapter.
However, the dumb ass comments on it being something for kids is frustrating to see all over it.
-
I love the idea, but it actuality it's terrible.
-
For me personally, it had to be Deathslinger.
When I saw him, I thought of all these neat possibilities for his power, and was extremely disappointed with how actually basic the power is.
Although from your list, Legion.

Looks like someone was tbagging on hatch
Lmao, I had this happen to me as a wraith. Guess they didn't think he could while cloaked either, was tbagging on the hatch and
I walked right up and closed it.
Instant DC xDD
-
I'll never get them, I swear they just write a bunch of random changes and spin a wheel when they feel changes need to be made.
-
b r o k e n.
we just need improved latency.
(and the upcoming refresh to her, really only for the addons)
-
This is the type of thing I expected with the legion, like they'd swap the mask to change people and each one had unique interactions and stats.
-
You must first understand the lore behind the Entity, and what it wants.
Then you'll understand the displeasure.
Don't race to slaughter, torture and torment.

It doesn't work with the short hair cosmetics. It also isn't consistent.
But it does.
At least for me. I see it everytime
-
You can already tell from her animations/hair when she leaves the husk, but its probably a bug.
It should be made a feature and made more obvious, for the people who can't see it.

"X perk is a crutch perk"
-
Even if these guys were doing it on purpose, how do you know they weren't just scared? Or even just bad at the game? Seriously ban them for that?
-
Like the burning trash cans? I don't think I've really heard footsteps from it but I for sure sometimes hear survivor breathing in it.
Swear its there to mess with killers.

I like your idea.
I think another way around it would be to make the last survivor the obsession. This way they are not affected by Remember Me and could synergize with other Obsession perks.
That would also be perfect!
-
I agree, but the amount of doctors who mistime shocks and/or get cucked by bad servers, it doesn't seem so.
-
Well, you can't like everything, right?
Also, people deciding on 1 or 2 things to suicide on is what makes the solo experience trash.
If most people have one, you're gonna have dcs/suicides every game. Lame bro

I noticed kinda sucks but makes a sense lore wise if you curb stomp survivors like that they won’t have as much hope for the entity
Yeah, but actually the entity wants you to torture the survivors, (from what I remember) which I suppose keeping them in and letting them heal up a bit only to slice them back up would be more hope draining. You wanna torture someone till they break down, not kill em early ya know?
lol, but I use the time to smoke some tree xD
-
I think that'd be too much at this point, tbh, he doesn't need mobility. Proper placement and use of both bottles can be pretty damn deadly.
-
Don't rush games like that, it not only robs you of pips but you're also missing out on a lot of points. Just start slugging and give them a bit of breathing room if you're doing really well, best way to avoid this type of thing.

Sexuality has no place in this video game. Why is everybody so hung up on wether the new chapter is going to have an LGBT+ theme? Its a horror game about people getting hung on hooks.
I feel it's unnecessary.
But some apparently need that satisfaction of "representation" like we gays are going to expire without it.
-
So what I'm hearing is if a survivor hides with a key all game, doing nothing till the rest of the teams dies, and escapes, they should be rewarded for that? You should be getting pips for doing good in a game, so you rank up and go into harder matches. Because skill.
Does surviving really always mean you played well?
-
That's... lame.
Why does it have to be a full outfit? Why use a placeholder? Shoulda be some other cosmetic or charm.
-
Only reason cleansing 5 totems is unrealistic, is because noone does it and just stick with this mindset.
You do it to yourselves.
-
Idk, I think it's just an addiction at this point.
-
I dunno, those problems you stated seem to be way less problematic for me. I feel it's fine.
However, pretty interesting point on feeling like being punished for another survivor losing chase. But I think you need to actually look at it from a killer pov, which the perk is for, and that point becomes pointless.
-
I don't, it extends chases just like all the other exhaustion perks. In fact, it also seems to work the least often so It's fine in my book lol.
-
@Yords said:
It is extremely powerful because survivors can use it to extend a chase by the press of a button.
I have just many arguments saying that "It actually isn't that bad, you can just bait it out" but I feel that people who say that are just inexperienced and don't know how the perk can be used at its best (not hating).
Dead hard is incredibly powerful especially against a killer like Wraith, or Trapper. Wraith is destroyed by this perk and even a good Trapper will struggle to trap survivors who can just go through their traps which is honestly just straight up unfair.
It is also unconditional aside from the fact that you need to be injured to use it. You don't need to vault a window like lithe, get in a locker just like head on, or hold it like SB, you can just use it whenever as long as you are not exhausted and injured.
The amount of value a single survivor can get out of this perk is astounding to say the least and I feel that the only reason the devs have not nerfed at the perk is because a lot of newbie survivors don't know when to use it (I mean just look at the baby Davids).
The fact that a survivor can press E to erase their mistake and extend a chase seems a bit unfair imo. I feel cheated whenever I am put against multiple survivors who are using it.
But the most detrimental part of it is that it is especially powerful against any killer that only has an m1 attack (no projectile or something like doctor's shock) such as the killers described above and even the good ones.
Imagine this situation. You are playing Wraith around a T and L wall. You finally are catching up to the survivor and right before you get into hitting range, they press E and make it to the wall and then give you a tour of the map. You spend all of that time chasing a survivor, and you don't even get a down. The same thing can even happen with a strong killer such as Oni or Huntress. If you fake dashing into the shack while a survivor goes to vault the window outwards, that is a down... unless they have dead hard. In that case, the survivor will use dead hard to give them a second chance. And then they buy themselves and their team time. What about Huntress? You could chase a survivor around a pallet gym and correctly predict when they drop a pallet and just barely make it right before they can move, but when you throw the hatchet it goes right through them because of dead hard. Same thing for Pig, you make a fantastic mindgame while dashing around a truck but because the survivor has dead hard they dash right past you and take you 'round again.
Just play killer at high ranks against a full team using dead hard like this and tell me that this perk is okay. And just a reminder, this can be used multiple times in one match on just one of four other survivors you have to worry about who could also have the same perk.
The point to take from this is that Dead hard is extremely powerful because not only does it give the survivor using it a second chance, but mainly because it can extend or even force the killer to end a chase which is crippling against lower-tier killers. I honestly think it needs a change, but I can't think of one that is balanced and still useful.
Just wanted to educate some people 'bout ded 'erd.
Do other exhaustion perks not do the same but in their own way? Killer is closing in for the hit... but then they miss to dead hard.
Killer is closing in for a hit... till they stand still for a sec and rob you of a hit with SB. Or, they make it to a window/hill and again, robbed you of a hit.
Change all of them if dead hard needs it. They all do the same thing, with dead hard just in your face all the time.
-
Their playstyle sucks for survivors, but when they are played right, they can devastate a team.
Guard one area of gens, corrupt helps a lot, and the survivors will really struggle.
-
Does this still work?
-
It's not about having the exclusives, it's about getting them for MUCH cheaper.
-
For whatever reason, they can't detect the difference.
-
Step in the right direction, glad the hits are fixed and happy with the Hud adjustments.

They were trying to make me rage quit not do gens, the classic flashlight spamming and body blocking
This is bullying? Maybe for a new killer, but sounds like wasted item, time and free hits to me.
-
I 100% agree. I've never had a problem with DH, at least not more of a problem than the rest of exhaustion.
Dead Hard does the same thing the others do, grant the survivor more chase time, only difference is it's usually used in your face.
I dunno about you, but I seriously prefer DH over a few others. Instead of having them book it (when I was just about to get a hit) and possibly hide, they just took my hit while I've still got the same distance on them. Not to mention, the amount it messes up, this perk doesn't need a nerf.
If Dead Hard needs a nerf because it robs killers of their hits, then so do most of the other Exhaustion perks.
